Holiday rentals with lake access in Gustavsberg

It is a beautiful house in the archipelago to enjoy family and create lasting memories. We were able to bring our sailboat and 16ft motorboat, use the dock, sauna, hang on the porch, use the charcoal grill, swim in the pool and off the dock, take our power boat to nearby towns, stores, and restaurants. We walked the island numerous days during our visit and enjoyed the scenery. Extraordinary place.

We had an excellent stay at Daniel's house. The view is splendid, and it is very quiet. The only difference from the photos is that there isn't a large sandy beach, so there's no need to bring your children's sand toys ;-) However, there is a trampoline that is very popular. The nearby mini-golf is also great.

I stayed with my girlfriend over Valentine’s Day and her birthday, Mikael’s place was 10/10 and it was a perfect stay. Mikael left us a bottle of wine for when we arrived which was a lovely touch. Amazing location lovely and private, great heating on a timer so it’s always warm when you get back. Great responsiveness and messaging from Mikael who helped set up the hot tub while we were out skiiing at Flottsbro, and we hopped in the 40 degree water as soon as we got back, perfect! Also a darts board outside which was fun. It is detailed in the listing and Mikael did give us a heads up but the only thing to note is the walk down from where you park is 3 minutes, it wasn’t slippery, and is a slight incline but not the end of the world.. all worth it for such an amazing location! Would come again if we come to Stockholm definitely. Thanks Mikael!

We had a very good stay for a week. The setting, sauna, and fireplace are what drew us to book. We were very comfortable and highly recommend staying here.

Hans and Lena are super nice hosts. Very helpful and available at any time. The house is a dream, a fantastic view of the Streömmakanal from almost every window. The evenings at the jetty with a glass of wine were very nice, but also on the terrace, which belongs to the cottage and which you have all to yourself, it is cozy with a wonderful view. The deer came to dusk. Unfortunately, we waited on moose in vain. The connection to the city is very easy. Bus 433 or 434 goes directly to Slussen in the city or in the other direction to Stavsnäs from where the ferries go to the nearby islands such as Sandhamn. In the vicinity you can make beautiful hikes. The house is very spacious and bigger than we expected. Very nice bathroom with many storage options. The kitchen has everything you need including toaster. Only the way to the supermarket is a little further. We would come back and highly recommend it.

Really nice house with some equipments for children and a good repartition of room to get children sleeping quietly

The house was excatly what we hoped for - private, cozy, traditional, peaceful and well equipped. We loved the nature around it, the sauna and how clean everything was. The host was super friendly and kind. He helped us with everything we asked for - gave us advice for the local transport and sauna. He was super quick in communication and overall just made our stay very carefree and nice. Thank you for everything Jack! Hopefully we meet again!

It's a beautiful secluded place very close to Stockholm, yet it feels totally quiet and peaceful. Me and my seven friends enjoyed our stay so much that we already think about when to come back!

We stayed at Herbert's apartment for one night and visited the city. the apartment was large enough for us and our daughter and was extremely clean and well equipped with good beds and a good shower. Herbert and his wife respond quickly and are very kind. There we're drinks, chocolate and fruit in the fridge and they offered us to pick fruit in their garden. We could also leave our car at the apartment for both days when we left for the city. Slussen is about 15 minutes and the busses go often. I definitely recommend the apartment.

Nice place to stay, quite and beautiful.

We had a short stay associated with a private party nearby and chose this home from outside walking distance to the party. Very nice, fresh and well-functioning accommodation that I am happy to recommend to others and can imagine booking again.

Close to the airport, nice surroundings. The space inside is somewhat limited, but very well used. 3-4 people will fit there for a night or two.

Very calm and quiet place, around nature, no noise, suitable to rest. Inside, it was cozy like with the grandparents in the summer house, it was warm.

I stayed here for several weeks, loved everything about the place. The bus stops right in front of the building, and makes travel to and from the downtown core very convenient and quick. The neighbourhood is incredibly safe no matter what time of day (or night), the apartment is quiet and, though small, has a lovely spacious feel. The view is fantastic! The kitchen is very well equipped with modern and highend appliances. I really appreciated the excellent water pressure in the rain shower. The walking path between the street and the water was lovely, even during the winter when I visited. I even found the bed to be extremely comfortable, and that is saying a lot since I sleep on a Tempurpedic at home and have a bad back. Benjamin was a great host. I would definitely return, and think this is a jewel of a place to stay!

I booked this spot to get some peace and quiet in nature, away from the city, and that’s exactly what I got! I was there the second week of September. The island’s off-season had started so there was no other human in site - which was a little spooky at times for a solo traveler - but Stina was super responsive and helpful with my questions! She even let me use a few items in her kitchen because there isn’t a grocery store on the island. Definitely make sure you bring enough groceries/whatever else you may need. There were limited ferries to Sandhamn because of the off-season. The outdoor toilet took a little getting used to but it was a part of the experience. Also getting to her place from the ferry stop with my suitcase was rough because there are no paved roads or anything so make sure you just bring a backpack if possible!

Very nice place, located directly on the sea! The view is incredible, from every room you can watch boats and ships. Not far from the house begins a hiking trail that leads into the forest and small lakes. Very nice landlords! Definitely recommend!

A great very well-equipped little house with a fantastic view of the sea. We would like to come back at any time.

We had a great time on the island. For us, a small family with two children, the small house was the perfect compromise between being in the city, but also having the possibility to be in nature. Michael was very friendly and helpful. The fact that we could use the canoe, was a very nice extra. It gave us the possibility to do something active rather than just being in the city of Stockholm. The ferry to the mainland, which is included in the public transport, was also nice for us to take. We had a very nice stay. Thanks Michael!

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Sofia’s and I loved it just as much as the first time. Incredible cabin with beautiful decoration and Sofia is a wonderful host. Look forward to returning again soon.

We (family of three) had a wonderful time in the simple, sensibly equipped little cottage with sea view. Bathroom and kitchen are in the main house, but were usable at all times. The location is very close to nature and really exceptional. Perfect for relaxing and hiking in the area. In less than an hour you are also in Stockholm and can immerse yourself in city life. Lotte and Olle were perfect hosts and we felt very comfortable.
