Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Greenwood

Beautiful space for our family to gather while in town for a family wedding! The kitchen was well equipped for a brunch we made on Saturday morning. It's location was convenient to coffee shops, restaurants & the event venue for the wedding reception. Thanks Jeff!

Aaron was a great host. Very quick to respond to questions. The house was just as the photos showed. Had everything we needed for our stay. The outdoor space was great for our dogs. Lots of room.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was responsive and kind, making everything so easy for us. The house was clean, welcoming, and perfect for our family. The playroom was a huge hit with our little one, and we loved spending time by the outdoor fireplace and playing in the snow together. The nearby Hangar restaurant at the airport (just 4 minutes away) was a fun outing, especially watching the planes land and take off. Overall, it was a great stay, and we’d happily come back!

This is our favorite and by far the best Airbnb in Indy for our family visits. Close to broad ripple and the monon trail. Quiet and safe. House was very comfortable, with everything you need. Very nice. Super clean as well. Off street parking with great backyard deck and fire pit. Great communication with Jesse. We hope to stay here again on our next family visit. Highly recommend.

Loved Ben's place! last minute book for one night and enjoyed it very much. Quiet neighborhood. Home is really large. Upper deck is a bonus. 3.6 miles from downtown.

David is a great host-he was even helping us look out for Taylor Swift tickets! The house was lovely and matched the description and photos. The house was stocked nicely with extra shampoo and few spices and we even found some makeup wipes which was really clutch for the girls trip. Beds were comfy and linens were nice-there is a whole closet full of extra towels.

This is a super cool Indy stay. Jenni is an amazing host with an awesome attention to detail. It is everything an Airbnb should be. We highly recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stay felt like we were at home. The Airbnb was exactly as describe in the photos and description. The decor was nice very peaceful. Entertainment and things were no more than 25 minutes away. Only issues I had was the Wi-Fi was not the best the tv was skipping when watching movies. Will definitely book again in the future. My GF had a great birthday at your place

We LOVED Jill and Chris’s place. We visited with our 10 yo grandson and giant dog. Their place is very clean, well-organized (loved the coffees and teas especially) and loaded with art, games, conversation starters for the table. Best of all, their home is an urban “homestead” with free range chickens, a beehive, fruit and nut trees, raised bed gardens and native Indiana plants. Everything about their property and rental is a labor of love and it shows. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect spot for my son and I when we came to Indy to go to Riley. Derek was wonderful! I had to book very last minute and he was understanding and fast to respond. The space was clean and cute. My son liked the option of either using the pull out couch or the smaller convertible arm chair in the bedroom by the bed (which is what he chose). The shower is fabulous. We were able to completely relax just like we would at home. Checkout was refreshingly simple, which was a perk since we had a morning appointment. I would definitely stay here again.

Dr. Eric's place was great! When we arrived, he had clear instructions on how to retrieve the key and check in. The place was clean too. He provides great additional amenities: Snacks, waters, oatmeal, soup, extra blankets and more. I really appreciated the comfort the place provided for the weekend. It is in a great location too. Downtown is nearby so you can walk or drive to delicious restaurants or grocery stores. The canal and walkway is right next to the building. We were able to access it, and our son loved the nearby playground. We really enjoyed our stay!

Cozy little place it was perfect for a one night stay for new years, the area looked a little spooky at night but was very inviting during the day. The place was very clean and welcoming the neighbors were quiet, definitely worth the price.

The Views! Butler Villa maximizes its riverside location in the Broad Ripple district. Clean, secure, and well-appointed, this property has everything we could need and want for a cozy stay in the city. Exceptional.

This was my second time staying at Michael's place, this time in winter and last time in late summer heat. It was as cozy and warm this time as it was cool and refreshing last time!

I’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs in my time, and this place was easily the most “at-home” I’ve felt! Margie’s home had everything you could think of and more. The space was clean, neat and very cute! And they were WONDERFUL hosts, offering every possible amenity you could think of. The bar cart, tray of snacks and full fridge were just the perfect touch. We’re not staying anywhere else in Indianapolis.

Very accommodating and friendly host, and a nice clean place close to the convention center (which is why we were in Indy). Would definitely stay here again.

Dina was an amazing host & this is probably one of our top 3 favorite rentals we've stayed in while traveling! It was incredibly decorated & very well stocked for our stay. Location was also wonderful. We parked for the weekend & walked everywhere. Dina also provided very helpful recommendations for food. I'd give Dina & this unit 10 starts & we'll be back!

My friends and I traveled to Indianapolis for the Taylor Swift concert and Ruby's place was close enough to the city for us to travel in for the show, yet far enough from downtown to not be in all the chaos. There were so many wonderful amenities nearby from walking distance coffee shop and not too far groceries and restaurants. Ruby's home was clean and organized - it was the perfect spot for our Swiftie getaway!

Amanda’s place was so clean and nice. The veranda was huge and open. Fabulous area to walk to everything. The condo was so clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

Very nice place to stay. This condo is cozy feeling with spacious rooms and all amenities readily available. Street parking was easy to access even late into the night. We traveled far to this town for a concert and felt very safe in this neighborhood yet close to downtown locations. Noted in description is the foot traffic upstairs, not excessive but can be heard. This did not affect our stay. We found this condo last minute due to a cancellation out of our control and this host was very helpful and welcoming. Also very quick to respond to all questions. Highly recommend.

This was one of the best stays I've had. The host were very friendly. I met Rick and he was very pleasant and accommodating. The house is just as described, and it is more beautiful in person. I am extremely O.C.D. so I am hard on cleanliness, and this place was immaculately clean. It is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood that is located near lots of eating and shopping spots. I would highly recommend staying here.
