Beautifully renovated historic home. A short walk to downtown, coffee shops and the waterfront. Fantastic place to celebrate a belated holiday with family.

Great location for us needing to be close to Greenville and Farmville. The house was perfect for our family of 5. Good size backyard for walking our dog.

Chris place was close by everything definitely will book again. Neighbor hood very peaceful and quiet .

The place was super clean and had a really homey feel. The host was very responsive and helpful with local recommendations. The kitchen had everything we needed. Plus, it was in a quiet neighborhood, which was nice for relaxing. Definitely would stay here again!

This is our second stay with Chelsea. It is a beautiful house and perfect for our family when we visit the area. Chelsea offered a late checkout to accommodate our flight schedules. We can’t wait for our next baseball trip to Goldsboro! Thanks Chelsea!

Matthew and Adrienne, Thank you so much for accommodating our group of 4 adults and two tiny pups on such short notice. We were visiting in laws from out of state on a very short notice. This home met our needs perfectly. We were welcomed with fresh flowers and yummy snacks. Such a thoughtful touch! We hosted a mini-early-Thanksgiving with our in town family. The kitchen was MORE than fully stocked! We brought so much from home, next expecting the kitchen to have everything we needed. Hands down, the best kitchen from any Airbnb or VRBO we have ever rented. Matthew was super responsive; he communicated consistently from before we got there until after we left. We could not have asked for a better home or hosts. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay last weekend. The home was perfect in every way. The Kitchen and bathrooms were pristine and well stocked, the 3 living room spaces provided ample areas to spread out. The bedrooms were lovely and comfortable. The fenced in backyard was great for the dog to explore. The location was perfect- we walked to the riverfront park and all around the historic neighborhoods and downtown. We will book here again soon!

Peaceful, pretty location, but not near any towns, so plan ahead for travel to groceries and shopping or bring what you need when you check in. Host Meika was very responsive and helpful. She was flexible when we needed to add 2 guests at the last minute. Love that she is welcoming to pets! The place was comfortable. Check in was easy and quick. Recommend!

Christie could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. Do hesitate to rent from Christie she goes out of her way to make you feel at home. The home was clean. cozy and the kitchen well stocked. The home holds a lot of history and also had all of the modern-day conveniences.

We have stayed at several Airbnb in New Bern over the past few years and recommend Lil’ Dock with great enthusiasm! Our stay was perfect! The views of the Neuse River and the downtown New Bern shoreline and skyline were ever changing and constantly entertaining. The proximity to downtown restaurants was excellent, and the peace and tranquility of the Airbnb were very welcome. Everything about the Airbnb was comfortable, squeaky clean, and just as described in the listing. Thank you!

We had a great trip at David’s place. We moved our trip up a day due to the weather and David was quick to approve our request. The place was clean, cozy, and just what we needed!

Very good location in downtown New Bern, lots of places are at walking distance. The apartment is perfect for one or two people and has lots of equipment you might need (washing machine and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, etc). It is very clean and the host is amazing and very available if you need help during your check in or during your stay. Will definitely stay there again next time I’m in New Bern!

I would have given this place 10 stars if I could. Everything was perfect. Stanton and Beth were very responsive and immediately responded to all the questions I had and gave me clear instructions upon arrival and leaving. I would recommend this place for anyone who is trying to feel at home in Greenville.

Our stay was for a full month in the summer and a combination vacation and work trip. Overall, it was a very comfortable home away from home! Corey was extremely responsive and attentive to minor attentions needed in the beginning with the air conditioning system and Alexa setup. He even went the extra step to drop off a pair of scissors he learned I needed. The entire check-in and check-out process was seamless and well-documented. The furniture, appliances and decor are plentiful, modern and appealing. The board games and books are a nice touch, and one that we took advantage of. I especially liked the comfy beds/mattresses and the amount of bedding, blankets, and linens available! Adjusting from a single-family home to (compact and sometimes noisy) condo life for the month took a bit, but Corey and Jordan's home had all of the finishing touches to settle us right in.

David’s place was fantastic! The location could not be better: close to all that downtown New Bern has to offer. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen had everything that we needed, and the apartment is lovely. As others have mentioned, you need to be able to climb stairs. The off-street reserved parking spot isn’t terribly convenient—but grab a spot right out front for unloading and loading your car. We didn’t find this to be a problem. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed in this gorgeous apartment for our daughter’s graduation. Not only beautifully decorated but also has everything you need and more. This place exceeded our expectations and set the bar high. The rooftop is a getaway with its own half bath, wet bar and views. As a terrific communicator Jen made our experience seamless. Definitely the best place to stay in Greenville!

When I made the reservation, I mainly needed a place to stay. I was pleasantly impressed with High Tide. Everything was up to date and the vintage vibe was perfect. It was quiet and easy to get around. I was there to see family so, this trip, I didn’t spend time downtown New Bern, but the location is very convenient for going downtown. A short drive across the causeway and you are there. Definitely a location to return to!!!
