Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Groveland

We had a perfect time at the house and booking was easy. The place felt much bigger than in the pictures. The location is very quiet and secluded. Our family enjoyed travelling to Yosemite and returning to a very quiet place to rest and sleep. We were tired after the hike and ended up visiting Bass Lake the following day. We would recommend this place to big families and people who have children. The host was very responsive and answered all of our questions.

This home is the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful nature at Yosemite national park. We felt right at home and enjoyed cooking our meals in the well equipped kitchen, playing games, watching movies. roasting marshmallows and relaxing in the jacuzzi after a whole day of exploring. Bass lake is also very close, good for fishing. Thank you for allowing us to bring our pet, she loved being able to join us. The hosts were excellent communicators and so helpful. We loved our stay and hope to be back in the near future. What a great way to kick off 2025!!! Thank you

The Bear House provided a wonderful home base for a winter trip to Yosemite with our 6 adult friends. We especially loved the view of the surrounding mountains from the backyard (and hot tub!), the furnace in the living room, and the game room! The kitchen had all we needed to make breakfast and dinner and we were pleased that there was ample firewood provided to keep the fire going all weekend long. After a long day hiking in the Yosemite Valley, the Bear House was a little over an hour away-- a reasonable distance that was much more affordable than staying in the valley. Rachel was an incredible host. She was super friendly, communicative, and really made us feel at ease prior to our arrival. She even went above and beyond to work with us when we had to cancel our trip and reschedule for a month later. Even though we were beyond the cancellation window, she fully refunded us for our prior stay once new visitors booked during our initial reservation. Thank you so much, Rachel!

Great place to stay if you’re thinking of visiting Yosemite. Lots of room, amenities, and games to utilize for a fun weekend with friends or family. Yolena was very accommodating and communicated quickly with us for any questions we had.

Maja’s place is an absolutely gem! Our best AirBnB experience for sure. The house is gorgeous, spacious and family friendly! We loved the outdoor kitchen, hot tub and fire pit. Maja is very responsive and checks in often - we really appreciated that! We can’t wait to come back!

We were fortunate to find Cabernet's house at the last min while looking for a place to ring in 2025. Nestled at the top of the perimeter of the Yosemite valley in Oakhurst, the house is a rare find. The weather was beautiful, we got to breath refreshing fresh air and got to enjoy all the amenities at the place. Things we enjoyed. <> Wood burning indoor fireplace. The house was nice and toasty. Perfect for end of Dec/Jan temperatures. <> Large fenced yard for our fur babies. I must say this was the highlight of the trip as it's not easy to find properties that have a completely fenced backyard. Our two husky girls sure enjoyed running around a clean grassy hard. Thank you or WOOF WOOF ! <> Beautiful furniture, clean carpets, well stocked kitchens with a lots of pots and pans to cook. <> Cabernet is super responsive. Very happy about this since a host that communicates well makes the entire experience special ! Thanks Cabernet. Looking forward to visiting again !

The Stewart family providing a very welcoming vacation house. We spent 3 nights at the house around Thanksgiving with two families, totaling 8 persons. It fitted us all very comfortably. There are many games and activities to do around the house. Our kids spent MANY hours outside on the huge trampoline in the front of the house, and playing with the foosball table inside the house. We also played soccer and baseball on the baseball field behind the house. So much fun! One day we made a roadtrip to Yosemite, which was a beautiful scenic 1.5hr drive away. The grownups and young-ones all enjoyed the hot tub under the very clear nightly starry sky! Wow so many stars!! We definitely recommend this house for group gatherings! The only downside we could think of was that there are no curtains installed in any of the bedrooms.

I was looking for a nice place to stay at Yosemite, I find Douglas’s place and I’m so glad I book whit him, We had a great time we Love the place first day I get there I turn on the chimney outside, I make a barbecue and get in jacuzzi after 🥰It was so nice. Our walks whit the dogs in the morning listening the birds was so relaxing. The place was perfect for me and my kids And dogs, Douglas always reply when i message him before my arrive and Answer my questions right away. I really recommend this place. It have everything you need . We stay 3 nights I have to said my favorite part was drinking my coffee in the morning in from the house Whit the owl 🦉 I miss him. Thanks Douglas to let us stay in you place and have some great memories with my family.

The space was cozy while also having plenty of room for our large group to hang out in and sleep. It’s a beautiful and unique little spot with extremely easy access to the park! Overall a wonderful spot for a large group to getaway

We absolutely loved our stay! The owners were responsive and wonderfully communicative. The house is beautifully maintained and everything we expected and way more. The AC was on for us, making unpacking much more pleasant. The beds are super comfortable, and the bedding so soft. The living room was perfect for lounging with our group. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked and the BBQ was pristine. Couldn’t imagine a better place to spend a weekend with your nearest and dearest.

Amazing house to spend relaxing days with friends or family in a beautiful and calm environment with stunning views! The kitchen is made for cooking delicious meals which you can then enjoy on the porch which is equipped with everything one can think of. I am looking forward to returning to Anne‘s home soon again.

very nice place to stay with mountain view, responsive host, we enjoyed all the amenities, kids had a blast and we saw deers and a ram as well during our stay. It gets really dark out there and driving during the night can be a little challenge since the dirt road that leads to house has no lights, but it's all worth it. We had a great holiday vacay! Wonderful property! Fences were the best and home is free of clutter so you can use pretty much any space available. Great location to the south entrance of Yosemite and grocery too.

Pictures don’t do this place justice, beautiful location, provides a lot of amenities and perfect for outdoors lovers. definitely coming again.

We had a great thanksgiving at the Jerseydale Ranch! My son really likes the sports court. We had a great thanksgiving meal with very nice kitchen! Love the little town feelings while can still have easy access to Yosemite. Very nice!

Our stay at the villa was wonderful, and our host, Serava, was responsive and accommodating. I traveled with my family of 11 people, including kids, and the property was big enough for all of us. The space has a lot of amenities for everyone to have a great time playing board games, using the game room, and just hanging out in the living room. Everything is labeled in the kitchen and easy to find. We stayed during the winter, and the view and jacuzzi were the cherry on top of our stay.

This spot was perfect for our little family of three. Half way between Yosemite's South Gate and the surprisingly well-equipped town of Oakhurst, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would book this place again. Check-in was a breeze, and the host was very responsive when asked a question or two during the visit. The wood-burning stove and the hot tub were a bonus for tired legs after long hikes, and a cozy atmosphere and opportunity to warm up during nightly movies while relaxing. Would definitely recommend this spot if you're looking for a non-hotel option that's very private and slightly off the beaten path.

We had great time. The cabin was as described. It was clean and cozy and in a convenient location for wineries and Yosemite. The hot tub under the stars at night was a highlight! Thanks for a great stay.

Overall we had a lovely stay. Everything was as described in the listing and it was a great base to explore Yosemite from. It was easy to find, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The hot tub was great! We found a few things the cleaners seemed to have missed, which we communicated to Jessica; she did mention getting the cleaners to come back but we had just been cleaning up ourselves as we discovered them. There was firewood outside, but none dry inside, and no matches, fire starters or kindling. We let Jessica know but need to buy our own matches, etc; a bit troublesome since the fire is the main source of heating for the house. Jessica did let us know the day we checked out about a specific wood pile that was supposed to be drier than the one by the door we used. Once the fire was lit the house was very warm. We'd definitely recommend Jessica's property - it's in a great location and was a really cosy place for a winter holiday.

Was an amazing stay and nice spot for what we needed. Is close to the main road so abit of passing traffic but quiet at night.

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. It was really homey cozy and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the fire-pit outside the cabin almost every night. Thank you!
