We liked the apartment, lots of open space, natural lights, and a big terrace! The host was very responsive. It has all the amenities and appliances we needed except an in-unit washer. But the host provided the laundry service. Overall, a good place to stay!

I am a Canadian. I stayed around 40 airbnb homes in 13 different countries. This place was the best if I consider value and price together. Naila was superb caring and responsive. This home is situated at the city centre with three entries from wide main roads. The home is filled with a huge number of aminities that our own households usually contain. I would love to live here at this place whenever I visit Bangladesh.

While there were a few problems, all were addressed and fixed. That is life. I like the place very much

I've stayed at Mr. Mir's place for the second time. He is a very genuine and welcoming person. Always checking on and trying his best for guest's comfort. He was quick responder and very helpful beyond his responsibilities. I suggest Mir's place for a comfortable stay.

This is a beautifully designed home surrounded by nature and quiet. It far exceeded our expectations. We loved the peaceful setting. The sun room on the top floor with a grass terrace outside is a great place to relax. Ashraf and the caretaker were both quite helpful when issues came up. We paid to have meals cooked there for us. It feels like it's in the country, but it's in a quiet gated residential neighborhood with nice paved streets. It's a great place to take walks with family (usually difficult to do in Bangladesh). There's a nice bike there to use. The house is equipped with AC's but no power backup at this point, so it gets warm during power outages. This is an amazing place! I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a vacation combining modern conveniences with the beauty and quiet of nature.

The communication with Lubaba was perfect. I booked the place for 20 days but finally I only stayed there for a few nights. She told me that I could stay for a more nights if needed and that for free. Do not hesitate to book this place if you are going to Dhaka. It is a quiet and secure place to stay !

My 1 week stay at Mr. Zahid's BnB was utterly amazing. This 1 bedroom studio/condo, is perfect for a couple or a single person. Upon checkin in I found the place to be exactly same as the pictures posted in the listing. The place was super clean and designed really well, having everything that one might need for short/long stay. Host is really helpful as host gives you necessary clear instructions & any appropriate information regarding your stay. As well as the staff of Mr. Zahid, the caretaker is also very friendly & cordial. All in all, if one is looking for something in a quiet neighborhood & some place clean, this Bnb is probably the best option out there! I thank the host for such an wonderful experience & hope to come back soon!

Having stayed at a few hotels in Dhaka, I was keen on trying out one of the many beautiful apartments I had seen here. There couldn't have been a better option than Happy's apartment. Spacious, clean, well-appointed -- it was everything I wanted. The moment my friend and I checked in after a long drive from another city, it felt like home. Happy was proactive in sharing necessary info, which made the process very smooth. The apartment itself was pristine. A fast Wi-Fi connection allowed me to get some work done, while the huge TV in the living room was just what we needed to watch the Champions Trophy matches. Plus, all the utensils and appliances in the kitchen made it easy to dine in. I would also like to mention the helpful staff working at the apartment. The building guard and the cleaning lady were helpful and polite. It's also great that many wonderful eateries in the Gulshan area are close by, as are plenty of places for shopping. Couldn't recommend the place enough.
