Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Gwinnett County

Caden was very easy going and easy to chat with. The location was perfect for everything my wife and I had planned, as well as looking exactly like the photos online. With the location being right off the main road it was very accessible while managing to still be very quiet and peaceful. We loved our mini vacation and coming “home” each day to a nice/safe place. 10/10 would recommend!!

Great Midtown location and walking distance to everything and anything you’d want or need. Forgot something? CVS a few blocks away. Tacos? Next door. Incredible Thai restaurant within 5-6 min walk. Place was pristine clean and great views. Fitness center on site, game room with pool and ping pong and a pool - all on the 8th floor with nice views. If available, I’ll be staying there again, very soon.

Florian, is a wonderful host. I didnt even have to call or ask any questions because everything i needed was in the welcome email. Nice place and i would definitely like to book with Florian again.

Everything was excellent. Nice clean space, cozy beds, great shower in the master. The deck was amazing. Kitchen was large and well stocked so cooking for the week was a breeze. The pool is beautiful. Neighborhood is quiet. Would definitely return! Great for families looking for a home away from home.

The best air bnb we have stayed in so far. The home is spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and fully stocked. There was plenty of shampoo, soap and towels. The basement is out of this world, our children thoroughly enjoyed. It is even better than it looks in the pictures. Thank you Svetlana for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful beautiful beautiful home my family absolutely loved it. We could see our selves there forever. Perfect size and location did I mention beautiful I am currently looking to buy a home just like this one but the one I buy is gonna have a oven in the kitchen and no one living in the basement , besides those two things this home made my family’s Thanksgiving vacation never want to end the house was so perfect we didn’t even want to go anywhere, and we certainly didn’t want to come back to our regular condo. My family was in town for a baseball tournament. There was plenty of space for the five of us. It was just as described/pictured. Host was very responsive and helpful even with her being out of the country. The kids loved the trampoline!

The unit was in a great location and walkable to West Midtown hotspots. Access to the building, parking garage, and unit was very secure and easy.

the place we stayed was very nice. it was spacious, quite, and not to far from the city center. The location was also right next a ln amazing strip of restaurants and bars. it felt secure and peacefuk. Minty also has great instruction on how to check in that really came in handy. I will definitely be staying here again next time I'm in town.

I can’t say enough about how well Nadjia hosted us - especially last minute as our previous Airbnb host cancelled. She accommodated my group and was extremely responsive and helpful. If you want a penthouse view of the city, this is for you. A little construction going on but it was outside the apartment

This stay was beautiful! The host was incredibly accommodating and even stayed on the phone to ensure I arrived safely, which I truly appreciated. One thing I wish had been communicated beforehand is that access requires a separate app, and the parking garage elevator was out of service. Carrying my luggage up a flight of stairs wasn’t too difficult, but it would have been helpful to know in advance. That said, the decor was stylish, and the space was exceptionally clean and cozy. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this listing!
