Perfect location to discover great land. Quiet residence near Saint Anne and Saint Francois. The most being the access to the sea and the swimming pool in our almost private case. Well equipped, clean and functional apartment we were two adults. We recommend this location 🤩

The accommodation is ideally located for discovering the north of Basse-Terre and the pool is very pleasant. Axelle is a very warm host, very accommodating and very good tips for discovering the surrounding area. I highly recommend it!

Easy check-in, access to parking located just behind the building, nice view and good location. The accommodation is located 2 minutes walk from a beautiful little beach very nice for sunset. The kitchen was almost complete: well equipped to prepare food. Clean bathroom and responsive host. The only small downside: soundproofing. We could hear the activities of the other apartments in the building and the hotel next door which had a rather noisy party until 3am. Despite this, I would recommend. It's cozy and comfortable. Great place to stay!! Wonderful view of the beach from the balcony. Just steps to the beach and pool. Apartment location was good and area had a family atmosphere. Was great to have a dedicated parking space for our rental car. Hosts were very responsive. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Great apartment, very comfortable and beautifully furnished. The pool is huge and great for a little relaxing swim. Beautiful “exclusive” beach with good snorkeling. Restaurant on site very good. On the whole, the resort looks a little dated but the apartment is perfectly renovated. Joel was great with rapid responses when we had issues. Karine is a very nice host (she moved during a day where we were on the other side of the island to check if I had turned off the gas so as not to make us come back) she is accommodating left us longer the accommodation, on the day of our departure. Alexia provided us with very clear and very detailed directions to access the accommodation which is well located right next to the beach of the Other Edge! Alexia's place is modest, but very functional and very well maintained. As a group of three, we were accommodated very well. Extra items are available like a cooler and hammock! Even if the apartment is located in a large building, it is well soundproofed and the proximity to the neighbors did not bother us at all. A forgetting of sheets and towels for the 3rd occupant had been made, but Alexia was able to correct the situation very quickly. We enjoyed our stay!

The accommodation within the Anse des Rochers residence is amazing. The accommodation is spacious and very complete (kitchen, bathroom, bedroom). Air conditioning is essential in a hot country and it worked very well. Located a short walk to the private beach, it is for us the best position in the residence. The pool is a real plus, overlooking the sea. Our host, Laurent, welcomed us very warmly by giving us a visit to the residence. Located in Saint François, we have everything nearby. I highly recommend this listing!

The host couple were super nice, helpful and made us feel at home. The home has everything you need and was above expectations and the pool and grill were much appreciated. Laurence's place was a great choice for our stay in St. Francois. We could be on the beach in 2 minutes by foot and in town in 5 minutes by car. The covered outdoor patio (and kitchen) was a great spot to hang out, and the AC kept the inside cool when needed. And it was quite convenient to have a bakery, a small grocery store, and an awesome pizza place pretty much onsite. When we showed up, Laurence gave us a thorough walkthrough to make sure we knew how to work the AC, fans, and other items. And she was responsive whenever we had a question. Very helpful and friendly!

Dream stay in a beautiful peaceful residence, amazing pool, private beach, very good beach restaurant, private parking and secured by 24-hour guards. The place was just perfect for the perfect home, we only regret one thing: having to leave... We're only waiting for one thing: come back!!!! We had an extra stay on the island and especially thanks to the hosts. Nicolas is very responsive even when the plane is 2 hours late and Ludivine is very warm and has good tips to give you tips for visits. They are a very friendly family with the smile, it's great! The setting of the accommodation is just wonderful, in a Mini botanical garden, even better in real life than in the photos. The location is ideal and not far from the beach of the small haven within walking distance. Nearby businesses, Ste Anne quickly accessible. An ideal vacation, it's a top notch place with all the necessities👍 You can go for it without a second thought. We will be back without hesitation 😘

First of all Jeanine is great, very friendly, good advice and available. We are delighted to have come across a host like Jeanine. The accommodation is located in a quiet residence that has a large pool. Otherwise we felt at home, it had everything you needed, even breakfast and a welcome cocktail. We had a great week with the family (2 adults and 2 toddlers)! The apartment was as good as in the photos and as described in the listing. And even more cozy! We felt very good there during our stay. Lovely, clean, spacious, well-equipped. The residence is really great, the neighbors met at the edge of the very pleasant pool were all very welcoming and friendly. The light grape beach which is a 2 min drive away is superb. Otherwise, the most beautiful beaches on the island between 15 and 45 min drive (the gosier was the furthest away). So car required (like everywhere on the island)
