Holiday rentals with a pool in Guayama

We loved this house! The pictures do not do it justice. It is prettier than what you see. Very clean. We enjoyed arriving in the evenings and resting near the pool and outdoor bar area. Highly recommend! Will be back next year.

Beautiful home away from home. Our family - 2 adult children. We were very comfortable and the home layout and outdoors area were plenty of room to enjoy together or spread out as needed😉. Best hosts we have experienced!

Our group of 7 immensely enjoyed our stay. The location was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. The mornings sitting in the backyard and drinking coffee by the pool is a memory I'll cherish, as is the sound of the coquí chirping at night. The kitchen was big and easy to navigate, and we ended up cooking quite a bit. 10/10 would come again!

This was my first Airbnb venture, so my expectations may be different. The pluses were the 1 bedroom house, small pool, and beach located steps away from the house were as advertised. From the hostess statement and reading previous renter’s good reviews was one of the two main reasons I chose to stay here for the week before Xmas with my fiancé. The property is well kept, secure, well lit at night, and has a modern interior decor. This is best time of year if you want quiet, there were lots of vacancies. We didn’t have any renters on both sides. I would go back next year if this home is available for a week before Xmas. We had problem getting the French doors on the house to unlock. On the 3rd morning after I had locked the door for the night we found ourselves locked in. We called the hostess who called home manager and he brought a locksmith. The door was stuck high on the door frame. Other problem was the 2nd bed has unsecured wood slats holding the mattress in place.

Amazing property with everything you need for an amazing stay. The location is perfection. Highly recommended!

Alexander place was amazing. The pool and the hot tub was as advertised. amazing outdoor space..the place is near alot of stores. fabiola food truck and odd kitchen food truck down the street. amazing authentic food. Great home and location

We enjoyed the stay at this beautiful and amazing place. Arturo and John were very responsive. The place look even more beautiful than when you look at it in pictures. Nice and clean pool. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Thanks to the hosts.

This place is a hidden gem! We planned on doing a lot of activities and excursions while we were in PR but we loved the place so much that we ended up staying at the beach most days instead of adventuring. We decided that we will have to come back. The place is very clean, has everything you might need including beach chairs and beach towels. The views were amazing (especially the sunrise and sunset). The beach was phenomenal. Very private and secluded. Some of our guests enjoyed snorkeling and saw some cool fish and coral. The AC worked really well. There is a clothes line outside where we could dry clothes and towels. Lots of wild life such as pretty birds and iguanas. The beds were comfy. The host gave lots of recommendations which we appreciated. There's a restaurant in very close walking distance (1 minute) and another still close about 5 mins walk away. The area felt very safe. There's a grocery store nearby and other beaches. We would definitely come back to this airbnb again.

Our stay was perfect. The view is gorgeous and was exactly what we wanted. Even beach chairs were provided. Some were broken, but it was great to have . The washer and dryer were great to have as well. I had problems opening the porch door the Luis responded to me instantly on how to open the door. Check in and check out instructions were clear as could be. Would love to stay here again in the future as we go to this location every year! 10/10!

This was our second visit to Juan’s condo. We spend a great deal of our time relaxing on the wonderful covered patio which is very private and quiet with a great view of the ocean. This time we discovered a few restaurants close by the condo that had great menus. Juan is always very quick to respond and extremely accommodating. We will certainly be staying here again on our next trip to Puerto Rico.

Excellent place and host

Our stay at Sea la Vie was exquisite and the views around the resort were amazing! The resort is very secure and safe and the staff around the resort are very friendly. Cristina was very responsive during our trip, from start to finish we felt very relaxed and at home. I would highly recommend the Palmas resort when visiting Puerto Rico and staying at Sea la Vie, if it is available.

Don’t hesitate to book! I am very picky when it comes to deciding on a place to stay when we travel. I always research the area/safety/distance etc, you name it I’ve already thought about it. This was our first trip to Puerto Rico. My husband, teen daughter and I needed to get away from the single digit winter temps in the mountains of Virginia. Palmas Del Mar community was beyond our expectations! We felt right at home from the second we walked into the condo. The condo was exactly as described and in photos! The view is breathtaking! We were able to watch the sunrise from the master bedroom…absolutely beautiful! Security made us feel safe and comfortable. Our stay was for a short weekend, but we will definitely be back! Oh, and the hosts were most helpful and answered any questions I had!

Greg's place is awesome. We had a great time as family. The grill was a plus. Beautiful view to the beach. I loved every morning drinkg my coffee looking at the ocean. Definitely will stay again soon.

I stayed at Danielle’s apartment with my family to celebrate the New Year. Obviously we experienced the blackout event on the 31st. However Danielle’s kept us informed and provided us with lanterns and batteries to make it through the time with no energy. Also, the apartment has a gas BBQ that we used to cook our meals. The power came back just in time for the New Year celebration. The fireworks were spectacular, the atmosphere was festive, and the neighbors were also celebrating with music and greeting us. The apartment is spacious, elegant and with plenty amenities. We really enjoyed our time in Palmas Del Mar. And we are already planning returning soon.

This is probably the BEST airbnb we have stayed in. The location is beautiful. The setup was amazing. Very comfortable and clean. Great amenities. The pool was fantastic in walking distance. Shopping center with great restaurants near by. The host went above and beyond providing New Year’s Eve party favors, local candy, water and other drinks. Very responsive when we needed assistance. Overall a great example of how an Airbnb should operate. Loved it! Thank you for making our vacation perfect!
