Holiday rentals with a patio in Guarapari

The apartment is new, location is great, the gate of the building received us very well. Communication with the broker was also very good, responded quickly and was very attentive. I just didn't like that the host contacted me shortly before the stay commenting on a matter we had already talked about and agreed to. Kind of understanding that it was for us to cancel because it would not fit 8 adults comfortably in the apartment. I was not comfortable with it. But the apartment itself is great and the service too.

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment is exactly as it is in the photo. Comfortable, very well equipped, full kitchen. I missed a water filter. It is close to everything, market, pharmacy, the bakery is under the building. It is next to the beach of Areia preta and a few meters from the chestnut and boyfriends. We use the building's pool and sauna. However, the pool does not seem to be cleaned every day. On Sunday it was closed, on Monday the employee placed the product for cleaning on Tuesday and came to vacuum on Tuesday , when we were able to use the pool again. The building staff are very helpful and polite. We made a schooner tour, we went to Setiba, a more distant beach that is worth the beauty and the soft, crystal-clear waters. A tip for those who like to go out at night, we went to “farofa carioca” good food, live music, fair price. Guarapari is a wonderful city, a week is little! Thanks Eduardo and Samara. We'll be back soon!

Pictures and description correspond to the location, the space was clean and the hosts were very nice and gentle. My family and I really enjoyed our stay.

The atmosphere is cozy, comfortable, super organized and very clean. Our stay was wonderful. The hostess of the house is very friendly. Easy access and close to the beach.

Location near several beaches and shops in general, quiet and with a spacious backyard, environment exactly as described , the owner was good at communication and Dona Estela's mother welcomed us very well.

Host is very good, responds fast, proactive, helpful and offers several good tips and vouchers. The house matches the ad, very new and functional. In my opinion, I should have a swimming pool instead of the jacuzzi, by the number of people it holds. The location is good, very quiet and apparently safe, despite the short stretch of road of floor (2min), is very close (5min) to the center of Meaípe and the beaches of Bacutia and Peracanga.

Eliane was extremely helpful, very polite, always available to help, the house is wonderful, exactly as in the photos, very well equipped and located within a wonderful and safe condominium. It was very worth it, we felt at home! ❤️

Condominio perfect for kids! safe, well-kept place, adult and children's pool, little bar next to the pool with self-service (thing simple). next to the beach, if you want to walk, if you're not going to take a lot to the beach. helpful and friendly condominium employees. very nice barbecue area. Apartment exactly as in the pictures, it has the basics in the kitchen, such as silverware, dishes, pots, shapes and thermos. it accommodated perfectly myself, my wife, my son and my parents. We look forward to returning soon!

Beautiful apartment! Well located, large and well furnished! It has everything a family, or two as my case, needs. Well-assembled kitchen, new and comfortable mattresses. Both Juliano and Jaqueline are very helpful. The building's elevator is the building's elevator. It underwent maintenance on 07/09/24 and during the period we were there, from 15 to 25/07/24 it stopped working 04 times, one of them with me inside and again when we arrived from the beach and we had to climb the six floors of stairs with the beach materials. But the flat is very nice! We love it! We love it!
