This house is beautiful! Really gorgeous, exactly as the photos. We had a truly wonderful stay (even spending Christmas there). Everything is very new and clean. We really liked how everything is decorated. The heated pool was great. Beds comfy. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked (well beyond the standard pots and pans). Carolyn is very responsive and willing to help. Overall just a wonderful place to stay and we would definitely book here again.

The Toasty Coconut was a great place to stay! Our stay was cut short due to mandatory evacuations for Hurricane Helene and it broke our hearts as our family was having a great time! The home is 5 houses down from the beach, a less than one minute walk puts you on the sand. Ammeys home included everything and more you could need, from beach items like umbrellas, chairs, toys to smaller items like books, board games, laundry detergent, trash bags that other places give you one or 2 of at most. The pool was our favorite part next to the beach, it was gorgeous out there with tons of comfortable furniture. We are saying lots of prayers and sending good vibes to everyone on AMI!

Very easy to find the house with no problems checking in. The house was very spacious, bright and exceptionally clean. The kitchen was open and roomy, the only thing I would like to have more of was plates, a larger variety of silverware and utensils to cook with. The backyard was nice and opened with lots of space to let your kids run off some energy. The pool was nice and the lania had great area to sit snd relax at the end of the day. The bathrooms and bedrooms were stocked very well with the extras of toilet paper and towels. It is a beautiful house and I would highly recommend staying with Carolina. She responded quickly to any questions we had and very close to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.

My family and I had an awesome trip to Siesta Key, and staying at Pura Vida made our trip fantastic! A spacious living area and full kitchen allowed for some great family time. Only a few minutes from the beach, close to shopping/restaurants/stores (I definitely recommend checking out Detwiler's Farm Market - right down the street). The space was immaculately clean, and the beds were very comfortable 🙏🏻 We especially loved the new mural in the screened in pool lanai area... it allowed us to take some great family photos with a Siesta Key sunset in the background! ❤️

Very spacious and has everything you need! I visited Sarasota for a friend’s wedding and having an airbnb nearby the airport was very convenient. Denise and her husband was also very accommodating, and I even appreciated the binder they put together with suggestions on fun things to do around the area. Lastly, check in and check out was very smooth.

Lovely and comfortable place to stay. You can actually see partial views of the ocean from the dining room and the office area. We enjoyed our stay and would return again. Debra was helpful with communicating clear instructions for checking in and out.

Fantastic apartment. Best layout of any 2 bedroom abnb we've been in. Location is also amazing. Very good building amenities and Jesse is a great host. Highly recommended!

Great location nice & clean

It was lovely to wake up looking out at the tree tops, lovely balcony. Apt beside their beautiful house which overlooks the neighborhood park. Charles and Dan were kind and hospitable and their place is close to downtown which has great music in some of the restaurants and bars. Great place to stay, lovely pool and seating area in the garden at apt also. Really enjoyed

Wonderful stay at this whimsical cozy cottage. Loved hanging out in the courtyard which felt like our own little world. Very thoughtful details from the snacks in the fridge to the dog bone and water bowl for our pup. We were able raziły wall to restaurants and there's also a nearby park. Would absolutely come back again!

Spotless, cozy, convenient - perfect!!

My stay here was lovely and a perfect way to begin my extended stay in the Tampa area for the holiday. The cozy and fresh bungalow is an short and easy walking distance to the beach and a 2 minute drive to St Armands Circle for restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend host William and location.

This condo was nice for a central location. We went to downtown Bradenton to the Bishop Museum, to Anna Maria Island and to Palmetto. The kitchen had all the basics and the freezer has an ice machine which was nice. We utilized the beach towels only but they also provide beach chairs and some pool noodles. There was some siren noise from the main streets near by, but nothing awful. Lots of closet space, great to have a washer and dryer and the guest bath has been nicely redone. We would stay here again.

The location has a perfect beachfront view to enjoy coffee outside in the morning. The area was still recovering from the hurricane but walking on the beach was still enjoyable. All of the amenities and items available for use in the condo left very little to be needed.

Maureen gave us clear, actionable information even before we were looking for it. The apartment was exactly as described. Very comfy and quiet at night. The pool was pristine and the view on the waterway was a treat to take in at any time of day! Siesta beach is easily accessible in a 15 min walk with a wide beach of almost flour-white sand and a beautiful sunset view. Would come back here anytime.

Beautiful condo with amazing view. The screened in lanai is the perfect spot to relax. The place is beautifully decorated and was very clean. Kitchen and bathrooms are gorgeous. Well equipped kitchen which made cooking easy. Pool looks beautiful and clubhouse has pool table, ping pong, and small workout room. Just be aware that the TV only works with streaming services (no cable, no channels) and if you are not from the USA you can’t sign up for anything. Everyone was super friendly in the complex and it was very quiet. Would not hesitate to stay again.

The place is clean and bright and has a very comfortable bed. The beach is beautiful and there are beach chaises and easy access. We didn’t use the pool as it was a bit cold out. The kitchen had everything we needed for simple meals and Heidi welcomed us with a few treats to get us started. Thank you!

My family and I were very comfortable in the condo during our week. It was roomy enough for the five of us and everything we needed was there. We loved the condo’s beachy decor and having two screened in porches. The short walk to the beach was not bad. It only took us a few minutes to get there. The host was very friendly and responsive, plus gave suggestions of restaurants, etc. We would definitely recommend staying here!

We are already looking to see when we can come back to Florida and stay in Daniel's rental again! It has everything you need, it is well-kept, and it is close to everything you want/need (the beach, Detwiler's, Publix, stores, restaurants). It is in a safe location. The Shorewalk ammenities (pools and hot tubs) are nice as well. Even though one pool's heater was broken, there was another pool to choose from and two hot tubs. He checked-in with us to make sure check-in went well and to make sure that our stay was going well. Daniel provided thorough instructions and recommendations for everything you could possibly need. He was a great host with a great home away from home!

I felt right at home, clean place, great communication and walking distance to great restaurants and the beach!
