We love Marcio's apartment! Spacious, clean and well-equipped. Having air conditioning in the rooms saved a lot, as it was almost 40 degrees. The resort also met our expectations: it is very close to the beach and with great service. Check in and check out were easy and quick. Our stay was great!!

Our stay was wonderful, very solicited and kind host. The very cozy apartment and impeccable cleaning, kitchen appliances to cottage, and the very comfortable accommodations. Well cared building, janitor's staff and humorous porters, highlight to Mr. Neto that assisted us with cordiality and sympathy. Quiet beach and really foot in the sand. We had a very nice weekend with the family. Large, clean and super-equipped apartment with all the necessary utensils. Staff of the cordial building and excellent beach structure. Air-conditioned pool, excellent for relaxing after the beach. Very polite and available Thomas Host. I highly recommend!!

The apartment is beautiful and super complete, we are satisfied with all the amenities: near the beach, sea view, iron and ironing board, thermal boxes, beach service, hairdryer, bed and bath linen, smart TV, kitchen with all utensils including water filter, ice machine in the building.. and junior always ready to respond to us quickly. We want to go back now!

My family and I love the apartment. Extremely organized, clean, with exceptional bed-table-bath supplies. The property's location is excellent, especially for giving direct access to the beach. Finally, the host is very helpful and always available to answer any questions. I also want to note the immense pleasure of having met the owner Dalva, the caretaker of the apartment, because she is a very polite and excellent professional person.

The apartment is very cozy, clean and has everything necessary for the stay. The condominium is very beautiful and with lots of fun. We like it very much and recommend it!

We stayed in the apartment in 2 families with one child each, and the space was very suitable. We were welcomed by the staff, the apartment was clean, the beds were very good, with covers as well as the pillows. Kitchen has a lot of quality items. We don't miss anything. It has a good proximity to the sea, and the very good beach service, with large beach chairs and gazebos and not just parasol.

Super well equipped and welcoming house, very faithful to the photos. It is close to the beach, but the leisure area is great too. A safe and accessible place, I went with my mother in a wheelchair and she can circulate well throughout the house. Larissa was very kind and flexible towards check out. We intend to come back more often.

I spent the 24/25 New Year in the accommodation of Cris with my family and it was great! Check-in and Check-out were easy, the house matches the listing and is very comfortable. In terms of location, it is a 10-15min walk from the beach and it is worth mentioning that in barra do una, the best part of the beach is the tip that meets the river, because the sea is more "swimming pool". Finally, I also highlight Cris, which is a Note 10 Host! Always honest, willing to help and very communicative. We were left very calm with everything.

Very nice house, spacious, with everything you need for a good stay. The condominium is very complete and safe, it has 3 swimming pools, gym and games for children. The house is one of the first, it is very close to the entrance and therefore a few mints from the beach. Communication with the host was impeccable. Would definitely come back, we had a great stay! Amazing house!! We were on the holiday and everything was impeccable! Beautiful, well decorated house, all clean, had all the kitchen utensils, towel and bed linen in great condition! Employee Neuma was with us every day and made the experience even more enjoyable! Makes a wonderful caipirinha and a delicious moqueca!! Helped us with everything during the stay! Daniela was super helpful and responded quickly, we had no problem !! The house is in a condominium with tennis court, gym and swimming pool, and in the Dina house we have a Jacuzzi with an amazing view of the sea! The condo is a short walk from the beach, in the quietest corner of Juquehy, great location!

Great fit for those who go with family or friends! New air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room! A luxury! Rooms well spaces and 3 bathrooms with great shower for those who go with the crowd and want comfort! The TV is also great! In addition to all this, the condominium has several attractions and also has chairs and sunguard on the waterfront, in addition to an ice machine! And the beach side! Perfect for a lot of convenience! I recommend it!

We had a great stay! We were in a group of 5 people (family). The house is complete, organized, comfortable beds and pillows, air conditioning, utensils and basic items available! The location is excellent. The condomino is safe and organized, with beach service. Lucas always requested and attentive and allowed us a super flexible check in that made all the difference! It was our first airbnb rental experience and I'm delighted with this apartment! We were very well served by Juliana, both before, during the stay and after. Very clear instructions, speed and cordiality. About the apartment, no words! Exactly like in the pictures, even better. Fully equipped: complete kitchen, cooler, toys for children to take on the beach, extra sun umbrellas, some pampering and details that made a difference. Spectacular view of the beach and the condominium. Air conditioning, TVs and showers in perfect condition. The structure of the condominium is amazing. Delicious Pool, does not make you want to leave. Anyway, just compliments. The only bad part was having to go home. We love it and want to come back more often. I highly recommend Juliana's apartment!
