Everything was perfect, great place to stay in gangnam!

I absolutely loved my stay at this place! The space was so cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed—it truly felt like a home away from home. The host went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional, with great communication and thoughtful touches throughout the stay. I enjoyed it so much that I booked another week to come back—it’s just that amazing! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic and comfortable getaway.

A few mins walk from the Gangnam station. It’s a newly built building with access to conveinence stores right around the building. Recommended if you are in town and need a quiet place.

Good location in the center of Gangnam within 3 minutes on foot from COEX Mall and Hyundai Department Store. You can also access K-food Street on the side road of Seolleung Station within 6 minutes on foot. It was a 2-minute walk from Samseong Station on Subway Line 2, so it was really nice. In particular, it was nice that the refrigerator, microwave, electric rice cooker, and other cooking utensils were perfectly equipped for 2-3 people in the accommodation. Of course, it is convenient to buy ingredients on the basement floor of Hyundai Department Store within a 2-minute walk, and there are various foods that you can eat as you like at $12-14 per person, so you can eat with guests and park for free. The sofa bed was suitable for a family of three or as a COEX exhibition accommodation, and the parking fee was available for up to 20,000 won per day, and the public parking lot was free from Friday evening to Monday morning. It is excellent as a shopping and medical tourism, and a couple's family trip accommodation. The accommodation I definitely want to come to next time, and it was on the 15th floor, so the night view was the best. I definitely recommend it.

Martin is a great host and his property is just like the photos. Clean, cozy and spacious! The mattress was super comfortable to sleep through and the location of the property is very convenient to get to places. Will book again next time we travel to Seoul.

It combines two rooms with a living room and a kitchen. There was a loft and two beds, so it wasn't unreasonable for 6 people to sleep. It was well maintained and I had a warm stay.

First time visiting Korea, we found this place and was amazed by the view. The space is enough for max. three people however there are not many storage spaces. The house was very close to the transportation and very amazing restaurant/cafes. The cleaning could be better but nothing we had any problem with. It was such a pleasant stay and we will definitely be back! :)

The apartment exceeded all our expectations. Immaculately clean, superbly stocked with supplies and linens, and a well stocked kitchen with modern appliances. While cozy the space was well laid out, comfortable and perfect for us. It was much more than we expected for the price. The only downside is the beds were a little too firm for us but the extra sleeping pads took care of that. Mike was helpful and answered any questions promptly. We will definitely book with him again in the future.

I was able to relax my body as if it was my own home after traveling for work, and the host was so kind and thankful. I would recommend it to many people.

It's well located. It can be noisy because of the main road next to it. The room is very spacious.

The space was really nice and included many things that made living there really easy and convenient, such as kitchenware, dishes, cleaning supplies, towels, etc. The building is walking distance to the Pedestrian Gate at Camp Humphreys, so that was also a plus. The host was responsive and helpful. I would stay here again.

We had a 5-day vacation in Seoul. Farida's house was very clean and tidy. The location is strategic at walking distance to Seoul Station. Farida was very friendly and welcomed us with gifts of rice, vegan noodles and seaweed. We had a wonderful vacation in Seoul. Thank you very much Farida.

I'm a nearby resident, and I found a house in a similar condition by remodeling the house, but I had a good rest in the house in the best condition ^ ^

This place is a really nice walking distance to so many cafes in the Yeonnam area and so easy to go to Hongdae too! The hosts were so responsive and helpful with our problems and even gave us a pastry too! Would definitely stay again

It was very close to the station, so it was good to walk around. The bed was fluffy, the bedding was good, and it was perfect for a good value ~ Thank you!

The park walking/biking paths (just steps away from the building) should not be missed. Impressive rooftop views as well. 10 min walk from subway station.

We had a fantastic stay with Do Eun during the Christmas and New Year’s week. Do Eun is an exceptional host—proactive, helpful, warm, and incredibly welcoming. From the moment we arrived, it truly felt like a home. The space was comfortable and spacious, perfectly accommodating the three of us and the heated floors were a treat. Plus, the views from the terrace were breathtaking! The location was convenient. We had no trouble getting Uber rides and loved exploring the nearby coffee shops and cafés. We extended our stay by an extra day, and Do Eun went above and beyond to make the process seamless for us. If we visit Seoul again, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and clean apartment. That’s located right in the sweet spot of a bustling city. Walkable and great subway access. Tons and tons of incredible restaurants right outside the doorstep! I loved this apartment because of my longer stay. Hopefully will come again!

Sung Tae was a great host! The stay was perfect for a single traveler like myself. Sung Tae communicated very well, and this allowed for an easy stay. I highly recommend this place for someone looking to crash and be out and about most of the day. Very close to wonderful cafe and shops. I would def stay again, thank you Sung Tae!
