Great location. Quiet little community within walking distance to anything you need, including the beach. Condo was stocked with all of your beach necessities- towels, chairs, boogie board. The welcome book had all of the information we needed + more. Easy/clear check in directions and early check in/late out was offered, which is always appreciated! Bottled water in the fridge upon arrival which we were so thankful for since we arrived late at night after everything was closed! We were also greeted with a congratulatory champaign bottle as we were on our honeyhoneymoon. Very thoughtful! We would absolutely return if we find ourselves in the area again.

We had a great time. We found everything we wanted there. Sun, beach, restaurants, activities, etc... then the house was very cozy, except maybe the big wooden couch to watch a movie at the end of the evening. I recommend this place without hesitation!

This incredible property is surpassed only by its supportive, caring and generous hosts Deborah and her husband Dan!! The property exceeded expectation as the photos don’t quite do it justice - the rooms are actually more spacious than they appear, the kitchen is fully equipped and one never tires from the spectacular panoramic views. The pool and patio area are private, inviting and relaxing. Our family of four did not want for anything during our one week stay. Our gracious hosts made us feel comfortable and completely at home. We highly recommend this property to anyone. P. S. a car is required to access the property as specified in the description.

Diane’s place was top-notch . It was sooo close to the beach and a short drive to the center of town with lots of fun eateries! Loved Mr. Iguana who hung out in the tree! Make sure you get specific directions to her place as there are very few street signs. We also loved the sailboat cruise we took from the town dock. Super cool. Would recommend her place !

The unit is close to everything. Grocery store is just a short walk, the beach a short walk and lots of restaurants to pick from. Every evening we had margaritas on the beach watching the beautiful sunset. Tamarindo is one of our favorite places in the world and this was a good place to stay with a pool, beach towels, washer and dryer, good kitchen and comfortable living area. Note to anyone renting this unit, if you don't do stairs realize there are three stories of tiled steps to the top master bedroom, which we didn't mind even though we are seniors as it's good exercise. It's a great bedroom with AC and a balcony and bathroom. We were very comfortable there. The rental agency is super helpful and quickly responsive. We had our transport from the airport set up with them and when our shuttle was late, we just called Kattia and she took care of it promptly. Even an email on Sunday morning was answered within minutes. Ellen is a person you can trust. The location is fantastic.

Tina’s place was exactly as described. The units are really charming and we felt like we were in a little community into itself. The wifi was super fast and my husband, a video producer, was able to edit some work and upload videos quickly so we could get back to vacationing. There is a grocery store within walking distance and the beach is about a 12-minute walk away.

Our stay in Nosara was absolutely perfect! The property is stunning, with gorgeous common areas that make it easy to relax and soak in the tropical vibes. The path to the beach is incredible—just a short walk through beautiful nature, where we spotted amazing wildlife along the way. The location couldn’t be better—so close to the beach, yet also just a short walking distance from great restaurants and shops. We loved biking through the maritime forest, exploring the area, and taking in the natural beauty all around. The pool is one of the best we’ve experienced, thoughtfully set up for a seamless transition from the beach. Beyond the incredible setting, our stay was comfortable, safe, and truly rejuvenating. It warmed our bones and our hearts, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this special place!

Kim’s place overlooking Ocotal bay is absolutely stunning. We felt like we were in a five star resort. The views are incredible and we could hear the waves crashing from our balconies. All the rooms were spotless and the furniture is high quality. We enjoyed the little extras like plentiful beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler which made our beach outings even better. The location was great for us as we visited several beautiful beaches nearby. We look forward to one day returning.

Gustavo, our concierge, was incredibly proactive and responsive to make sure we had a great stay. We were able to walk to the beach and restaurants easily from this location. It is on a hill but we enjoyed the exercise. The kitchen had all the basics so we were able to cook our own breakfast. Our time in Tamarindo was awesome. Pura vida!

