We loved our stay at Dujardin's property. The unit was spotless, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Waking up to the sunrise views over the valley from our bedroom and balcony was a daily highlight—a picture-perfect way to start the day. The pool was another standout feature.

This place is absolutely beautiful! The suite and entire premises were immaculately clean, perfect for our Valentine’s Day and anniversary getaway. Check-in was smooth, with clear parking instructions. Shortly after arrival, there was a power outage, but our host, Geraldo, was incredibly responsive, guiding us on how to use the generator, and everything was restored quickly. The outdoor space was the highlight—stunning bohemian decor, breathtaking views, an outdoor shower, half bath, mini fridge, and sink—we did not want to leave. Before checkout, we had a car issue and needed roadside assistance; luckily, the location is excellent, near a gas station and market. Geraldo kindly let us stay past checkout, ensuring we were comfortable. His attentiveness and hospitality made all the difference. We would definitely return and highly recommend this romantic, peaceful getaway.

My family and I have stayed at several units in this complex over the years. Three days before our arrival, we had a travel disruption that required us to arrive one day earlier than expected. I contacted Bob and he quickly replied that the unit was free and we were welcome to stay. The unit was clean and well equipped. We had clear instructions on how to use everything (it was all labeled!) and were provided a guide weeks before our stay. The beds were comfortable and there were sufficient towels and pillows. The kitchen had stainless steel pans, a blender (for when my daughter asked for a Pina Colada), a Brita filter in the fridge and ice trays in the freezer. If you are heading to Crash Boat, Bob supplies beach chairs, bags, coolers, etc. You also have a wonderful view of the sunset daily as well as the island of Desecho. We didn't want to leave and can't wait to come back. Thank you Bob and Evelyn!

We had a great stay! The house was perfect for us. Communication was great. Nice relaxing getaway with the family.

If I could give this home 100 stars I would! The views from the home were amazing. The pool, hot tub and ocean just steps from the door. It was very private and we felt so safe. The beds were very comfortable. We slept so well. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. The refrigerator was nice and large with ice and filtered water in the door. The shower was an amazing Wall Mounted Waterfall Rain Shower System with 2 Body Sprays and a wand. The televisions were large and we were able to watch everything we wanted. The wifi was very reliable. We spent every morning on the porch watching the waves and feeling the ocean breeze while drinking our coffee. The outdoor table and furniture were very comfortable and the swings held my 200 pound self and were very enjoyable.

Our stay with Carlos was absolutely magnificent! His communication was flawless from start to finish, making everything smooth and stress-free. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and his hospitality truly made all the difference. One of the highlights of our stay was the special section he set up, where my partner and I could explore different cultural items from earlier years. It was such a thoughtful touch, and my girlfriend was incredibly impressed—she said it felt just like being back at her grandma’s house, which made the experience even more special. If you’re looking for an authentic and welcoming stay, this is the place! San Juan is wonderful but can be very touristy—this spot offers a homey, immersive experience on a side of the island that is breathtaking beyond words. I would recommend this over any other stay in Puerto Rico. Thank you, Carlos, for making our trip unforgettable.

It was just steps from the beach, making it easy to enjoy morning walks on the sand and breathtaking sunsets. The location was also perfect—walking distance to great restaurants and bars, so we never had to go far for a good meal or a fun night out. The enclosed yard was a huge bonus, especially since we brought our service dog, who loved having space to roam safely. And on hot afternoons, the small pool was the perfect spot to cool off and unwind. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful, convenient, and dog-friendly beach retreat, this is the place! We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend! 🌊🏡✨

Good location lots to do great place for the money I paid great places to eat and shop at

Listing as described, there were a few issues that were taken care of in a timely manner. The upstairs is for 2 people and was comfortable. We loved sitting at the table with the ocean view watching all the activity on the water, having our morning coffee. We didn't use the porches, but the pool area was beautiful and the grill was used regularly. The front outdoor living area was perfect to read, enjoy the ocean view and we appreciated the quiet of the dead end street. We also felt the location was perfect to being central to alot of things on our to do list. If you like to be close enough to the bigger areas but far enough for the quiet this is the place.

We stayed at 3 Soles for two glorious months! Frank and Vivi are amazing hosts quick to respond to any questions. The unit is quaint but has everything you need to relax and enjoy the area. The beach is phenomenal and you can walk for miles along the shore. Lying in the hammocks in the afternoon was so peaceful and the iguanas running around the yard were very entertaining. You can walk to very nice local restaurants . We will be returning!!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The area was great and the condo had everything we needed including beach chair and towels, which made the trip so easy. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying breakfast while watching the waves.

We had a great stay. The home is very clean and they have thought of everything. Marco and Magda were very good at checking in and also gave us a great restaurant recommendation for Thanksgiving dinner. We will definitely stay there again, when we come back to Rincón.

Casa Kahuna is stunning, gorgeous views, everything was clean, spacious, and extremely well equipped. There was nothing lacking in regards to amenities in the house(it has everything and more). The pool and terrace area are perfect for lounging. We had a situation with the A/C in one of the rooms and the property manager handled it in a promptly manner. The location is perfect because it's private but at the same time is very close to town, restaurants & beaches. It is a beautiful home and would highly recommend.

This place is ideally located right on beautiful and quiet Sandy Beach, 10min walk on the beach from Casa Islena and Tamboo restaurants and Antonio's surf break. 10min drive to the surf breaks and restaurants in Rincon. Condo has lots of sleeping room, our 4 teenagers had beds to themselves. Host had beach towels and chairs and boogie boards for us. Kitchen is a bit dated. Had some hot water issues that the host fixed; the dryer didn't work.

Simply put, Carlos's property was fantastic! It's a beautiful house, tastefully furnished and very well-equipped. The entire house was incredibly clean. There were plenty of high-quality beds, bedding, and linen. The beach, just steps away, was also wonderful. Carlos was very responsive to our requests and overall, a very gracious host. Beautiful location! You can hear the waves from your bed! Condo was a little tricky to find in the dark, but once we found it we were very happy- it’s well stocked with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The kids loved finding sea glass on the beach -and playing in the tide pool just down the beach.

Tom and Lynette have such a lovely property right on the water. They have excellent communication and we're very hospitable. Definitely take advantage of the beach but if you don't have a surfboard, dont go swimming. it's as powerful as the warning signs advise you about. The third floor terrace is a great place to watch the stars on a clear night that reminds you how small you are in this world. The beds and bathrooms are very spacious and accommodating, and the kitchen is well stocked with amenities. The property for sure had a, "home away from home vibe"
