Heaven on Earth. the place is wonderful, in the middle of the countryside and tranquility, the house is very nice and equipped with everything you need and the outdoor space is nothing short of beautiful. Irena is kind and helpful. Renè a exquisite person. I hope to return in the future.

Impeccable, new and well furnished house. Attention to detail and kindness from the homeowner. The neighborhood is very quiet and the house is cool. I enjoyed the quiet and my daughter also slept very well at the Blue Pearl.

It was evident from the beginning that Fabrizio’s number one goal is to provide first class service to his guests. If you are looking for a beautiful home in a rural setting you won’t be deposited. As grandparents, my wife and I were looking for a place to spend quality time with our adult children, their spouses, and our grandchildren ages 8-14, and at the same time experience Italy from a rural perspective before going to Rome. Our stay in Massa Fermana was full of great experiences: truffle hunting, Italian cooking class and dinner for the entire family with our cook and her husband in their rural home, wineries, restaurants, gelaterias, seaside visit, travel to historic sites. and much more. Since it was the beginning of Olive harvest, we picked olives from the olive trees on our hosts property and although we were not able to have the olives pressed for oil due to time constraints, Fabrizio gave us a bottle of fresh pressed olive oil from the first harvest of the area.

The house is an absolute gem, excellently equipped and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The secluded location in beautiful countryside lets you relax and immediately feel at home. The many beautiful seating options in the beautifully landscaped garden and pool offer plenty of opportunities to relax. The contact person on site was incredibly nice and very helpful, check-in and check-out were completely straightforward. Janet was available at all times and responded very quickly to requests. Definitely one of the most beautiful houses I have ever rented. Unfortunately, we were only there for a week, but we'd love to come back, so that's possible.

Valentina and Marco have a lovely place at the quiet end of Citanova Marche. We were a group of 4 adults, an infant and a dog and we were comfortable and felt well cared for. Valentina and Marco accommodated a late check out and provided a lovely crib and high chair. Very responsive and kind - thanks for a pleasant stay!

We had a great time at Mrs. Maria Francesca's house. Our son was a very kind person. Clean and tidy house with everything we need at our disposal, not to mention the wonderful terrace where we made a wonderful collation immersed by nature breathing a very pleasant air. This is the third time we have returned to the coast of the conero and we are very happy with this choice. The house is very comfortable but we were almost always in the beautiful garden with sea views, cool and ventilated even on hot days thanks to the elevated location with respect to the sea. The comfortable beach of Marcelli is a few minutes away by car but if you want a little adventure there are many wildest beaches within walking distance.

Mauro and his family are special people. We hope one day we can return to that fantastic apartment.
