Great house with air conditioning and room for large groups or families. We were visiting family members nearby and it was centrally located for the activities we wanted to do.

Perfect on every detail. All apliances work, perfectly clean and organized. Equiped with everything you might need and more! Luis was very friendly and responsive. Will absolutely be returning!

Sara is a wonderful host. We were there during the whole island blackout out. She made sure the generator was kept on and that we were comfortable. The house was perfect for the 9 of us and the views and the beach couldn’t have been better.

Such a unique spot to take in spectacular views and authentic cuisine! The balcony is amazing! The neighbors are super fun and friendly and Paulette is very quick to respond to questions. Buye Beach was really fun - definitely spring break vibes. Playa Sucia is worth the long walk for a gorgeous, more peaceful beach. We did the Caribbean Chiliboats La Parguera tour to see the bioluminescent bay with almost a full moon and still got to experience the glowing water - super cool. Paulette's Bluefin Beach House was the perfect place to stay on the east coast to really soak in an authentic Puerto Rican experience!

This was a great spot for a big group! Enough private spaces to tuck away and work, but also plenty of options for gathering- especially out by the pool. The host was very responsive, kind, and professional! Would recommend highly.

Whenever I go to PR I stay in Joyuda (I have family roots in the area), and more specifically in this building. I know him well because I've stayed in four different units. This apartment is by far the best of all who have rented. It's spacious, comfortable, accessible, safe, and has everything you need for a great experience. I recommend it and hope to be back soon!

This apt has a vintage look and the area is very serene and relaxing. The building is kept nicely clean and has functioning elevators. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and has a lovely balcony with a very nice view. There is a grill and small table great for an outdoor dinner or just to sit and enjoy the outdoors. Was able to see a beautiful sunset despite the clouds. Full kitchen and large living room with a smart TV. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. The bldg has a beautiful pool which we also enjoyed on the hot days. Overall the place is in a great location, close to many restaurants and beaches. Would definitely stay here again.

my wife and I loved the place ❤️ the directions on goggle ends up at the wrong address we kept driving made a left and found the place 2 miles down by the picture of the building ( use Waze in PR for directions ) 👍 besides that you'll love the beach peaceful getaway, supermarket and restaurant are close 💯🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷

Alex Elena is hospitable, cordial and friendly. Her daughter and her greeted us which was a great welcome after being lost. She was there to greet and meet us. Walked us thru the place and went over the rules, gave us suggestions for places to see and had a beautiful fruit charcuterie with drinks, and a well stocked kitchen. The place is beautiful to wake up to and the pool is a beautiful treat. The only thing is on the weekend there is traffic and noise as people go to beaches and restaurants nearby. Don’t let it deter you because by Sunday night it’s less noise and tranquil. I would definitely recommend it especially since it’s energy efficient and appreciate that everything is run on solar power. That was a big plus as it aligns with my being self sufficient and example for fellow owners to use as an example. It’s beautiful and very well maintained.

Great place in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean apartment and grounds are well maintained. Parking is convenient right out front and the apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Our party of two had a wonderful three night stay in this comfortable 2BR combo. It is located just a few minutes south of town and offers great access to everything in the area. The hosts were friendly and responsive, and we would book with them again (either at this location or another) without hesitation.

We had an awesome stay. Dolores was very responsive and flexible. We had a great time. The PH was very cleaned, linens, bathrooms, floors, the outdoor area. We really enjoyed the evenings playing games and looking at the ocean. It was very relaxing.

The outdoor kitchen was incredibly convenient, with a Blackstone grill, sink, fridge, and even a bathroom—perfect for laid-back meals and enjoying the view without ever having to go inside. The hot tub was crystal clean and the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. The entire space felt like a true home away from home. The pull-out sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable, and there were more than enough towels and supplies. Thoughtful touches throughout made it feel like nothing was missing.
