Holiday rentals with beach access in Guaynabo

An amazing place to stay out. AC works well, the view was incredible ... you can't ask for a better white noise than the ocean right outside! Extremely walkable and safe area. There are plenty of exceptional restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance. Don't hesitate to book here.

Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances we had to cancel ou reservation, but we actually went into the place and it was very nice, large and bright, and super well located. Zulma was also a very nice host. I really wanted to stay and was sad we had to leave.

Janet is a gracious, kind, and communicate host who was flexible with check-in to accommodate my work meetings I had to attend in the office. While her place is shown/described and spotlessly clean, I found it better than described with thoughtful touches and anticipation of guest needs such as a wide array of spare toiletries (in case one forgot), ample shelving to unpack, a garment steamer, a full-size umbrella for those occasional, unpredictable showers and a clean coffee maker with large mugs. I enjoyed my coffee on the quiet balcony not facing the main road. The bed was comfortable. After working, I was able to feel relaxed here and sleep well. She also provided extensive details la isla del encanto. La casa de Janet me encanto.

Best place to stay while on vacation. Walking distance to all good restaurants, hair salon, next to the beach, very safe, a lot to do in this area, and if you don’t rent a car, then take public transportation because IT IS FREE and the bus stop is right in front of the condo! There is beach chairs and towels for the beach in the apartment so that was a plus 😃 Easy check in and out, and the staff in the reception are very friendly and helpful. Ocean view, best place to stay and I will definitely come back, the food is great in every restaurant, we stayed for 10 days. Just the best!

Don’t let the older building deter you. We had no issues at all. The photos of the unit didn’t do it justice! It was beautiful, spacious and had an amazing view from the balcony! The location was easily walkable to several shops and restaurants too! The host was great to work with as well. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

Had a great stay at Ricardo’s. We were greeted when we arrived and felt right at home. The beach is a quick walk away and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet at night. So glad it was available for the last 2 nights of our trip!

We all had a great time at Tommy and Kayla’s place. We travelled from NY to San Juan for an extended weekend wedding, and there were 4 of us that stayed very comfortably at the apartment. We got a rental car for the weekend and it was easy to get around, getting to the house you have to use one entrance which has a person stationed at a gate 24/7 to let you into the neighborhood. The other gate that the GPS brings you to is not manned and we couldn’t figure out how to exit out of that gate, so we just used the one gate each time. The house has 8 towels which was very helpful for showering/beach use. We also took advantage of the kitchen for breakfast and a dinner, which had all the utensils/pots/pans we needed. The only thing that I will send caution to are the mosquitos. A person in our group is quite allergic to mosquitos and they have quite a presence at the house. We all left Puerto Rico with an extensive amount of bug bites. However, overall a beautiful little spot.

Great location for a 70th birthday party! Easy to walk to the beach and restaurants, very clean and lots of space. Communication with Alejandro was very easy. We would definitely return.

Amazing place, good location and great value. Javi's place easily accommodated our group of 5 adults and 2 kids. All amenities were available as listed and everything was working properly (AC units, laundry, hot water, etc). The place was very clean and Javi was quick to respond when I had questions. The place is within walking distance to nearby restaurants, small shops and a super market. The surrounding feels safe and it did not feel loud, other than the morning rosters that are everywhere in the island lol. Javi is a great host was very pro-active about making our trip enjoyable the minute we arrived. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay away from the day to day routines.

Francheska’s stay was top notch of all of my Airbnb experiences. She not only provided what she said she would she went above and beyond providing beverages, water and extra details that went a long way on the trip. I couldn’t have been happier with the stay not to mention how flexible she was when we needed an earlier check in and a later check out. It’s a hidden paradise truly, I’ll be sure to come back!

Alex & Diana’s place is perfectly center , the placita is 7mins away , highway accessible , beach near by & so much more ! Clean , spacious , beds are SOOOOO comfortable . Nice neighborhood & the local neighbors are friendly as well . I received my check in instructions bright & early the day of my arrival . Host responded in a timely manner & were very nice . We loved our stay & plan to be back 🙏🏽

We had a fantastic stay at Moon’s place. It was just as described - the views from the window were incredible! Right above the pool and steps from the beach. Moon provided beach chairs and towels, and access to the beautiful beach was easy. We loved the beach with its soft sand, warm water and big waves! A short walk along the beach was a stand selling coconuts and pineapple, ices and pina coladas! Easy to walk to the local restaurants - favorites included Bebo’s Cafe for local Puerto Rican cuisine, La Cantina Argentina, and Sobao’s Cafe for coffee/breakfast. It’s felt safe walking around and most people were friendly and happy to help. We rented a car for one day from Enterprise, a 10 minute walk along the road. We visited El Yunque rain forest - wow! Amazing experience. Uber was definitely the way to go for most places, easier than trying to park! Old San Juan is a must visit! One of my favorite vacations!

We had a great stay at Augusto and Liliana's place. The condo is just as pictured and was very clean. We had hot water with every shower, which as I understand is not always true with other rentals/homes. It is conveniently located to the beach, restaurants and shopping. There is a great gelato place across the street. And our favorite breakfast location, Senior Baguette, is less than a 5 minute walk away. We had a rental SUV, so definitely happy we had the reserved parking spot!! This is a must have for anyone renting a vehicle as parking is horrible in San Juan! When we arrived at the condo, we met with Liliana. She was very sweet and asked about what we had planned during our stay. She offered some recommendations which were helpful, including a great pizza place in Ponce when we took a day trip there! We would definitely book with Augusto and Liliana again! Looking forward to our next trip to Puerto Rico!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Gerardo’s place. The space was very well kept and maintained comfortable space. The view is unrivaled! Would definitely stay again!!

Lovely serene views of the lagoon especially in the evenings with Kayakers enjoying a sunset frolic. The accommodations were very convenient for a couple. The location is very walkable to the beach, restaurants and entertainment. The host and the onsight representative were responsive and helpful. I would gladly recommend to friends and family.

Leesandra was very responsive and helpful to answer any questions. The listing was just as described. A location so close to the beach was what we were looking for and this fit that. It is a city view as stated in the description. There are many restaurants and markets within walking distance. We did not realize we were there before check-in time (that was on us) and they were still cleaning the condo; however there is a lobby we were able to wait in and we were notified as soon as it was ready and she allowed us an early check in at that point. We would stay here again.

This Airbnb was beautifully decorated. Right in the middle of 100 restaurants/bar/grill…. So many to choose from. The secure parking garage is huge benefit as parking can be challenging in Condado. The apartment is clean, safe and comfortable. Would definitely book here again.
