Nestled among jacaranda trees and surrounded by an enclosed veranda, the Festival House contains 4 bedrooms, a big kitchen (with oven) and living area. 2 mins walk to cafes, gift shops, and brewery; and 2 mins in the other direction will find you walking alongside the Blackwood River/Goorbilyup. Nearby activities including swimming and birdwatching at Barrabup Pool, world-class mountain bike tracks, and the halfway point of the Munda Biddi Trail, in this historic town of Nannup, Place of Rest.

The space
The Festival House is located on the home ground of the Nannup Music Festival and hosted by the Nannup Music Club.

The Music Club is looking forward to supporting musicians, arts workers and artists via residencies in the Festival House and at other times she is open for bookings as short-term accommodation.

The Festival House contains a large kitchen with a big oven and gas stove for all your cooking needs, with a full-sized fridge, pantry, and a breakfast bar adjoining a big living space with air-conditioning.

There is a beautiful, enclosed verandah along 3 sides of the house and we ask that pets are kept out here where possible and not left unattended. There is a gate leading down to the front steps.

We have a lovely bath and some Epsom salts for a good soak after a day out on the track.

We would appreciate you leaving doors closed in rooms that are not being used to save on linen and heating costs.
