Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Guillaumes

We would like to thank Benjamin for the wonderful week we spent in his house this summer, as we were able to meet with my children, parents and grandparents. Indeed, the house offers several units, which is ideal for family gatherings. The interior is air conditioned and very functional. The salt pool is well maintained and safe, it has been a real asset for our sunny days. We also loved the variety of games and activities available, both for kids and adults, like ping pong, pétanque, archery and swings... The location is fine, only 15 minutes from the Polygon Riviera and 2 minutes from a large Intermarché and a bakery... Finally, Benjamin's listening and kindness was much appreciated. He was able to meet our needs and was very responsive throughout our stay. We highly recommend this house!

Atypical and spacious accommodation. It allows everyone to have their privacy thanks to the multiple bathroom, bathroom. Very very quiet place. Enjoyable private terrace. well located accommodation for access to the lake, bike ride. Easy to park 2 parking lots to side Very kind and easy to connect host I would recommend it 100%

We had the most wonderful stay. The place was so ideal for young children (we had 6 under 5 years) and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setup. The trampoline and also the safety fence around the pool were great features. Samantha was so incredibly helpful and always responsive. Thank you so much! We have a great family weekend at Nicolas's place. There is nothing missing in this house, everything is there and much more! And the setting is beautiful. Very nice place! Our toddler loved the playground 30 meters away for 1 to 4 year olds. At the same distance is a bakery and the fine sandy beach is a small walk through the park. The house itself is nice in every way. We doubted the privacy of the garden in advance, but because of some beautiful trees you sit here privately and all the connecting windows belong to the apartment. At the kitchen you can see that a cooking lover's house is. We were kindly welcomed, definitely recommended!

Very friendly hosts and a nice property with lots of greenery and a big pool. Location is very quit and the drive up to the village is very curvy. Nala (their dog) and Daico (the neighbor‘s bog) are very cute :), the apartment has everything you need.

Had a wonderful stay at this place. Great location near the tram and the old city, great value to for money and very spacious for our family of 6. The host was so welcoming and kind and the apartment was very well stocked. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a great vacation in a great apartment. The apartment is in a very good location in the city center and everything is easily accessible by foot. Damien is a very responsive and understanding host ( we arrived at the apartment around 11pm and this was no problem for the key exchange). We'll be happy to go back

John's apartment is stunning. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable with all the amenities you could want. It can be chilly in Nice in the winter but the flat was always cosy and warm. John and Dorine, who looks after things in Nice are so helpful and friendly and all the communications were clear and easy and very responsive. Dorine was even able to let us check in a bit early which was very much appreciated. The local neighbourhood is also great, with a much more local feel and packed with great restaurants. Shops and the essential bakery all close at hand, a 5 minute walk to the Promenade, 10 minutes to the old town and 15 mins to the station for day trips. Absolutely perfect for us and hope to come back for another winter trip to Nice before too long

Very quiet place. The apartment is as described. The beds are comfortable. Access to a path at the end of the parking lot to reach the tram. It was just missing some dishes, needed to cook.

Amazing location right in the heart of old town and close to everything including great restaurants. Host was very communicative and provided advanced warning of any issues. Early check-in was provided which we appreciated greatly! Thanks again Hanna.

We had a wonderful time in Nice. It’s really a nice stay for us. It’s close to the beach and there are many great restaurants nearby! If you come to nice, this is will be the perfect place you would like to live in!

We were warmly welcomed and a clear short tour was given. Everything we needed was present. It is a very clean and cozy accommodation where we definitely want to come back again. It was really enjoyable and we were able to completely relax. Everything within walking distance and a cool quiet neighborhood. Magali's place is more than worth his money!!!

We stayed 4 nights and had a great time. Serena was very kind and responsive. The communication was rapid and easy. She was kind enough to come and get us at the Train station. The apartment was clean , spacious and has everything you need! The location is great, walkable to every where, great restaurants around. It’s a bit noisy at night but once the windows are closed it’s ok. We will stay there anytime in the future.

The apartment is very well maintained and we felt like home, having everything we needed. The washing machine was very important, especially when you travel with children and just the hand luggage. We were wondering from where to buy some beach chairs and an umbrella, but for our surprise, they were at the apartment, plus some beach toys for the children. The location is perfect, very close to the beach, train station and bus stops. There are some shops, but we prefer to get the bus, travel 10 min, to do the shopping at Lidl or E.Leclerc, which have much better prices. Being so close to the train station was an advantage, as we traveled to other places by train, being much faster and cheaper than by car or bus. Having seen the beaches in Monte Carlo, Nice, Antibes, Cannes, St Tropez, we can say that the beach at Golfe-Juan is the best: sandy, clear water (especially in the morning), no jelly fish, not crowded. Perfect stay because everything is done to feel good in the apartment. It's very functional and super clean. Olga makes it immediately feel good (warm apartment, pleasant fragrance, coffee pods). In short, nothing is missing. You can go there without a second thought

Very friendly and friendly encounter with Jean-Yves. Communication in writing and in person worked very well. In the fridge, delicacies were waiting for us, so we didn't have to buy anything for the first morning. The apartment is modern and very nicely decorated. We felt very comfortable right away. The large terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea, simply magnificent! The beach, restaurants and bars are on site, you don't need the car. The air conditioning is very quiet, which is ideal for sleeping in the great heat. There are comfortable beds and the rooms offer a good size. We can highly recommend this apartment. great flat in a pieceful location in a distance from town centre noise. Flat has everything for 4 people and pool was amazing last week of October.

We spent two weeks in Nice starting just before New Years Eve. We were close to all the activities and then the second week was just perfect with many tourists having left and able to go and do whatever we wished. The flat is in the perfect location…literally in the center of everything you would want to do and all walkable. The kitchen was fully functional and convenient for those days when we just wanted to chill and enjoy the view from the terrace. This was our fourth visit to Nice and we are already planning for our next and will definitely keep this location in mind. A great thank you to our hosts.
