Such an amazing, beautiful and peacefull place. Great set up for families needing some much needed RNR. Great location with plenty to do from going for a walk around the property, playing board games with the kids, having a swim in the pool or a short drive to local beach and cafes. The kids my partner and I had an amazing time. Laura was a great host and very accommodating. Would not hesitate in booking with Laura again. Thankyou very much.

Amazing place to stay with plenty of room for everyone in our family. Kitchen well stock with appliances for all your cooking needs and plenty of space. very comfortable beds and lovely garden with vegetables & herbs. Short walk to the river and the beach.

We spent 4 nights in this beautiful home and didn’t want to leave! Beautifully furnished with attention to every detail, super comfortable beds and pillows in large rooms, with plenty of living space. The downstairs games room was a huge bonus for the kids (and big kids!) and we loved sharing meals on the upstairs balcony with incredible views and sunsets. Lesa is a fantastic host, and we can’t wait to stay again soon!

A lovely apartment with a large balcony giving beautiful views of the ocean and stunning sunsets. Tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Steve and Deb are very welcoming and friendly. They are happy to give advice on things to see and do in and around the area. Beaches and restaurants at Mindarie and Quinns are within easy walking distance. Also good public transport links close by. Highly recommend and we will definitely check for availability when planning our next trip.

mindarie beach house was a lovely accommodation. netflix to watch programmes in the evening. very comfortable beds. beach house was clean and in a very good location, close to the beach 😁 Hosts are very friendly and very good with communication. would highly recommend staying here. we had a lovely time thankyou x

Amazing 7 night stay here. Pics don’t do the apartment justice. Large space inside and out, lots of storage and nice furnishings for chilling & dining. We were very comfortable here. The area is great, the Marina very lovely with a few good restaurants within walking distance and shops too.

We had a wonderful long weekend at Maree's place. It was just as described - very modern, spacious and we really appreciated the extra touches such as high quality bedding and towels really. Maree was a great host, her communications were timely and friendly and we were made to feel very welcome.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this peaceful Alkimos apartment. Walking distance from the beach and local cafes, stunning ocean views from the balcony, and the apartment itself was just as anticipated from the photos, with a lovely open plan kitchen/dining area and decent sized bathroom area. Perfect spot for a little staycation and getaway.

Watching the ocean and the sunsets from there was simply magical and added an extra layer of relaxation to our trip. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The host was exceptional – super friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions or recommendations. Their hospitality truly made the experience even more special. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Perth. Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or a base to explore the area, this place has it all. Katie was a fantastic host. Extremely helpful and friendly. Not only was the accomodation exactly as described, Katie ensured that the space felt like home. From small additions of fresh fruit and snacks upon arrival to sending through endless recommendations of things to do around the area.
