I had an amazing stay at this place! The location is incredibly strategic—close to all the main attractions, restaurants, and public transport, making it so easy to get around and explore. The apartment itself was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, which made my time there even more enjoyable. The host was also very responsive and helpful, ensuring I had everything I needed. Highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting hongdae area!

Bonn and Ann were incredibly helpful and easily reachable from the very beginning. The house was very close to the Hongdae and Hongik University area and was in great condition. It had everything you might need in a home. The house was quite spacious, easily accommodating 4-5 people. As an espresso lover, having a coffee machine and grinder was an extra delight!

It was nice because it was clean.

I rested so comfortably without any shortcomings before heading out.

I had a wonderful two-week stay! The apartment was fantastic—cozy, beautifully designed, and with stunning mountain views. The location is perfect, surrounded by plenty of great restaurants. Woohee is an amazing host—helpful, friendly, and attentive. Highly recommend!

The house is in a good location, it is a 5-minute walk to the subway station, it is more convenient, there is no elevator in the homestay, you need your own suitcase, I hope you can provide garbage bags, everything else is good

It combines two rooms with a living room and a kitchen. There was a loft and two beds, so it wasn't unreasonable for 6 people to sleep. It was well maintained and I had a warm stay.

It was a very good experience, Coze will explain all the rooms and features in very detail, very friendly people, and the room and bathroom are very clean at the same time.Special thanks to Gaya here, I paid the wrong cash amount to the driver after assisting with the end of the ride, which led to overpaying to the driver nearly 10 times, Gaya helped to communicate with the driver on the phone refunded the cost of overpaid to the driver due to his own error, was credit speaking, friendly, to give him a big compliment!Will also bring family over to stay in the back! The place was small but clean, the host was very responsive. there is a balcony which was very nice. Parking was very difficult as the spaces are very tight... For someone from the USA will have very difficult time parking in the spots. Thank you for your hospitality and safe and clean stay!

It was a neat and comfortable accommodation. There were kitchen utensils and washing machine dryers, so it was convenient.

Three of us stayed (2 adult, 1 child) at the airbnb. It was nice and cosy at a quiet neighborhood. Check-in: Easy to follow the check-in instructions. Arrived at the place around 11pm. Accessibility: For families with a lot of luggages, this location is not easily accessible by large taxi (7/9 seater) due to the very narrow road. Our taxi driver cars’ (arrival & deeparture) were damaged as it tried to force into the narrow road. There is a nearby larger road which is 1.5mins walking distance from airbnb if you still insist on large taxis. Families with few luggages & using saloon car taxis shouldn’t have trouble accessing the road. Location: Walkable distance to itaewon station (10-15mins walk) and nearby convenience store available (5mins walk) Cleanliness: The airbnb was clean when we arrived. Communication with host: host is responsive and friendly. He is also helpful when we reported the airbnb wifi have issues on 1st day. He gave instructions on how to trouble.

Nice place

It was the coziest and prettiest place I've ever been. It's more spacious than it looks in the picture. It has a nice aroma and has a tasteful interior design that women especially like. The host was very responsive and there were many Korean attractions and restaurants nearby. I will definitely come again next time, thank you.

Monica's place is one of my favourite stays in South Korea. Despite being a little further away from the popular tourist attractions, the neighbourhood itself is a lively one on its own, not to mention that the metro station is just a few minutes walk away. Monica has been responsive and helpful throughout the whole journey. Highly recommend this place.

It was a perfect place to stay. In particular, the bathroom was very clean. The host communicated well and solved the problem right away. This is an accommodation I want to use again.

The house is very nice, fully equipped with all the amenities, just as comfortable as at home.The space is very spacious, the kids can run and play, not far away is a big supermarket, there are many convenience stores, transportation is just a few steps from the door, and then the subway can go anywhere.The landlord is very friendly and helped me print the information. I was very happy to stay in this house. You will not be disappointed.

We were looking for a place clean and large enough for our 1 year old to crawl around in a nice neighborhood to walk around in. The place is very clean, has a great view, all the furniture and amenities were high quality, conveniently located, easy to park in. Large supermarket and shopping mall is right around the corner and two subway lines that connect to the main areas in the city are 5 minute walking distance away. Airport bus stops rigth in front of the apartment. Building is easy access, elevators work great, quiet neighbors. Overall we couldn't have been happier! We'd love to come back and stay here again next time we're back in Seoul to visit our family.
