Holiday houses in Grong Grong

This is a great house for a large family. We felt at home and it is in walking distance to shops and restaurants. Would stay there again in a heart beat.

One of the best places we have stayed! Felt like a pricey 5 star hotel! Everything from linen and towels to plates and cutlery was classy! Great fenced off back and front yards for the dogs. Charming front veranda with a view to the park with a children’s playground. The cottage is in central position and close to the shops. Mark is a generous host by providing plenty of towels and coffee pods. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend Dolton Cottage.

Wonderful dog friendly cabin, perfect for a stopover from Blue Mountains to Melbourne for us. Sue and Don are extremely helpful and are welcoming hosts. Peaceful and clean place which we will be returning again for another visit. Thank you.

Wonderful cosy and beautifully styled nest with a lovely comfy bed. So appreciated the dog friendliness and a puppy bed to boot! We were so comfortable. Highly recommend a stay here, thank you Justine.

This is my second stay. It is as advertised and a lovely place to stay. It is a nice private location away from noise etc. It is very close to the lake and there is a Woolworth supermarket a couple of minutes drive away. It is also very convenient to most other places in Wagga (provided that you have a vehicle - which is essential to explore Wagga and surrounds anyway). All up a lovely place for a couple, family with 2 kids, or 3 individuals to stay. Will no doubt stay again in future when business calls in Wagga.

Scott was proactive and flexible, really good host. Home was as-described. Check in and property access very easy. Scott made the home available earlier, even without being asked which demonstrates thoughtfulness. A friendly communicator

Very nice stay. We were there for two nights and only really needed a place to sleep, but this place was so much more than that. In fact our only regret was that we couldn’t spend more time there! The place had a very charming feel to it. It would be the perfect getaway destination from Sydney or Canberra. I will definitely consider booking again should I be travelling that way again.

what an absolute gem of a stay! we were very comfortable there with a family of 4 (kids 9 and 10). we walked to the Bidgee for dinner, and enjoyed a walk around the town, spending ages chatting to the bookstore owner selecting new books for our holiday. The place is a short drive to the wetlands and koala walk and historic railway bridge, all highly recommended. The street wasn't noisy, no evening shenanigans (which can sometimes be the case when staying in town). We were blown away with the quality of the fit out, the attention to detail in how the place is stocked. I would 100% stay here again.
