Cabin holiday rentals in Green Bank

I can’t say enough great things about this cabin and the Super hosts that made sure every detail of our stay was comfortable!! We drove 14hrs to stay here and when we parked and stepped out on the property you can hear the soothing sound of the running stream surrounding the property, they had the hot tub turned on and every bit of this place was spotless and cozy!! They did not leave anything out. First time I’ve ever rated an air bnb stay but this place was well deserving of praise.

Thank you so much Marissa for such a wonderful stay! We were really comfortable in the cabin and we loved how peaceful and quiet it was. It had everything we needed and we appreciated the extra blankets and towels. Marissa was really helpful in answering our questions and giving us directions to the cabin. It snowed heavily during our stay and the cabin owners came by to clear the snow from the mountain and the driveway. It was definitely the vacation we needed! We plan on staying here again!

We headed to the Noridc Cabin for a late-January getaway, and we had a wonderful time. The mountain-woods setting was exactly what we were hoping for. Strolling around the roads was a delight. The house itself was cozy and comfy. Winter hot-tubbing was also a real plus.

We had a great stay at this home in Wjntergreen. Super close to the slopes and golf course views from deck. The home was clean and welcoming and very well appointed. Perfect for our family of 4 + our dog! We will be back.

Couldn’t ask for more. Josh and Joan’s place was perfect for our 3 night getaway. They were so quick to respond as the trip neared and the area was getting hit with weather. The cabin was clean, beautiful and relaxing. Could have stayed forever!

Beautiful home! Very comfortable, all the comforts of home. Decorated so nicely. Deer walked by, sunset was amazing, kitchenware was top notch. Enjoyed the stay!

Perfect spot for a cozy trip in the mountains! We stayed dry and warm during an especially rainy/snowy weekend. The space was very clean with a well equipped kitchen. We were even surprised with a bouquet of roses for Valentine's Day and a collection of toys for our pup.

this was our fourth time staying at Sally and John's cabin, and as usual we felt right at home curling up by the fire. We appreciated that since we've last been at the cabin they upgraded the heater in the bedroom (definitely helpful as it got very cold out second night!) and added a full bed in the upstairs loft (a great place to sleep, including a nearby outlet, if you're too hot). We love coming here and would love to come back! 😃

The cabin was very nice, the view is exceptional. If you sit on the couch, lay on the bed you have a beautiful Mountain View. There was nothing we were missing. Very close to the Virginia Horse Center if you are visiting there. Quiet and very low light pollution so the stars were incredible. Plenty of deer in the evening time.

Ms. Sereda was an amazing host! we had an incident with the power due to harsh wind during our stay and she handled the situation quickly! Even offered to transfer us to her other air bnb near by! She went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with our visit. Her host guidebook had some great recommendations! If you’re looking for a peaceful remote get away this is the perfect place to stay!

This was in my top 2 relaxing, peaceful stays I've ever had. The property is beautiful, we woke up to horses right outside every morning. sometimes they seemed to be excited to see us and would come right up to us and would let us pet them. We cooked all our meals there, kitchen was well equiped and they had a grill. The firepit gave us that camping feel. we did take out dog and that was great as well, the property was secluded and we were able to let the dog roam a bit. My husband already wants to go back and our dog whimpered a while when we left, dhe wanted to stay. We will be back!

Absolutely beautiful place! Loved every second of it! Very peaceful! Perfect for getting away from the everyday hustle! It was exactly what we needed!

The cabin is comfortable and clean. Nice location and great for our dogs. Clear instructions for everything in cabin. We were only passing through one night, but would be a nice place to stay for a longer time.

My husband & I had a wonderful time staying at this adorable cabin. Everything was immaculate upon our arrival & it had all the amenities we needed to have a comfortable stay. Great location to relax & unwind in nature while still being a reasonable distance from gas & groceries. The host was friendly, informative, & responsive. Overall awesome experience, would recommend it!

This cozy cabin was perfect for my family of 5 kids! We came to go skiing for the first time at snowshoe and the cabin was a perfect private retreat for family time, games, and a hot tub for aches and pains from skiing! Super clean, cozy and we had everything needed including laundry detergent we forgot! Filtered cold water tower was extra nice for all our yeti refills! We were party of 7 but 10 can sleep comfortably, plus two full baths! Crockpot, two types of coffee makers, toaster, all cooking utensils needed for big breakfasts and convenient supper! Absolutely beautiful property! Very private, cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed walking the trails with our dog and since we had mostly rain, relaxing in front of the fireplace reading and listening to music. We did venture out to walk the Chessie Trail, see the Natural Bridge, cross the James River on the footbridge, and check out Lexington downtown area. Would love to come back in another season. Thanks for being pet friendly!

First of all, this place was spotless. Second, beautifully furnished - everything so tasteful and well set-up. Third, the natural beauty of the property, and well-lit firepit area were so great. Finally, the host was very communicative and easy to deal with. We look forward to renting again!

We had a perfect weekend getaway here. The house was spacious, amenities exactly what we needed, and the private and peaceful (and very well kept) hot tub kept the February cold away. Location next to the river is beautiful, even in winter! Thanks again for everything.

Despite renting this cabin in the dead of winter, leading to frozen pipes and being buried in snow, this stay was just what I needed to get away for a little while with my dog. Xavier notified me in advance of the pipes and there being no water, but made it work by providing ample drinking and flushing water. The mini split heater and an electric heater kept the cabin comfortable, but the wood stove cabin probably would have been more ideal in this weather. The family who lives near the property was extremely attentive to my needs and made me feel welcomed and safe. Bonus points for adorable goats, chickens, and cats on the property. I hope to come back in better weather to enjoy the trail and lake.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while exploring the area. Daniel's cabin was absolutely beautiful and the Christmas tree was a wonderful touch. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an incredible stay at the Pine Ridge Cabin! Being the most remote cabin on the 93 acre property and requiring a hike-up or side-by-side ride up the mountain in the winter, we were truly able to disconnect and felt like the entire forest was all ours. We were lucky enough to be there for a 10-inch snowstorm which transformed the area into a winter wonderland. The trails, gallery and views were amazing. Our host, Max, went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed. Highly, highly recommend for those looking for adventure and peacefulness in the trees!!! We are already planning our trip back in the warmer months.
