I had an amazing stay in this property. From the time of my arrival, the attention was impeccable and the place was perfectly clean and organized and very well equipped. The photos don't do it justice, it's even better in person! The location is great, and Mildred made everything so much easier and more enjoyable, he was always attentive to any need or question and immediately regardless of the time. Definitely a 5 star experience. I'm crazy about coming back with more friends and family, Highly recommended!

Carlenis was a great host throughout our stay! She was very responsive and communicative during the entire trip. The property was very quiet and made it feel safe since it was gated. Each room was as described in the listing and the photos as well. The beach was about a 10-15min walk from the property as well. I look forward to staying here again in the future. I loved the apartment it was right by the ocean had central AC, amazing balcony overlooking playa juan dolio.The beach and pool was really entertaining and relaxing.

Excellent communication , the place is A Plus , the Beautiful beach less than a block away , walkable area with many different restaurant , friendly and secure area really good for everybody , family with children will love it !!

First let us tell you how helpful Osiris was right from booking to checkout. We had flight delays and trouble with our airport transfer company and he went above and beyond to help us. He was always super quick to respond to any of our questions or concerns. The view from the balcony of the condo was amazing. The kitchen is well equipped for a long stay and the beds are very comfortable. We were a group of 4 adults and the size of the condo was perfect. All of the staff at the facility were extremely helpful and friendly. Even though we didn't speak much Spanish they always found a way to help us. The building and the surrounding grounds were extremely clean and tidy. The little snack and beverage bar by the pool was great and reasonably priced. We will definitely be back!!!

Great place! Anthony was responsive, and our family enjoyed staying there. The only downside was the low water pressure in the master bathroom shower; we all used the shower in the other bathroom. The place was nice and clean and had everything we needed to enjoy beautiful Juan Dolio.

Nice Apartment! with everything you need to spend few days out of the city! Very close to a beach, and you can drive few minutes to other better beaches. The complex has stores next to where you can get some basic supplies. Thanks to Mildred for being communicative and helpful!

We came to Santo Domingo on a girls trip and our initial airbnb was very disappointing and the location wasn't desirable. We decided to look for a new one after the first night and George's place saved our vacation. This place is absolutely gorgeous and the view is to die for! The kitchen is well stocked with amenities and there's a market across the street to grab a few things. We felt extremely safe with the security gate and it was very peaceful. Some of my friends are already planning to come back with their husband's.
