Beachfront holiday rental in Guánica

This house is the perfect location if you want to be right on the water. Perfect place to just lounge by the water, kayak, swim, etc. It's a rare gem and recommend it completely. Nino was a great host, very fast to respond to any of our questions. The bar across the street can get a bit loud on karaoke nights, but it ends around 11pm. Then you have the days to relax in silence. The locals like to hang out on the dock, but everyone is super nice and a great way to meet the locals.

Excellent place to stay. This has to be one of my favorite spots. I felt so at peace. We spent most of our time in the sunroom and on the deck. There was surfing right outside and you can take nice long walks on the beach. Luis was an EXCELLENT host. Excellent communication and flexibility with check out. I honestly didn't want to leave. Great location near Rincon, yet just enough outside you get more of a peaceful relaxing vibe. Highly recommend.

Nice place to stay if you like to enjoy the sound of the beach, if you want access in less than 2 seconds to a nice beach, this place is super nice to stay.🌊🌊🌊

The perfect place to stay for a couple’s get away. Not in a touristy part of the island but was a very simple/easy 1 hour drive from San Juan airport. 5 min walk to the beach entrance, private pool was perfect, supermarket was 3 minutes away with everything you need. Great Stay!

Mark was a great communicator and very responsive to our messages. House had everything we needed and an amazing view. Relaxing to the ocean waves was a perfect way to spend our time there. Great area with some really good restaurants within walking distance at the top of the hill. Would definitely stay there again, and recommend to others!

Location is great! Apartment is very well equipped. Super clean. You can hear the soothing waves 24/7. Lots to do around it and many nearby walkable restaurants.

Loved being right on the beach! Great view from the balcony deck. The patio was so great to be able to use. Beds were very comfortable. Washer and dryer were great and so convenient to have. The pictures provided helped immensely with locating the home. Quite a good use of the space, air conditioners worked well. The beach in front is clean and lovely. Could use something to help with the "no see um bugs" - we got bit up a lot! Road noise is extra loud due to the proximity to the busy street. The upstairs shower had very little pressure, so it takes a bit longer to rinse. The beach gets popular on the weekends, and we had beachgoers camping out right in front of the patio/beach gate. Felt that was kind of odd considering how much beachspace that was open, but I guess it speaks to how beautiful the beach right in front of the home was. We had a small is issue with a water outage one morning, Aleida was quick and responsive with helpful answers/updates. Would def stay again!

This was our first time to Manatí, and we hope to return. Carlos is a great host and we loved his place. Very cool decorating, loved the view and private yard area, easy access to a beautiful beach, and recommendations for great food options. Great experience all the way around!

The house itself was stunning, fully equipped with everything you could need for a beach vacation. The host provided a closet filled with coolers, beach blankets and scuba diving gear. Every morning, we stepped out the front door and were greeted by the beautiful ocean right in front of us, what a way to start the day! The house had a cozy vibe, and we did feel right at home in many ways. A few aspects that left us a bit disappointed. We expected a bit more privacy during our stay, but the host was on the property almost the entire time. She greeted us every morning and several other times during our stay. She swam in the pool; despite having told it would be just for us to use. This made us feel uncomfortable about using the pool. Another issue was the water temperature. We were only able to take one hot shower the entire time we were there. The water remained ice cold, which was a significant inconvenience. Especially after long days spent in the sun. I recommend with more privacy.

Freddie was very easy to work with! The house was exactly as pictured, everything was labeled making it a breeze. From the first minute we walked in, we felt at home. The location was perfect with the beach and restaurants within a minutes walk. We will happily stay at this home again and are already talking about a trip with our adult children.

Great small house with beautiful grounds and landscaping. Great place for small family. We enjoyed the pool and patio. The property goes right to the beach, absolutely stunning view of one of the greatest beaches we’ve seen! Definitely would love to come back 🥂

The villa was fantastic: clean, beautifully decorated and with a graet layout. The big plus was that it was next to the ocean shore with a nice view of the coast. I highly recommend the villa. Will rent again.

Josue’s place was oh so nice. We were greeted with cold water and cold beer in the fridge and the place was well appointed and perfectly clean. Very comfortable linens and bed and what a plus to have a pool right there. In spite of it being next to another residence, the place felt very private and super safe. Highly recommended!

Family and I had an amazing time. They have (4) Queen Beds and (4) Twin Bunk Beds. You can fit 8 adults on the Queens with no problem and 8 kids on the bunk beds easy. A few nights we were able to see the bioluminescence in the Lagoon which made staying here worth it. They have Ping Pong Table, Volley ball net, Pickleball, Bikes for the kids, Outside Bluetooth Stereo, Dominoes Tables and the best part was the POOL. The kids never wanted to leave the house because of the pool. Its close to the gas station and 20 min away from Walmart. They have a washer but no Dryer. You can hang your clothes outside. Its is the best place for LARGE parties. Price was very reasonable if you spit it amongst the families. It's also gated so you feel safe. I Highly Recommend!!!!

My fiancé and I just returned from paradise! Beach: Directly on an empty and walkable 3-mile beach (essentially private!). Walk to El Norte restaurant (very good), and Ohana Beach Bar (lots of fun). We loved walking home from dinner on a deserted beach! The home: The pictures do not do this place justice. You have the entire second floor of the home. Very comfortable queen bed, tons of kitchen appliances. Bathroom is clean and the shower had plenty of hot water. Best feature is the ENORMOUS balcony overlooking the beach and the crashing waves. Location: Walk to eat/drink at Black Pepper Cafe, Cafe Sanchez, and Cheesy. Drive to visit dozens of other restaurants, stores, and bars, all within a 10 minute drive. Hosts: John and Evelyn are the most perfect hosts! They were ready with restaurant suggestions, and excursion ideas. They made us feel right at home while allowing us tons of privacy. They made our engagement feel extra special. We cannot wait to come back to this paradise!

This was a very beautiful location and offered such an amazing view of the ocean, sunset and whales! It was so peaceful and relaxing. The ocean front offered some really good rocky reefs to do some close snorkeling and the water was wonderfully warm! Kathleen was a wonderful and communicative host! We would love to come back and stay again!

Cute house right on the beach. Came for a surf contest nearby without knowing there was a break right in front. It was perfect.

If they are looking for a quiet place with beautiful views, this is the place. Excellent place and atmosphere. Javier was a very great host and responded very kind to every question and doubt I had. I would definitely stay again.

The place was great and had everything we needed, outside area was amazing and the pictures do not do this place justice. Laura was very prompt with responses. Electricity went out for a bit which can happen on this side of the island and the generator turned it right back on. It should be noted regarding Verizon service that it isn’t the greatest service out there so just be mindful regarding putting in directions as soon as you can while you have service or while you have the Wi-Fi at the house. However it is also nice to disconnect from reality! The only thing we wished was that we were notified ahead of time that someone does come by to feed the cats daily, just for future reference but the cats were very friendly. Other than that we very much enjoyed our stay. Places to visit: Crash boat beach Survival beach - get the ceviche ! Gozlandia waterfalls - visit both waterfalls

What an amazing vacation! This place was absolutely beautiful, you could hear the waves from the door and the view was beautiful! There are lots of restaurants near by and every one we went to was amazing. Would definitely love to come back, thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us.
