the tranquility, cleanliness and security of the place, accompanied by the good disposition and welcome of Daniel made our stay very pleasant.

The suite is very comfortable and elegant. It is located in a gorgeous residential sector of the city of Quito and within walking distance of a mall that offers all kinds of shops and services. The communal area of the building is well equipped with gym, 24 hour guard, etc.

This home is a hidden gem. It is not in the downtown area but in a village setting closer to the airport. My family of 2 adults and 4 children stayed here for a couple nights at the end of our one month stay in Ecuador. It was the perfect way to end our time in this beautiful country. The house is large and spacious and well equipped to cook and relax on the property. There are lots of things to keep kids entertained like the outdoor lawn, playground and indoor ping pong table and games. Karla, the housekeeper lives on the property and is always there to help. There is an amazing vegetable garden and Karla gave us veggies, avocados, oranges and lemons straight from the garden as we prepared our lunch. It was much more than we could eat. The owner of the house is very kind and came to see us off. We were overwhelmed by his kind gesture when he offered to drop us at the airport. We couldn’t think of a better way to end our time in Ecuador.

This condo was an amazing space to stay during our short stay in Quito! Great host who provided fantastic advice during our stay. Centrally located and the view is even better in person! We felt safe in this neighborhood!

The host is accessible, flexible, and attentive. The mini dept. is nice; surrounded by green area and tranquility. I hope to be back soon.
