Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Grogol petamburan

This is our second stay here. It was clean and it had all the amenities listed. The location is a bit far from restaurants and mini markets if you don't drive there, but it's peaceful and safe. Great place to stay with pets and children above toddler-age. The place has 2 bathroom, one of them has water heater. You can walk you pet around the neighborhood. Philip is a great host and very responsive.

I recently stayed at this property and overall, it was a very comfortable experience. The house was cozy, well-maintained, and offered a relaxing environment. However, there were a few things worth mentioning. Some of the furniture, particularly the dish rack, had rust, which unfortunately transferred onto the cups. It would be great if that could be addressed for future guests. Otherwise, everything else was great and I enjoyed my stay!

First things first, I was thoroughly impressed by how impeccably clean Nowy’s apartment was—absolutely spotless! Here are a few aspects we truly appreciated: 1. Kids’ toys and books: These thoughtful touches were a blessing, keeping our youngest son happily entertained throughout our stay. 2. A high-quality vacuum cleaner: Staying for three days, we greatly valued having access to a reliable vacuum cleaner. It made tidying up effortless and helped maintain our comfort. 3. Pristine white bed linens and duvets: The fresh, crisp bedding was inviting and luxurious. Nowy also provided plenty of extra mattresses, ensuring even those sleeping on the sofa bed enjoyed a cozy and restful night. 4. Premium kitchenware: The stainless steel pots and pans were not only of excellent quality but also made cooking feel safe and enjoyable—a fantastic detail for those who prefer preparing meals during their stay. We would gladly return to Nowy’s apartment whenever we’re in town.

The place is spacious, very clean and the host is friendly. Sogo mall just beside the tower we stayed in and a lot of food stalls near the area. Thank you, we had a pleasant stay

it was a very nice stay.. Our family of five stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. The facilities are complete, especially there is a washing machine because there are not many apartments provide washing machines, so for children in the morning to swim in the afternoon, there is no problem because the clothes can be washed and dried immediately. Kitchen utensils are also complete, making it very easy to make light meals. The location is very strategic, close to everywhere (BXC, fresh market etc). A little tip: for checking in if you bring a lot of stuff, you can bring items from the loading dock floor above B1.

Jane is a really great host. She was communicative and very helpful at arranging everything I needed for my stay. Her assistant was there to help me check in and check out. The building has nice amenities, including two pools and a grocery store. There is also private access to Rukan Permata Senayan which has restaurants and shops such as Plan B Spanish Resto. You are also a quick cab ride away from attractions such as Senayan City, GBK, and SCBD.

We were a family of three and we had very pleasant stay at this apartment. The water dispenser is very thoughtful, and had complete amenities. Our concern before was if the ac working properly and they did. The ac is cold so the room is very nice to stay. Overall we will def stay there again if we come to South Jakarta again.
