Cottage holiday rentals in Guntersville Lake

We had an awesome getaway at the Cottage. It was even cuter in person than in photos, and was exactly what we were looking for. We found the Cottage and Mentone to be a great place to truly get away for a while. We honestly weren’t expecting great internet service due to location, but we had more than enough signal to be able to easily stream the movies we wanted in the evenings. Will definitely check out their other properties in the future!

We had an amazing time! It was the perfect weekend getaway! The house was only a 10 minute drive from DeSoto Falls and the beautiful hikes in that area. The cottage was a cozy place to return to after our hikes. Would definitely visit again!

Very clean, relatively new house with well stocked kitchen. Very nice back deck with TV and gas fire. Just a short walk to lake and lively marina restaurant.

We stayed here for my bachelorette weekend and absolutely loved it. Even in January it was beautiful and we enjoyed the walking trails and the hot tub. The house was clean and well decorated. I will definitely be staying in this area again in the warmer months.

Was a great stay. Everything was written perfectly in detail. Be careful with the sinks. Don’t put anything down sinks other than water as we had a problem cleaning dishes with small amounts of food particles and waste. There also were not any dish towels and only one roll of paper towels. They were extremely responsive and this stay was perfect for a peaceful and quiet getaway with easily accessible fishing and hiking nearby.

Lovely home surrounded by nature. This place has an amazing shower and hot tub. The location is great as it is close to very good restaurants. The host was very quick and responsive to all of our questions. Would highly recommend. We look forward to coming back!

Came here for a work trip and brought friends. Very peaceful and overall the just a nice place to stay. The people who this home belongs to are very nice responded fast and even let us extend our trip an extra day. Enjoyed it here well book again when I come back for work again.

The description and photos did not do david's place justice!! The home had so much character and it was super clean. We loved all the extras that were left. (Lots of kitchen items/spices & Coffee items and bathroom toiletries) The doggie things for us to use were nice also; even left our pup treats! The home did NOT smell like a "dog friendly " place. I could tell its been kept clean, which I appreciated. We are a music family, so we loved the guitar and ukulele. The land is private, neighbors are far off. I dont think we ever found the trails. Our kids just took off out the back to the creek, which we found. I hope we can come back one day! We had a blast. Thank you!!!

This location was fantastic! It is just 45 minutes from downtown Chattanooga yet totally secluded and private. We had a great time exploring the 15 acres including a private waterfall and picnic tables in the woods. This was a great place to get away with the kids and unplug, while at the same time having access to wifi and all the amenities of home. Peter was an excellent host who made us feel welcome and provided everything we needed. We will definitely be returning for another visit to this lovely house.

We absolutely loved our stay, the cabin is absolutely beautiful! We loved both porches. The amenities were amazing! Homemade banana bread, kitchen stocked with eggs, candy, snacks and every condiment you can think of. Bathroom included every single toiletry you could ever need or might have forgotten to bring. Our 3 kids loved playing board games, watching tv on the porch, swinging on the tree swing and looking at shooting stars. Amazing host, beautiful Airbnb, highly recommended staying here, would definitely stay again.

The detached small home was a wonderful place to come back to after long days! The space was very cozy and kept its heat well in the cold. Rodger was so helpful especially when our car’s battery died from the cold. He used his portable jump starter get our car to start and recommended a local car battery repairmen for us to get a replacement. The area was tranquil and the mountains on both sides of the valley were beautiful!

Cute cottage and neighborhood by the river. House was cozy and comfortable. Didn't get to spend a lot of time there as we were there in the area to work. The surroundings were very peaceful and beautiful!

We very much enjoyed are stay here. Dustin’s place is 15 min to downtown Chattanooga, 30 min to climbing areas, lots of day drivable waterfalls and hikes near by. After a day of fun, coming back to a cute little cottage with all the amenities was a def win! We will come back again!

Beautiful property. A framed with cool antiques. Boho chic decor. very eclectic. Comfortable, cozy. loved the cat so cute and friendly. Saw deer off the back deck every morning. creekside was a bonus. We will be back. 20 min from Chattanooga. Pam was very nice and attentive to our needs. Country setting on several acres. Perfection. I loved it here. This place changed my life. So much so I extended my stay and I also decided to move to Georgia!!! Extremely peaceful, tons of wildlife, including fawn. Great host and super easy to work with.

Our family loves this house! Lots of space for our 2 year old to get outside and play! Very clean, tastefully decorated and great beds. Always very relaxing trip, sitting on the back porch and watching the sunset. This time we saw deer in the meadow. Randee is awesome, very responsive and friendly. Love. love this place.

Pictures don’t do it justice, you walk in, it is beautiful, peaceful, in my opinion, perfectly decorated and extremely comfortable. Could not have been better! Sheila was a very responsive and lovely host.

I looked for water falls and overlooks to surprise my girlfriend, I booked serenity point for a place to stay and did not regret it. Very clean and cozy spot on Weiss Lake.

Our stay at Brynn’s Cottage Lake House was wonderful. It is in a lovely community and is very quiet. The house is beautiful, decorated very simply, without too much. The bed linens were great, and there was plenty of extra bath and bed linens. Lots of dishes and kitchen necessities. Brynn responded very quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this place for someone to stay!

Beautiful location on the Brow. Very cozy home. Even though it rained most of the time we were there, it was ok as we just wanted to relax. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice cozy little farmhouse close to more activities then you can do in a single trip! everything from great food and a awesome downtown city vibe only min away in downtown Chattanooga, to amazing hiking and state parks!

The cabin was perfect for our family Christmas getaway!! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare great meals. The location is secluded but still close enough to get to stores if you forget something and there is a lot of amazing hiking within a short drive of the cabin. Misti was an amazing host and super proactive in communications and everything was very clear. I would highly recommend! And they decorated for Christmas (even with a tree) so we felt right at home!
