We like that for children had various activities inside the building such as ping-pong, playground, soccer. It also had a restaurant inside and lots of fun options close by with beach, barzinhos, restaurants for adults. The apartment had a TV in all the bedrooms and living room, all the necessary equipment in the kitchen and many cabinets.

Remy is a fabulous host and his place is wonerful. Right on the beach with lots to do and a great location. We will definitely stay again if we ever travel to Rio again. Thanks!

Hospedei in the apartment from December 5 to 8, 2024. The host is sensational. Educado, helpful, responded quickly to all questions, made excellent suggestions and responded to any modifications that were necessary. It exceeded our expectations. The apartment is very comfortable and very well located. The building has very polite and helpful doormen. Of course, if I have a chance, I will be staying in this property again in RJ.

Honestly, there is absolutely no complaints whatsoever about this property and the overall experience at this location, from the start of the trip until the end. Luiz provided an impeccable level of service. He was at the property to greet us with a warm welcome and showed us the property to it's entirety. Luiz was a phenomenal host. Very personable and easy to reach and super accommodating. The Let's talk about the property itself: The best beach view you will get. The apartment was really welcoming and stylish, with plenty of natural plants throughout the unit, which made the air very light. We had access to all the amenities (pool, hot tub, sauna, convenient store downstairs etc). The location was superb! A good balance between relaxed and fun, without the very busy, overwhelming environment as Copacabana. Great for family and traveling alone. Barra Tijuca is just a great area in general, with lots of restaurants on the strip. Truly a five star experience!

The apartment matches the photos. Very spacious and with fans in the ceilings of the rooms. The building is well located, so it is easy to order Ifood and also to pick up Uber. It is very close to the bus and barque terminal, which greatly speeds the locomotion. Stevan was always very helpful and always responded quickly, we thank you very much for your attention.

Our stay was perfect. The apartment is in the heart of Copacabana. Very easy access to everything. The apartment is excellent. Very comfortable and with all amenities. As shown in the photos. The balcony view is spectacular. The host was quick to communicate if we needed anything. Highly recommended!

The apartment is in an excellent location, in front of the Palace Copacabana hotel, a very touristy area with a lot of commerce. We rented a car and there was quite a lot of parking nearby.

The house has ample space, comfortable beds, kitchen with good utensils and wonderful view. The outdoor area is great. The Ivanildo that takes care of the outside area and the dogs is extremely attentive. O Carlos who received us was a 10. Dogs are a separate experience. Docile, affectionate and captivating village. We even use public transportation, which is very good and free, to go to dinner. Because it is old, the house is in need of some maintenance. On the right side of the house there are two kiosks serving snacks and lunch. The experience was very enjoyable. Thank you for your welcome.

We love the place. Quiet. Well-planned. Foot on the Lagoon. Stunning view. It was what we were looking for, right now. Bruno made things even easier, with his promptness and kindness. Using the Kaiques was also of great value. We enjoyed it well. If we would come back!? Of course it is....

The house is impeccable, exactly as in the pictures! the place is beautiful, private and very cozy. Access is easier than it looks! When we got to the house I had the airs on, with ambient sound and had a cute, handmade, personalized note, which I kept with great affection! All the details are striking!

This is my second time going with my family and as always the house is very good. we have a lot of fun and we hope to return soon. Thiago is a hostess who responds quickly and is always ready to make the stay as pleasant as possible.

The house is in a condominium that is extremely quiet. The location is fantastic facing the beach. We were with family and children and the condominium was perfect for it. We enjoyed the swimming pool a lot and were even invited to participate in a little party that they made for the children of the condominium. All very quiet! The house was spotless when we arrived. Everything very clean and neat. The coffee maker and sandwich maker were top! We love the details of the decoration with art, books in various languages, the wooden dolls... The only thing to improve would be the air conditioning of the double room without a balcony that is very noisy. The others were very quiet. On the next visit to Niterói, we will certainly return there. Thank you very much Nicaea and Livia!! We highly recommend the house!

Words cannot describe this place, amazing. If you are able to stay here you have found a gem. The location was perfect for traveling between copa and Barra and everything in between. The Rio beach club is literally next door and other activities are close by. House is peaceful and comfortable. Very safe area and super clean. We will be staying here again in the near future. I stayed with three friends at Julie’s apartment during the New Year’s period. The house is very spacious and in an excellent location, being very close to Ipanema Beach and in an area that, despite the busy New Year’s festivities, always made me feel safe and free to move around. The apartment is on the top floor of the building, so there is no noise at all, and the terrace offers a breathtaking view—truly priceless. Julie was an amazing host; from the very beginning, she helped me make the most of my experience in Rio by suggesting places to visit and sharing her contacts to ensure I could fully enjoy the city. I hope to find this apartment available again when I return to Rio de Janeiro. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to have an incredible experience.

Very complete apartment. So cute that it was everything I didn't have a mishap. And it was like being at home. The holidays flew. And we enjoyed them.

Very nice the complex and the facilities I had, pools, spa area, games and activities for boys, food area within the complex. We were greeted by José and showed us the entire complex very kindly. While the beaches are not close by, the place has all the conveniences to stay inside. Highly recommended.
