Our family had an amazing time here. The pictures do not do it justice . The views were amazing and we saw Dolphins daily!!! The beach is within walking distance which was a huge plus and the restaurant is a great convenience as well . All in all it had everything you need right in the resort . We will definitely be back !!

The location along with the lazy river and heated pool with multiple hot tubs make this place the spot to be for a holiday. Peggy’s place feels inviting, clean, and like a home away from home. We want to make a trip back soon and look forward to a little R&R! Thanks Peggy!

Shelley was amazing and responsive. This place was a dream with plenty of space and things to do. The condo itself with the balcony and rooftop were amazing with relaxing views. There are several pools which the kids loved and made you feel even more like a tropical vacation as there were resort style. Beautiful beaches within walking distance as well. Shelley was fantastic and we look forward to returning in the future. A must stay for all!

Great place to relax right near the beach. Lots of nature for walks and places to drop a canoe in the water. Pool and aTomi Bar in the property is a nice plus.

We had the most wonderful time on our vacation staying at Bill's place. We have been to this area many times and this has been our favorite condo. It is beautiful and equipped with everything you need, was very clean and comfortable. The balcony was surprisingly very private and the beach/pool view was perfect. The kids loved the pool and hot tub and spent many hours there. The location was optimal, close to restaurants and even a beach tiki bar. We enjoyed visiting the lazy river and the incredibly easy access to the beach. Bill did a great job communicating and letting us know he was there if we needed anything. Extraordinary hosts!!!! The cottage was fully stocked, and very cleaned. They welcome you and allow you to walk their beautiful area as if it’s yours. Loved going out to the water every morning with my pups and on canoe rides. They welcomed my fur babies even when they were naughty and not listening. I could go on and on about this couple. We definitely plan to book with them again!!!

This was my first time ever to Pensacola, unfortunately because of a funeral, but Micah made it feel so comfortable and greeted us when we got there with her sweet fur babies! Her place is absolutely adorable and perfect for all I needed! Her and her husband both go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible, and makes sure you have all the necessities in case you forget something, which I did! And leave you some treats in a basket for when you need a little snack! And if you’re lucky and you have time, you may can book a massage with her while you’re there! I just loved it and I will definitely be back to visit this summer to enjoy the beach! Thank you Micah!

Our stay with three boys and our pup was perfect for spring break. The location was perfect, everything was in walking distance yet the cottage was peaceful and private. We loved the fenced in backyard.

my kids and i had a “staycation” at mike and shari’s place over spring break. we had an awesome time together. both the sound and gulf beach access points were super close to the property. we really enjoyed relaxing on the front and back porches and the unique artwork and decor pieces inside the property made us feel right at home.

First and foremost, David is one of the most attentive hosts I’ve stayed with. Always reaching out, and when needed, very responsive. His spot is like being away at a secluded cabin, and you’re still 20 minutes away from the beach. I booked with him because it was pet friendly, and not only was the fenced yard a great selling point, but something he didn’t list was the quiet neighborhood that makes for a good evening walk. Not going to lie, this great review is warranted, but I wish I could keep this little gem to myself.

Highly recommend this cute cottage. My mom, my dog, and I spent the month there. East Hill is a safe and peaceful neighborhood. The cottage is close to the dog park, which is by the water and has tennis courts! It’s a short drive from downtown and the Mako Athlete CrossFit gym, where I spent a lot of my time. The shared courthouse was peaceful and very private. Terri and Stuart are very kind hosts. They’re easy to talk to, but also gave us our space. I will be back!

I had a wonderful experience at this delightful place! The check-in process was a breeze. The accommodations were well-stocked and had everything I needed. Plus, the location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore all the nearby attractions. The shuttle to the beach/pool was quick and convenient. I loved the golf cart; it added a fun touch to getting around!

This was my 1st time staying in an Airbnb and I must say it was a great experience! The home was exactly like the pictures, clean and comfortable.

Our family of 7 had a wonderful time at the Holiday Isle condo. The pool and beach access were great. Everything you needed in the kitchen. Extra towels were a huge plus. We loved our time and can’t wait to come back!!

We enjoyed our stay at Connie's place. The complex was in a peaceful setting on the bay but still convenient to the beach and restaurants. The convenience of the condo to the pool was a great asset - walk right outside the balcony and enjoy the pool. The complex was undergoing some renovations & repairs but Connie was great about communicating all of that with us. It did not interrupt our fun! :)

We had such a great time! The views were beautiful and there was so much to do at the resort! Shelia was great and all resort staff were super nice and helpful! We will definitely be back!

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay! The house has plenty of space and looks just like the pictures. Great location, easily walkable to many restaurants and shops. Short drive to beautiful beaches. We’d definitely recommend it to friends!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Blue Jay. I appreciated the close walk to the beach and the peaceful bay behind. We enjoyed viewing dolphins in the bay. The pool was nice and not overly crowded. Wendy’s place had everything we needed. We will be back!
