By far the best service we’ve had with an Airbnb! felipe was so responsive and thoughtful. The house’s view was AMAZING, and we immediately warmed up the hot tub and had a sunset plunge over looking the city. The kitchen was PERFECT! It was equipped with everything you needed, and the laundry and tv and A/C’s all worked great! We loved being able to walk to the nearby restaurant and the layout was perfect for our big group. It felt like a HOME, and we felt so taken care of while we were there. We even hired a babysitter through Felipe for our toddler and she was the best babysitter we’ve ever had! Amazing Stay for a Family Vacation! We stayed at Casa Peces house for seven days, and it was perfect for our family. Communication with Martha was super easy, and we were thrilled to find such a great house in an excellent and safe location, close to everything we needed. The four bedrooms were fully equipped and very comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to cook and entertain. The BBQ area was a highlight—we used it and had an amazing time! The two living rooms were also very convenient, giving everyone space to relax without feeling crowded. The pool was fantastic, and we made great family memories enjoying it together. The house had everything we needed to feel at home—clean, cozy, and well-maintained. We are so grateful to Martha and Jessica for welcoming us, and we can’t wait to come back in the future. Don’t hesitate to rent this house—it truly has everything you need for an amazing stay!

Nice and spacious apartment for our family with lots of natural light ( with blackout blinds for bedrooms). Location is near lots of good eating options and the park. Parking space is tight if you have a larger car but still manageable. Overall a great place to stay

Great place to stay in San Jose. Very easy to get to downtown, bus area, restaurants and other areas. Front desk has reception 24/7 so nice to know that it is safe. There are a lot of people walking there dogs in the morning and jogging so it's very peaceful.

We have stayed several places in CR, Airbnb and hotel/resorts, and this by far is the best place we've stayed. It's new, modern, clean, welcoming. Most of the employees were bilingual so it was easy to communicate. Definitely worth the money. Definitely worth vacationing here. Would stay here again, most definitely.

The accommodation is excellent. The place is very clean, very well cared for, everything is in perfect condition from the kitchen to the bedroom. The place is silence. A strategic point to be able to move around San Jose. Totally recommended. Paolo is a super host, very attentive and friendly from the first moment, with him very fluid and assertive communication and, above all, looking to help us have a pleasant stay. A very nice place to stay, everything is very comfortable, with good security and privacy, the staff of both the entrance to the condominium and the lobby is very friendly, the communication with Natalia was always prompt and very flexible with our arrival, we only stayed one night but we would have liked to stay longer for such nice installation, it is close to the airport which facilitated our transfer. We would definitely return

Charming of the place

Had an incredible stay at Cristian’s place! The views are out of this world, place is very clean and the pictures are accurate. Pretty good location, took 15-30 minutes to get anywhere and took half an hour to get to airport in the mornings. Close to many restaurants and stores. The apartment does not have A/C so beware it can get pretty warm during the day but there were ceiling fans and portable fans in each bedroom which helped. If you get hot easily would recommend booking in the cooler months. Checking into the building requires being buzzed into by the front office which made check in a little inconvenient but we felt very safe for this reason so it wasn’t a huge issue. Overall, would highly recommend overall and plan to stay here again!

I was welcome by Domingo the security guy that was extremely nice and helpful about how to park and get to the apartment. This is amazing place with an incredible view is only 20 min from centro olímpico Costa Rica ! So any person can come and rest. The unit has great place to parking lot storage that keeps your car safe. In front of the building there is nice park that you can go walk in the morning ! Great place to stay !
