This is a Fantastic Airbnb! They have literally thought of everything. Incredible selection of books and games. The decor is very unique & magical, complete with fairies. We are huge LOTR fans. Loved everything about Kerri’s place. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is very well stocked. Large bathroom with a great shower, plus a very special spa area. We felt right at home. Highly recommend!!

Sue is a phenomenal host; anything I’m about to write will never be able to do her listing the justice it deserves. Her stay is a basement-style apartment created with your privacy in mind, but she is extremely friendly and easy to talk to and get to know. Sue is clearly very intentional about how she stocks the place and decorates for her guests, which is super comforting and thoughtful. Her garden was absolutely gorgeous and the perfect spot to lounge after a long day at work or exploring. She has a beautiful cat named Hera who blesses you with her presence when she gets to have outside time. This location in Loveland is only about 20 minutes from Ft. Collins, roughly an hour from Denver, and surrounded by plenty of amazing hikes for all levels. I can’t believe how quickly our two-week stay went by, but it was so perfect for what we needed. The ONLY reason I wouldn’t recommend it would be so it’s not already booked when we get a chance to come back!! 🥹🥰 THANK YOU, SUE!!!!!! 💕🫶🏻

Very cute and homey spot close to restaurants and coffee shops with very comfortable beds and a cozy backyard. For this unit, there’s no direct backyard access so you have to walk around the house through the back gate. Would stay here again.

The loft was amazing for our short weekend trip to Fort Collins. The apartment is in walking distance to all Olde Town and CSU have to offer. We really enjoyed the lodge-vibe of the architecture and the fly fishing shop downstairs was super neat. The kitchen/bathroom were extremely well updated and functional. The bed was comfy and there was a lovely fireplace to rest beside in the chilly evenings. The hosts were really responsive. They left great suggestions for things to do around town and in the near by outdoors. Two things to know going in - the entrance is a long, narrow set of steps so pack accordingly. Also, due to the being in downtown FC, you can sometimes hear the train at night (though the hosts did provide ear plugs!)

This was an excellent place to stay!! We were so comfortable & we would definitely stay again if we were in the area & would greatly recommend!!!

It's was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Kami definitely thought of everything when putting this place together. It was easy to check in and it was both close enough yet distant enough to Downtown Greeley, easy to get to without being emersed by it. It was perfect!

Great location right in the heart of Downtown. Apartment is perfect for 2, has everything you need and feels like home. You are steps away from everything you would want to do from shopping, coffee, drinks or food and entertainment. Definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed staying at Brennan's unit in Fort Collins for a getaway weekend from Denver. The unit was clean, the bed was super comfortable and the neighborhood is about a mile from Old Town. Brennan and his family were great hosts and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again as it's close to downtown and the unit was very comfortable and easy to get to.

We absolutely loved our stay at the apartment. It is walkable to everything in Old Town. The location was perfect and the host were lovely and very supportive. Will definitely stay here again if available when we come back to see our son!

This was a wonderful place for my husband and our two young children. We felt right at home! Jami was so gracious to be flexible about our schedule and I am truly so grateful for her! The Airbnb was so clean. The cleanest Airbnb I’ve been in. Their backyard faces the mountains and the views are beautiful! Not a detail is missed! Quality paper towels, toilet paper, teas, spices, everything to feel at home. The best part was Jami’s son, Jacob. What a polite, thoughtful and incredibly bright young man. My oldest son hit it off with him right away. Jacob showed us how to take night pictures of the sky and it was so cool. We got some really beautiful photos of the Colorado skies. We also enjoyed some homemade zucchini bread on my youngest son’s birthday to top it off. We looked at the calendar to book longer with them but this place was booked up. So if you’re interested in this place I say book well in advance! Excellent stay and even more excellent people. Cannot recommend enough!

Doreen made us feel welcomed. The rental was beautiful. It was very clean and decorated very well. We were very comfortable. We will stay there again if we get the chance.

We had the most wonderful stay at the White Barn Loft! There were so many small, well thought-out details that made the space feel contemporary, cozy and welcoming. The loft was sparkling clean with wonderful views. The location is peaceful and only ~15 mins from Fort Collins. We would love to stay again. Highly recommend!

This is a great place to stay in Fort Collins. The downtown area is close and easy to get to. We have family in Fort Collins and this will be our go-to Airbnb when we visit.

It was a beautiful whimsical place to stay! The colorful interior was just what I needed and the studio provided a generous working space. I loved it so much and felt so privileged to be there, even in the snow. I visit Fort Collins often and can’t wait to stay here again! Ann is a super kind host who was proactive about every need. I felt extremely welcomed!

A lovely studio in a charming house. The house is located on a very pleasant tree lined street, away from the main highway through town and a 12-15 minute walk from CSU campus and multiple restaurants.
