Holiday houses in Gundowring

Gorgeous stay over a few summer days. So much to do in the local area. We went to lots of the little towns, swam in the river, checked out the brilliant butchery in town, sat in the park, watched the gliders and paraglides fly through the valley. The home was perfect. We sat on the veranda and the upstairs deck and watched the sun go down. You definitely needed to be able to manage the ladder to the upstairs deck but even if you can’t, the beautiful veranda overlooks a stunning cottage garden. Gabby and Courtney were really responsive to a query we had over the weekend. Will be back to Mount Beauty again.

Thank you, Michele, for a wonderful stay at Gollings. Everything was perfect. From the moment I made the booking, you took the time to explain check in, and all other important details of our stay. It was great to receive a text asking us about check in time, so that the heater was on for us. The beds were so comfortable! We plan to come back and stay for a few days - the apartment had everything you could want. The main street was a few minutes walk away, and the property offered an excellent BBQ facility - that we could see ourselves using next time.

We had a fantastic stay at Quinton’s place. His house is beautifully appointed and very clean. The views were great and it’s a very relaxing and quiet location, but a short trip into town, which was perfect for us. We had a really great weekend away and would definitely recommend Quinton’s place to others looking for a weekend getaway in the area.

I recently stayed at Chris’ property, and it was absolutely fantastic! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing—if not better. It’s clear that a lot of thought and care has gone into making the space both comfortable and welcoming. Loved it.

Nice place to stay. Charecterised by tranquility, cleanliness and proximity to river/creek to enjoy water. Also, Alex' family allows bikes use, puzzles, , badminton and other games to have fun with. Big thanks and 5/5

Beautiful home, incredible views and super comfy! we spent a lot of time running on the trails around Bright, but to wake up and sip coffee watching the sunrise on the balcony, and then come home and eat pizza on the balcony watching the sunset over the mountains and town are moments i will never forget
