I stayed about a month in this apartment. It is well appointed and is plenty of space for one or two people. The balcony is fantastic as it looks over the intersection. The location is in a wonderful neighborhood with many shops and restaurants on every corner. It is a short walk to the mall and supermarket. The host responds quickly and is very helpfull. I always travel with earplugs, and I recommend them here for good sleep. It is a lively area, and a main thoroughfare, however, it becomes very quiet at night. I slept very well and I would definitely return.

My stay was super pleasant I stayed for several days with my partner , I felt at home the apartment is very clean and tidy with spectacular views. I would definitely stay there again, Lina is a very good attentive and friendly host 🫶🏻

Apartment 10mn walk from the center of poblado. Clean and well placed. With 2 real bedrooms and a smaller but doing the job. It was just missing shutters at the windows or curtains so as not to be woken up by daylight in the morning. But I will come back to this apartment without any problem. Thank you for everything

Sergio and Luis were very kind, they helped us with the recommendations for the city and always showed initiative. The space is super tidy and clean, easy to access as it is right in the center of town; from there we went to many points. We would definitely come back with them 💯

Good stay, very spacious and well equipped apartment, located in a quiet sector and a 10-minute walk from the Nutibara metro and 10 minutes from the entrance to the Nutibara hill where the Pueblito Paisa is. Close to some supermarkets. We really liked it. Juan answered all our questions in time. Just to consider that the access is by a fairly narrow spiral staircase that could complicate older people. It does not have air conditioning but Medellín has a comfortable temperature so with the fan it is more than enough. The TV is not smart but it has chromecast that you can use to project what you want from your cell phone.

A very nice place that offers what it says. Very cozy and very useful to rest. The door had its call to open and close but everything was in very good condition.

We were a group of 10 and the house was very comfortable. The Host is excellent and super attentive and responsive. The house is very central to go elsewhere by taxi. The Exito supermarket is half a block away and there is a variety of places to eat.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Medellín! The location was perfect – centrally located, close to great restaurants, shops, and easy transportation options. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing visit. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, making the entire experience seamless. This place is highly recommended the host is a standup person remind me of that uncle that want to see you be great but also responsible and got my back of anything place is described to the T . very nice and quiet low traffic area. The best experience and most beautiful and spacious place ever. The high ceilings and fresh air throughout the house made it feel so cozy. The sound of the river next door at night is so relaxing. If you want to get away from the city hustle and bustle this is the place to stay. The security in the neighborhood and the private gate entry makes you feel safe. The host and cleaner are so friendly it felt like you were staying over one of your family members home. This is the place if you want to hang out with family, attend guest and have a good time. A jacuzzi in every room so everyone can unwind. This was my first time booking the home and it was recommended by my friend Josuel and it was his second time staying in the home. I will definitely book again. I recommend this place to anyone in a heart beat! Thank you all for a great experience.

the stay was above and beyond expectation, very clean and beautiful villa I can't described it enough 10 out of 10, very close to restaurant's and shopping, we loved Carmen the maid was very kind and the service was outstanding, and Juan the concierge service's and bean there for us all the time was more than what we expected just a great guy, love the people in Medellin, friendly and kind, will defiantly rent the villa again, thank you elver again for a wonderful vacation.

Wonderful Stay at Stephen's Apartment! I recently stayed at Stephen's apartment in Medellín, and it was an incredible experience. The location is perfect—close to public transport and within walking distance to restaurants and attractions. The apartment itself is stylish, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Stephen was an exceptional host, always responsive and helpful with recommendations for local spots to check out. The views from the balcony were stunning, especially at sunset. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like fresh towels and a guidebook with tips for exploring the city. I highly recommend staying at Stephen's place if you're visiting Medellín. I can't wait to return!

Great location nice place

Perfect for two couples. A plus is that it is adjacent to a hotel - was able to book a Guatape tours and use restaurant/bar. Apartment had everything needed - didn't have to buy water, as it also had a water filtered water dispenser. Didn't have a need to contact host often, but when we did, he responded right away. Close to main street and a quick cheap taxi to Provenza. A little over a mile to walk to metro station - there are two metro stations A line - Aguacatala and El Poblado. Apartment did look a little smaller than pictures, and we thought it had two balconies. There is only one. Plenty of hot water, however, you need to manipulate, the faucet, as it is either extremely hot or extremely cold - just prepare for it. Lastly, the apartment is situated on a hill, so if you plan on walking around, just know that you will have a steep hill to get back from main road - may want to take a cheap taxi back. Would definitely consider staying again.

An excellent apt matches the description, Mrs. Gloria is very kind, her daughter still gave us precise directions for metro trips and they were willing to help and give us an explanation of everything. Would stay here again without a doubt in this apto. Thank you very much

The place was better than the pictures. Great location if you want something to do at all times. Security was available at all times and were very hospitable.

This Airbnb was so worth it! We wanted a more peaceful stay without being too far from the parque Sabaneta and that’s exactly what we found in this Airbnb. The walk can be a challenging since it is on hills. But we don’t mind that. Although the cafe at the restaurant was not open during our stay, we did find this amazing cafe down the road called Ozzy. The apartment was clean and Melissa was very welcoming and helpful. She responded quickly to any questions.
