It has an incredible view, very central with easy access to buses and the metro. A very comfortable apartment with everything you need and would come back if no problem.

The apartment is great, beautiful, modern and in great location, close to supermarkets, Augusta Park, Shopping Frei Caneca, Rua Augusta and Paulista. The nearest subway is Higianopolis-Mackenzie (line 4 - Yellow). Apartamento com Cozinha super equipped with all types of utensils and appliances: Blender, multiprocessor, juicer, electric oven. Beautiful and functional rooms with a bed with good mattress and clean sheets. The well-walled bathroom with a window to the outside of the building and a good pressure shower. The condominium has a functional gym and meeting room. Laundry is a community with washer and dryer. Communication with Érica was excellent, always responding very quickly. Thank you Érica, as we will repeat the stay when we are in SP.

We stayed 1 week in Diego's apartment, a super cozy place, close to the pharmacy and supermarket. The condominium is calm and in a great location, Diego was always available to assist us in our stay. Beautiful apartment, we really like it and no doubt we will be staying there again.

New and complete apartment! It has all the kitchen utensils that made the trip a lot easier, including the laundry area. We love it, it's clean and cozy. Great Wi-Fi for those who need to work from home. We'd come back easily.

The impeccable house has everything in the smallest detail, very beautiful and comfortable, just a little smell of mold , due to being closed and because it has a lot of wood, but nothing that discourses, the property is perfect, beautiful decor, has all utensils , impeccable cleaning, everything for a perfect stay, I felt at home. The condominium is wonderful, as well as beautiful with incredible vegetation, delicious pools. You have to drive to the concierge and leave it there so you can go to the beach, as the house is far away. But from the concierge to the beach about 100m, with beach service, polite and gentle staff. The location of the house is in the best point of the beach , busiest, but for night trips we had to drive, about 2 km away . We love and we will return more often, Note 10!!!!

Very nice house, spacious, with everything you need for a good stay. The condo is very complete and safe, it has 3 swimming pools, a gym and games for children. The house is one of the first, it is very close to the entrance and therefore a few meters from the beach. Communication with the host was impeccable. I would definitely come back, we had a great stay! Thank you so much!!

The house is even better than the pictures. Whenever we needed to ask any questions, both Marcel and the chair were super quick to get back to us. The house is super equipped with all possible utensils. Close to the beach and they even provide umbrellas and chairs in good condition for us to use. The location is great, the apartment was clean, they provide towels and bed linens, the TVs have plenty of channels, good air conditioning. I think they could provide a pia cloth or at least one wheel. But overall, everything's great.

Excellent stay, perfectly accommodates 5 people. The condominium is close to the beach and has several amenities, parking, sports courts, gym, sauna, bar, various ice machines, beach service and large wooded garden. Clean and cozy apartment. We'll come back more often.

I loved the place, I would definitely go back to the apartment of André, very friendly, always responds quickly and cordially, I loved the space, the pool the AP itself, wonderful. I would only recommend updating the TV because I couldn't log in with my Netflix plan, other than that, everything was wonderful.

We are in love with all the details, cleaning, accommodation, proximity to the beach, common areas of the condominium, host service… I recommend it!!!
