Recommend! We spent great days there! Cozy Ap, well-equipped, clean, with structure (TV and air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living room ). Very good condominium pool and is two blocks from the beach (we went and back on foot without problems). Condominium orai service very good! Amanda was very helpful in the instructions and in the attendance. Check out was flexible (which allowed us to escape from the back traffic!). I recommend it! And we will definitely be back.

Tatiane got us very well, so I had some trouble finding the building (the condominium is huge kk) she helped promptly and the condominium security guards as well. Ap great and well located.

The apartment was exactly like the pictures. It was clean and organized. It's not big but for two people it's great! Negative points: - One of the points of attention is in relation to the blue sofa of the living room. It is beautiful, but kind of “old” which makes it impossible for someone to sleep in it because the upholstery/foam is not the best and when we open the sofa totally to lie down, the woods take A LOT on the back. - Second point: The gatehouse did not finalize our registration as visitors, so whenever we needed to enter I had to repeat my data and talk about where I was staying. - About Gustavo: he is a dear and super solicitous, he has given me numerous tips about the city and about check-in/check-out. SP is always dangerous but as a job in the city I already knew the location well. A Consolação/Frei Caneca is generally “quiet”. It has the Higienópolis - Mackenzie subway, which is about 10 minutes away and we don't need to be so afraid there. Rent without fear.

All excellent! Quick check inn, very polite and friendly host, responded to everything quickly. Great location, one block from 2 malls, Jardim Sul and Morumbi Town. Shops, cinemas, bars, restaurants, bakeries, all next to the apartment. Easy access to other neighborhoods, Burle Marx Park, Morumbi Park, Morumbi Stadium, all near the apartment. Clean, impeccable, air-conditioned location, everything perfect! I highly recommend it!

The apartment is perfect in a great condominium full of leisure options (outdoor and heated pool, spa, sauna, court, game room), parking spaces and close to the beach with easy access in a quiet spot of the Riviera. Very nice to have all the amenities with linens, we only take the beach towels. The kitchen is complete, all clean and organized. Great and fast communication.

I was extremely pleased with my stay on this Airbnb! The location is perfect, right in the heart of São Paulo, at Rua Frei Caneca. It is close to everything, with easy access to restaurants, shops and transportation. The home was welcoming, clean and well-equipped, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment. The host was very attentive and helpful, always available to help with whatever was needed. I strongly recommend this location to those who want a convenient and comfortable stay in São Paulo. I will definitely return!

I loved Rodrigo's place! The environment is super cozy, all very clean and organized. The house is super comfortable and has everything you need to feel right at home. The condominium is excellent, super quiet, with pool, game room and a perfect location, close to the beach. One detail that made all the difference was the ice machine available in the condominium made it too easy to set up the cooler to enjoy the day at the beach! In addition, Rodrigo is a super attentive and helpful host, always concerned with ensuring the best for guests. I felt super well received and undoubtedly, I want to come back more often. I highly recommend this space for those seeking comfort, practicality and moments of unforgettable leisure!

Simply spectacular !!!! We travel with family, with 6 adults and 2 children. It was sensational !!!!!! The house is wonderful, perfect, very comfortable, it has everything very well tidy, everything very clean, the impeccable bed and bath linens, the excellent beds, the beautiful dishes.... the spectacular condominium, two delicious pools,extremely safe, literally in front of the beach, highly helpful employees, beach service with chairs and sunshine, you don't need to use a car for anything if you want to. We really feel at home, it doesn't feel like leaving.... Hamilton I extremely request with everything we ask for. It's a place I could go every weekend. We will certainly be extremely assiduous guests.

Very nice house, spacious, with everything you need for a good stay. The condominium is very complete and safe, it has 3 swimming pools, gym and games for children. The house is one of the first, it is very close to the entrance and therefore a few mints from the beach. Communication with the host was impeccable. Would definitely come back, we had a great stay! Excellent stay!!! Host always ready to assist us, home very well cared for and clean, all exactly as described and shown in the photos. We had the opportunity to hire Simone's services, as indicated by Jade and this brought us even more peace of mind during the days we stayed with the family. The prime location provided us with several beautiful beaches. We will definitely go back and indicate the place with a lot of security for new guests.

The house is even better than the photos. Whenever we need to take any questions both Marcel and the chair were super quick to return to us. The house is super-equipped with all possible utensils. Next to the beach and they still offer sunscreen and chairs in good condition for us to use. We love and we would definitely stay at the house again!

We spent excellent days, everything clean and very well organized. The highlight goes to the decoration. Airy apartment with ample space. All rooms with air conditioning if necessary. The condominium is a show apart, all very beautiful and organized, the residents and staff all very polite. The location is very good, near the beach. We had a great experience.

Vinicius was very kind. Everything coordinated at the reception of the apartment for check-in. Comfortable with everything you need for a pleasant stay (AC, washing machine, kitchen among others). Very good location just three blocks from the Orla, ideal if you are a lover of the beach and walks. Host always worried that everything was OK. Secure Department.

Good stay. Nice place.

The apartment accommodated very well 4 people, would accommodate 6 as there was a bicama left. It has fans on the ceilings which helped a lot with the heat. Wanderli was super solicitous and accepted my 2 puppies, one of them medium-sized. We walk a lot with them to the surroundings always very quiet and that sense of security that Riviera provides. The beach is a 5-minute walk and the condo offers parasol and 4 chairs on the beach. It was all great.
