Holiday houses in Groesbeck

3/25-3/29 2025 This was a birthday trip for a set of 10 year old twins and let me just say, our trip couldn’t have been better. From the moment we walked inside and saw the extra special touches that were waiting for the girls with the balloons and sweet message written on the fridge. The home felt very homey and clean. It was everything that was described. We spent our days at the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum (which we highly recommend doing both) and this beautiful home is right in between both places so it wasn’t a very far drive. After long days of walking, it was so nice to be able to come back and relax in the hot tub. There was also what we assumed to be the sweetest neighborhood cat that came to visit us each day, which the kids loved. Overall this was a wonderful trip that we all enjoyed very much. We didn’t have any problems or issues so we had no reason to contact the host (Julie) but there’s no doubt in my mind that if we did need to she would’ve responded promptly.

Garrett was extremely flexible letting us arrive early and check in. Space was very clean and ready to go - exactly as advertised!

We stayed in Jennifer’s house while visiting our son at Miami. It was the perfect home away from home. The inside was incredibly clean and cozy. There were also lots of extra touches that we appreciated - coffee, razors, cotton balls & Qtips, etc. The house backs up to a wooded hill, with a small fenced in area in the back. We’ll bring our dogs next time! The road it is located on is narrow and does not have sidewalks, so it’s not really walkable. However, it’s only a 2-3 minute drive to campus and uptown, so we didn’t mind at all. We would definitely book this house again when in Oxford!

Beautiful property, perfect for a large group! We felt safe in the area, which was quaint and quiet. We enjoyed cooking in the large and well-stocked kitchen. The game and theater rooms added greatly to the fun of our stay! Naseeb was consistently proactive and responsive. Given our flight time, we were hoping for a later checkout, and she was gracious to accommodate us. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

This place was perfect for our family to get together and celebrate a birthday. Comfortable beds, clean house, and good space for us to gather in the living room. The place was a quick trip downtown and to OTR. Neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Definitely would go again made a great place for a family vacation, 1 bathroom was the only negative for multiple families.

We enjoyed the short time we were in the house, we liked the cleanliness and order. It is located in a good area near the airport.

Rodney was a great host, asked us prior to our arrival about any specific needs and followed through with special spices and an extra crockpot that came in handy with our big group meals! The house was beautifully remodeled with elegant touches throughout each of the different floors! The huge yard was perfect for our pooch to explore and we all loved the recreational room filled with many things to do during our weekend stay! Rodney was readily available to assist with the questions we had randomly and was such a friendly and understanding host. We would love to stay again!
