Holiday houses in Grote Platwijer

Two of us spent a total of 3 nights in Philip's place. We felt right at home immediately and would have liked to have stayed there longer. After a few starting problems with the Smarthome, where Filip supported us directly, we enjoyed a few relaxing days in the hot tub or in front of the fireplace. Nothing is missing in the property! We will be happy to come back. In terms of price, the Filip's house is reasonable and above all highly recommended for 4 people!

An wonderful place to relax! Incredibly satisfied with my stay. The place was perfectly clean, cozy and was completely as described. The hosts are very welcoming and always ready to help with any questions. Felt really caring for guests. Would recommend to anyone!

The cabin is really great! The decor and setting was great. It was totally cozy, especially with the big screen where you can watch Netflix from the couch or the bathtub. The jacuzzi and sauna was the highlight. The jacuzzi was preheated so you could get in right in. The squirrels you could watch were also great. The bed was super cozy. The only negative was that you have to turn off the stove at night. This makes it very cold overnight, now in winter. In general, the oven could be set a little higher, which is set to a maximum of 19 degrees. Thanks to the many blankets, you can help yourself here. It must be noted, which was not a problem for us that the shower can be seen from the living room, as well as the toilet is separated by a wall but does not have a door. We will certainly come back and have already received inquiries from friends and relatives,where one or the other certainly books :)

We had a great weekend in the cozy apartment of Marc and Simona. Big plus that you can rent bikes from them to explore the nature around Genk.

There were two of us in the accommodation and we spent New Year's Eve there. Was very pleasant, the host very nice, always available, helped us with small things and was generally very polite. Glad to come back!

We had a great vacation. The cottage was spotless and everything looks new. Also sitting outside very pleasant in the comfortable lounge chairs with cozy lighting in the evening. Communication with An is super smooth. It is an ideal location with many bakeries, restaurants, a supermarket and fun activities such as a barefoot path, C mine, folk star guard Cosmodrome, mini golf, Bokrijk... It is located on the hiking and cycling hubs network so ideal for enjoying the national park. Recommended!

We really enjoyed the hospitality, the tranquility, the farm and the super clean and complete cottage of Emeline! Highly recommended. 😊

We absolutely loved our stay at Chalet Sud! The place is very pleasant to live in. It has everything we needed, and the location is peaceful. The hosts provided excellent services. It truly felt like a weekend out of time, a perfect escape from everyday life. One small tip for winter visitors: bring an extra sweater, as it can get quite chilly. Overall, we had a super cosy stay and definitely plan to come back!

Super modern house that was decorated with taste and a nice location to relax and unwind! The surrounding nature in the feeding area is varied and challenging. Several hiking tours start and end in Sint-Martens-Voeren. Claire is a very considerate, helpful and friendly host!

We stayed with friends in Corina's holiday home on the beautiful park on the harbor and within walking distance of Stevensweert. A nice and cozy 2 bedroom house with a somewhat dated bathroom. Downstairs was an extra shower cubicle. Nice was the barn where we could store the bikes as well as the covered veranda where you could sit comfortably. Corina is a nice hostess who responded immediately to questions. We also enjoyed the beautiful (bike)surroundings!

A very good host, the place was clean and tidy, everything was like in description and on photos. He answer very fast to your messages. We recommend him 100%. Kasia
