Holiday rentals with a patio in Greater Uptown, Houston

The picture is exactly as the apartment, the instructions helped so that we don't get lost finding it.. we will definitely be staying there again

Stayed here for 2 1/2 weeks! My stay was absolutely perfect. LOCATION WAS EVERYTHING! So many food choices, and shops, literally 2 miles from downtown! Perfect for just me my wife and our pup! Lam was extremely accommodating, very professional and responsive! I definitely recommend!

The space was exactly what I was expecting and I liked the ease of a “front desk” check in. Neither of the televisions worked the first night but they were responsive and able to get one of the tvs working for my second night. Easy parking. Good access to toll road/highways.

Host is very thoughtful and considerate. Home was perfectly suitable for my needs. Would def stay here again in future!

Great location! Very easy to get to and to get inside. Parking for one vehicle on the garage. I have stayed there several times and it is always good.

Ana‘s place was the perfect apartment for us while we had family at MD Anderson. Our Dog loved the balcony and we loved having a pool available. We really appreciated how flexible Anna was with the dates of our stay since we didn’t know how long we would have family at the hospital.

Jess's apartment checked all my boxes when I was searching for a place - I confirmed that was the case after my first night : - Proximity to my office (15mins walk) - Comfortable, spacious and well furnished sitting room, dining , kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and a working closet. - All the amenities in house functioned well. -Enough cark park spaces -A big upside for me was that the apartment is in a very large lot, where you can exercise (walk for miles without need to go into the streets)! Finally , Jess was a great host. She was super responsive whenever we needed any help! Choosing her place was perfect choice. I will strongly recommend it to anyone in the Houston area.

This apartment is close to downtown, only around 0.7 miles from the Hyatt regency and a nice walk. The apartment is within a fairly large residential apartment area close to downtown. It worked extremely well for my needs. Chris is extremely responsive and proactive, and willing to help visitors and be flexible when needed. I was there for a scientific conference and it worked extremely well for me.

Will definitely be back to stay his communication was on point he also brought water and other drinks to support my daughter’s college graduation. The house was huge it had sooooo much space for everyone to sleep comfortably. I would highly recommend his place to anyone that is visiting the Houston area.

I booked this place at the last minute for the Thanksgiving weekend and was very pleased with the house. Christina was responsive and quick to provide guidance when we need. She accommodate our request to extend check in and check out time with a good price. The house was super clean with full kitchen located in a quiet neighborhood. She even provided us the alarm code for easy access and safety purpose. There was a broken pipe happened outside of the house (somewhere in the neighborhood) which led to water outage one morning, around 9am, right on our checkout day, Christina again was responsive. She requested a plumber to come over immediately, around 11am. Luckily, the water came back on around the same time. She was very kind to extend the checkout time even more to make up for the time loss in the morning. I will definitely book her again when I visit Houston in the future. Thank you so so much for the pleasant stay!!

We had a wonderful time. The neighbors weren't even loud or as described in the listing. It was extremely comfortable especially the beds. We moved the gazebo outside and the dining area. You can tell a lot of love and family-centered ideas were put into place when designing the spaces. It felt very family oriented.

We loved our stay at Raphael's home. The house is gorgeous. The neighborhood is beautiful. The location was great also. But the thing that made our stay was the pool. We spent many hours enjoying the pool and the patio area. It made our get away super relaxing. Raphael was a great host. He was very proactive in communicating with us and checking that everything was in order. As for the house itself, it was very clean and roomy. The beds were comfortable. The theater room was fun for watching movies. I would highly recommend staying here. You won't be sorry.

Chris’s place was just as described. Easy to get into kitchen is huge and plenty of space for lots of people. Would definitely rent again.

If you’re visiting Houston and need a quiet and clean place to stay, Shannon’s listing provides that and much more. It is very clear that she puts a lot of effort into making her place as welcoming and accommodating as possible, with easy to follow instructions, ranging from ease of entry to the townhouse complex and unit to the provided games/activities for entertainment. The location is also great as it is close to various restaurants, shops, a supermarket, and a park, so if that seems like a great deal to you, I can vouch that it truly is.

If you are going to the MD Anderson Proton Center for treatment, this place is very convenient. It is well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals and live comfortably. Joseph is a great host and very responsive.

Demetrius was a very outstanding host. We had to leave our previous host due to her not letting us know she didn’t have not having electricity and Demetrius saved the day by quickly responding to a last minute booking. His condo was flawless and so clean. I will definitely be booking again.

The place is as described, the environment is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet and safe, and the host is very communicative and timely.And it is especially worth mentioning that the room is well prepared, so we have no worries.

Nice apartment. Unbeatable location for my long term stay. Excellent restaurants nearby. Recommend a visit to Dun Huang Plaza on Bellaire - good restaurants and Oasis Foot Spa is exceptional. Easy access from complex back gate to great walking/biking trails. Min was an excellent, responsive host.

Perfect spot in Montrose to view the Houston Marathon. Incredible restaurants nearby and close to everything. Street parking was plentiful. Home was very well furnished and had everything we needed for the stay.