The house was beautiful, just like the photos. Our host Fabrizio was outstanding! He was so extremely helpful throughout our whole stay. The house is close to the main street so, we didn't have to go far to the grocery store or restaurants. We opted not to rent a car and use Uber. That was wonderful, the only issue was some drivers weren't extremely familiar with the address but when we learned to tell tell them, when you go up the hill make the first left, it was much easier. Overall, wonderful and relaxing stay. Thank you!

We had the most amazing time at this beautiful and peaceful villa. It is brand new and very well equipped, spacious and designed perfectly. We loved the use of the 2 swimming pools close by. The villa is located a short drive away from Tamarindo where we visited- great restaurants and beach bars. We will definitely be coming back to this gorgeous villa next year. Our host Richard was perfect - a great communicator and having lived in Costa Rica for many years, gave us really great ‘local tips’. A huge thanks for making our vacation so perfect.

By far one of the best AirBnBs I have stayed in, from communication to expectations. The amount of detail that Joel and his team put into making sure we are taken cared of is exactly what our group was looking for. From sharing all the details and recommendations at the time at check in, answering all questions and if we need anything in terms of transportation, specific excursions or general questions prior to our trip was also super helpful and something we appreciated a lot. Also, never had an AirBnB notice a toaster be broken and the next day already had one ordered to replace, goes to show Joan, the maid who cooked for us is very attentive. Ilya is the most communicative and helpful host out there! So accommodating and gracious, including when our flight was cancelled. Offers a ton of helpful recommendations. The condo is clean and the rooftop view is so beautiful, such a peaceful place to enjoy dinner or a good book. Walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Coco beach was not our favorite location in Costa Rica, but no complaints about this Airbnb, and the hosts service is simply unmatched.

Stayed at Erika's for a family vacation. Her place was perfect; close walk to everything we wanted to do in Tamarindo, including beach, restaurants and shops. The grounds were quiet and the pool was perfect for the kids when they needed a quick swim before (or after) our adventures in town, etc. Erika was always responsive whenever we had a question about the accommodations and/or recommendations about our trip in general such as the best vehicle to rent, best place to get groceries, etc. Highly recommend staying at Erika's.

The only thing better than the place was the host. Scott was born to host on Airbnb. From the time we arrived to moment we left, he was always just a msg away and took incredible care of us. The place has everything you need to enjoy a week, a month or a year in Coco. We’re talking cheese grater, rice cooker, cooler to take on your travels…literally everything. The condo is ideally located a couple minutes from the hustle and bustle of downtown, and a mere 2 min walk from the ocean. The pool is always clean and 20ft from the front door. I’ve stayed in 30+ Airbnbs and this one is for sure in my top 3. Six stars.

We had a wonderful stay! While the location was a bit more remote, we absolutely loved the peaceful atmosphere and the walk to the beach. The shared pool area was lovely, and we enjoyed socializing with the neighbours. If we were looking for more privacy, the private patio was a perfect retreat. The only downside was that the daybed wasn’t the most comfortable for sleeping. Would stay here again!

I highly recommend Jeremy's place, very cozy and well equipped. We had a problem on New Year's and he still helped us and solved it on that date. Don't hesitate on booking this place!

Great location! Picturesque courtyard setting with pool and beautiful landscaping. Well-equipped kitchen. Jeff responded quickly to an unexpected issue with the AC and got it resolved for us. We’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condominium, quiet and safe place. It was a family trip that we all enjoyed.

We really enjoyed our stay at Amy's. Her place is the best place to stay in Ocotal. Very close to beach. Several days, we found ourselves alone on the beach. Her place is just a few steps from pool yet private with all the beautiful gardens. It is also is very close to Father Roosters to grab something to eat or drink. Access to the two clubs was also nice. Ocotal is a quiet place to stay but offers easy access to everything in Coco. We got around by golf cart. We stayed an entire month. At the end of the first two weeks cleaning lady came. She cleaned everything including rooms we hadn't gone into. She left the place spotless. The place had everything you need for an extended stay. Beds where very comfortable. Amy was very responsive to our question, always got back to us quickly. If headed that way again, we will most definitely stay there again. Amy is a great person with a wonderful rental property. My wife and I highly recommend this place
