Family-friendly holiday rentals in Guayabo

Beautiful location, perfect pool, a lovely place. Private and had a great view. Could have used some more small amenities--no washcloths, lamps on nightstands, non-overhead lights, or towel rack. Could have used some light maintenance. Also, this property does not have its own electricity generator, so if the grid power goes out you will not be able to charge devices, run a/c, etc. Overall will definitely come back, but might bring my own washcloths!

Great stay! Beautiful sunsets and close to many attractions. AJ was very communicative even during the power outage that the island experienced. Would recommend!

Had a great time, loved everything. The beach and pool equipment he let us use was a big plus. The apartment and view is beautiful. Very nice complex. Located next to Crash boat beach is a plus. I would highly recommend the his place and hope to return one day. Thank you Bob Diamond for everything.

Remember that scene in The Thomas Crown Affair where Pierce Brosnan whisks Renee Russo down to the Islands to his private Bungalow on the beach? Gigi has that down in spades. The place is emasculate. We will come back next December for a month, it is that nice. The area is easy to navigate if you're familiar with Island Driving. Rincon is a wonderful little village with much to do. For our part, we located private (and very reasonable snorkeling) and unlike the mobbed BVI and USVI, PR and the Spanish Virgin Islands offer much. Take the Northern route to Rincon. Much better highway and less congestion. Also a far more beautiful route. Gigi is a super host and while nothing went side ways on us, but if it did, Gigi was more than capable of fixing whatever it would be. Five Star Rating, hands down.

Though tough for us suburbanites to navigate the hills and small mountain roads, Popo was super-responsive and led us to the house! Once there, it is beautiful- views, well appointed, spacious. 15min drive down into Rincòn. A/C in bedrooms cool, great verandas and cool jetted tub. Popo brought us fresh bread and fruit our first morning there. Sandy Beach was our favorite for waves, Black Eagle beach was very calm and easy parking. Outdoor shower at the house for rinsing off after beach. Appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella provided by the host.

This was my family’s 2nd stay. The first time we weren’t able to enjoy the beach given other commitments. This time we went to the local beach. It was quite and in walking distance. The local spot, Pizzeria Estella, was also a lot of fun. The host are excellent and very quick to respond and attend to their guests.

This place was amazing! By far one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. We would definitely love to come back! Thank you for allowing us to stay here!! I highly recommend.

Great week in Rincon. Astrea and Michael made us feel right at home and were responsive hosts. Their recommendations were spot on for restaurants and beaches The apartment was squeaky clean and well stocked. We loved the deck and outdoor shower. The sounds of nature and the ocean lulled us to sleep each night. Highly recommend and look forward to returning.

We had an amazing stay at Roger's property! He is an outstanding host, always available and quick to assist with anything we needed, which made our trip seamless and stress-free. The house itself is fantastic, beautifully maintained, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. The pool was absolutely great, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Every little detail has been thought of, making it a perfect place to unwind. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back in the future when I come to Puerto Rico!

Beautiful place and view was beyond what we expected. Didn’t feel like we wasted any time when we were home because there was still plenty to see. Spotted beautiful iguanas out back, and watched the sunset on our final day. Just perfect!

We had an absolutely fantastic week at Janet’s condo. Everything was described perfectly, communication was fast and efficient. Our family loved being able to snorkel right out front at the rock reef, finding brain coral, star fish, angel fish and a host of other species. We had two power grid failures but Janet communicated swiftly and they honestly did not affect our trip at all. Highly recommend this spot!

Excellent location and accommodations at the villa. Couple of nearby restaurants to walk to, beach within a 3 minute walk. Near the boat ramp, there's a small cove area to swim that keeps the larger waves at bay. Air conditioning in the bedroom kept the main rooms at a cold enough temp. Would definitely rent again, thanks Raul!

My family had a wonderful Stay at Karl’s house in Rincon. The place was in a great location and everything was pristine. We look forward to returning to Rincon and renting again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The area was great and the condo had everything we needed including beach chair and towels, which made the trip so easy. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying breakfast while watching the waves.

We had a great stay. The home is very clean and they have thought of everything. Marco and Magda were very good at checking in and also gave us a great restaurant recommendation for Thanksgiving dinner. We will definitely stay there again, when we come back to Rincón.

This place was the perfect Airbnb for surfers and tourists as it was only 10 minutes from downtown and to the best surfing beaches in Rincon. It is very safe and private with fantastic views overlooking the ocean The outside living space was so roomy and scenic. The owner answered questions within minutes and was very informative

Casa Kahuna is stunning, gorgeous views, everything was clean, spacious, and extremely well equipped. There was nothing lacking in regards to amenities in the house(it has everything and more). The pool and terrace area are perfect for lounging. We had a situation with the A/C in one of the rooms and the property manager handled it in a promptly manner. The location is perfect because it's private but at the same time is very close to town, restaurants & beaches. It is a beautiful home and would highly recommend.

This was our second time staying at this villa. Our trip was scheduled right when tropical storm Ernesto made it's way around the island. We did experience power outages which is expected- there was no generator in place but our host Maricel went above and beyond to make us as comfortable as possible. She was so attentive to our needs bringing us food, solar lights, water, battery operated fan, and was in close communication until power was restored. The 24/7 on site security where also very reassuring in terms of safety. The most recent upgrades where a plus. It is beautifully furnished and the home decor adds a warmth to the villa making it feel like the perfect cozy beach home with all the added essentials in working order, appliances, electronics etc.. The location is very private with beautiful sunsets. Perfect for meditation, walks along the beach and even a nice swim. Restaurants and local activities /excursions for families are not far and easy to find. We will visit again soon

Tom and Lynette have such a lovely property right on the water. They have excellent communication and we're very hospitable. Definitely take advantage of the beach but if you don't have a surfboard, dont go swimming. it's as powerful as the warning signs advise you about. The third floor terrace is a great place to watch the stars on a clear night that reminds you how small you are in this world. The beds and bathrooms are very spacious and accommodating, and the kitchen is well stocked with amenities. The property for sure had a, "home away from home vibe"

Exactly like the pictures. There was a ton of debris on the beach. Leftover from a storm. We walked over the driftwood and made our own spot on the beach. House is amazing. Great having the pool and grill. Walkable to downtown area Great host quick to respond and had helpful tips Definitely worth the money and we will be going back
