Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Gubat

This is my second time renting this location, and I noticed several renovations and new amenities since our initial stay. I highly recommend this location to my colleagues, as it is an excellent venue for events or relaxation.

I love Baia nest’s commitment to positively impact the local community — the people , the ocean, the land. We could all recreate responsibility and places like Baia streamlines it for us. Thank you! Our family love its proximity to the local community and ‘raw’ nature and adventure —fishing villages, local springs/swimming holes apart from the beach! Local produce market and surf camp. It can be quiet as immersive as you like or as peacefully detached as preferred. Staff are responsive and kind. Doris, Nicel, and Vilma are available for our needs and are positive presence during our stay. We Thank you all for your work over the holidays especially! We shall see you all soon! Clean place, very accomodating and easy to find the place. Flexible check in as long as you inform them. Safe place to stay.

We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. Felt like we are at our own home. The place is just a few steps away from the beach and there is a store across the house where you can buy food and other things. We will definitely book again.

Staying at this Airbnb was an absolute fun! The host was incredibly accommodating, the space was spotless and beautifully decorated, and the location couldn't have been better. I highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a top-notch experience. 5 stars all the way!

I feel so lucky to have found Lola Sayong. I’m used to kubo and kulambo living (nipa hut and mosquito tents) so this place welcomes back that part of me. The place is clean, well-maintained and well-loved by Bicolano hospitality. We were taken care of like we were good friends. Lots of spots for busy people to excel in doing nothing and enjoy wind and wave. Thank you Ate Kat, Abby, Kim, Nico, Anton, Ata and Johnmel the OG doggo of Lola Sayong for treating us like family!

We had a great stay at Michelle’s. Very convenient was the available car parking in front of the unit. Internet was stable. The bigger bed room has a split air conditioner which was working fine. The place is wonderfully spacious and comfortable, with plenty of windows allowing for a natural breeze and a quiet AC unit when needed. The kitchen is well-equipped with ample counter space, a fridge, and a microwave for reheating meals. The bathroom offers a seating area, which is a thoughtful touch for those who might find standing for long periods challenging. Surrounded by coconut trees, the property exudes true island vibes, with the beach just a few steps away. The abundance of green space around makes it feel like you're renting an entire resort, as the other villas and huts are spaced quite far apart. We had the pleasure of meeting Tita Elvie, Claire Ann's very helpful mom, and what I assume was her dad. They are clearly hands-on, taking great care in maintaining the property, decorating, and landscaping, ensuring a delightful stay for their guests
