Listing as described and very clean. Welcoming, responsive host,and who gave us good advice on things to do in the area that offers opportunities either to the lake or to the mountains. House with garden in a quiet area. Very pleasant stay of 3 nights. I would recommend it in a second.

We had a great welcome from Cathy, in addition to the visit, tips and tricks for visiting the area and cool comforts awaited us (thank you also for the jam). Her house is a cocoon that invites you to travel (better than in the photos). Everything necessary is present. And very well located for visiting Annecy (free shuttle in summer) and Lac du Bourget. We recommend this property!

Mathias is a very welcoming, responsive host and always ready to help and advise his tenants! The accommodation is clean, functional and spacious, the rooms are very nice and the accommodation has its own outdoor space to give privacy to the occupants. We had a great time. I would highly recommend this for a ski stay or hiking enthusiasts!

Nadine is a really friendly host and always responsive to messages, very useful information about sightseeing around. a nice little attention to our arrival and a beautiful tree decorated for Christmas. we had a very nice week with beautiful weather and sumptuous snow just 1 hour from the house. very relaxing stay in an ideal accommodation, quiet and with the little extra of the fireplace that does good in the evening i really thank Nadine for this stay

Self check-in with key key lockbox. Even though we are never met, Justine has always been attentive and responsive. Very clear instructions. Ideal house, well thought out and perfectly arranged for family gatherings. Each has a bedroom and bathroom. Passive house, very well secluded, super quiet. Open kitchen. Wood-burning stove, easy to use. We did not use the terrace, too cool in January:-) We recommend.

This was our second stay in Denise’s warm, welcoming house. There was plenty of space for our family of five adults and one dog and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay - even a dog basket. Our arrival was delayed and Denise stayed to make sure we arrived safely - and had made a delicious apple cake to welcome us. It’s in a very rural area, with amazing views of the mountains but only about 30 minutes drive to the centre of Geneva. Best of all, it began to snow just as we arrived and we had the most beautiful white Christmas! Thank you Denise

We loved our stay here. The apartment had everything we needed and Perrine was very helpful. Stunning views especially at sunset. 10 minute walk to lake and about 25 minute walk to the centre. It was on top of a steep hill which we walked up every day so it kept us very fit but worth the view from the balcony. Lovely quiet spot and still close enough to bars and restaurants.

we loved staying here, Roberta was very welcoming and helpful, and the apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. Great access to the cycle trail and the lake, we enjoyed lots of swimming, cycling and walking. hope to stay again sometime

The apartment was only a short drive from all the sights in Geneva and conveniently close to the airport. The views of the surrounding mountains were incredible! The host was a great communicator. Thanks so much!

Everything was perfect! Very clean accommodation and quality furniture, the "chalet" atmosphere is very warm, you feel very good there! Perfect for 2 people. 10 minutes by car to the clusaz or large bornand. We won't hesitate to return

Sébastien is a super helpful and accommodating host. He took extra effort to provide us with everything we needed! The place was very specious and had all the necessary amenities. The village is really small and beautiful perfect as a stop if you are doing a walking tour of the lake of Annecy!

I spent a week with my little dog in Pascale and Thierry's apartment. Everything was as described in the listing and I felt at home. The apartment is nice and quiet, and the small garden is a downside. In addition, you just have to go out to walk along the Thiou where you are surrounded by nature and to go into town, you can use the bus that is close by. Communication was great, every question I asked was answered quickly by Pascale. My first experience with Airbnb was very positive and I can only recommend Pascale and Thierry.

Very bright studio, clean , very comfortable sofa bed, beautiful location, ideal for getting to the lake and the Christmas market, the car is secured in the parking lot of the building, Marilyn is a very pleasant and accommodating host. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

We had a wonderful stay at Adeline’s lovely place. The neighborhood is quiet yet very close to the bike path and local stores. Lovely close walk to the lake from the house. Everything is very well organized. Adeline is very responsive and helpful, and super nice. This is most definitely our best Airbnb experience ever and we would very highly recommend it. We loved coming back to a nice quiet and private neighborhood after exploring the beautiful region. We loved everything.

Very nice apartment, very well equipped and in a good location (between the city and the lake) Quiet location (the railway is nearby, but it is not very disturbing, low speed and no traffic at night) The neighborhood is friendly. Olivier is very responsive, and Marie who welcomed us is very kind. We will come back to this apartment, if the opportunity arises.

Very welcoming and clean accommodation, it feels good and there is really everything you need! The pool is also very friendly after a long road (we really appreciated the little touches of the host, who had left clean towels next to the pool). The many notes next to each device and in each room let you know how everything works and where some things are, which is well thought out! We were able to relax and recommend this Airbnb! This tasteful apartment with all the comforts, has an undeniable asset. It is located in a privileged environment, a view of Lake Annecy at the end of a private space of greenery and all this in tranquility and silence. The lake is nearby and its access to the city center is easy by public transport or on foot . We recommend it to those who wish to keep Annecy a parenthesis of pleasure and discovery,
