Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Greater Northdale

Cute little space that worked well for our base camp while we explored the area. Place was as described, and we had no issues. If you stay here check out Tory's, a lovely breakfast/lunch diner. It was the best!! Too cold to use the pool but it looked clean and nice.

Absolutely amazing stay! Our host was super responsive, flexible with check in time, and made us feel extremely welcome during our stay. It’s great location easy to get to downtown. There was plenty of space, all the beds were comfortable and they provided us with all the essentials (coffee, filters, shampoo/ body wash/ conditioner, snacks, seasonings, etc). I HIGHLY recommend this property.

Absolutely lovely place! I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and spacious place to stay. The house is tucked away on a corner lot and feels private and cozy. The beach is relatively close and there’s a Walmart around the corner – perfect for groceries. My group and I enjoyed the separate rooms for hanging out – we played games, cooked dinner, and played pool. Great times and memories. My only wish is that we could’ve stayed longer!

Nice place! Would definitely stay again if ever in Tampa. I loved how helpful the hosts are and how clean the place was. Had an issue checking in because Airbnb had the wrong code but the hosts fixed it asap. Don’t hesitate to book this house.

Probably the best Airbnb I have ever rented! The property is unbelievable. So relaxing. Sooo spacious. Perfect for multi family vacations. Three bedrooms upstairs and 2 down. Allowed for privacy. The guest house is very large. Perfect if a family wants a little more privacy or space. We went with our friends and our kids so having the fenced in property allowed parents to relax and let the kids run free. Highly suggest renting a bounce house. They have the perfect spot for it! Fire wood was provided so that was nice. Very close to town for quick Walmart or restaurant runs. We will definitely be back!

We felt very comfortable during our stay in Anna’s place, it’s in a great great location, the neighborhood felt very safe, and having laundry was a huge plus!

We cannot recommend Gwen’s place enough! From the moment I arrived, it was clear that every detail had been carefully thought out to ensure a comfortable and welcoming stay. The property was spotless, beautifully decorated with special personal touches and equipped with all the amenities I needed (and more!). Gwen was an outstanding host—warm, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful. It was so endearing that she even left out a sweet welcome gift of cookies and chocolates and a nice hand written note I have never received a welcome note from a guest at Airbnb before and it made us feel welcomed and hospitality. The location was perfect—tucked in a quiet, charming neighborhood yet close to all the attractions St. Petersburg has to offer. This is truly a gem of a place, and I will absolutely be staying here again on my next visit to St. Petersburg

My friends and I had a great time staying here this weekend! Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in Tampa. It was super cute and charming — feeling right at home! Monica was a great host!

Nice spot for what we needed responsive host

Cute place with a good vibe. This place was clean and has amenities like water in fridge clean towels soap new sponge in sink and dish soap etc. Patio off the kitchen was enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this place and hope to use them in the future

These condos are so cute and clean! You don’t even need a car to stay here you are walking distance from the beach literally across the street. There’s a Walmart and a Publix a mile away and lots of shops and eating near by. The condos are clean comfortable and offer a lot of cool things. Like the extra room with all your beach needs and extra food and condiments! We’ve stayed here twice this summer and plan to continue to return back

Nice apartment tucked away from street. Had most things you'd need for a brief stay. Hosts were very responsive when we had an issue getting in the gate. Pool and gym easy to use and nice to have. Abes place (resturant) and groceries are in walking distance. Enjoyed it very much for almost 2 weeks! note: Was quiet most of the time but upstairs neighbors VERY easy to hear at all hours, and kept me up the last few days.

Perfect location! The place had everything we needed. The proximity to the beach cannot be beat - just walk out the door and you are right there. Both the beach and pool were amazing and never super crowded. The place is spacious and allowed the 4 of us to have our own space, but also be together in the kitchen/living room area and balcony. There are big TVs in every room, which allowed us to watch our own thing late at night. The 2.5 bathrooms helped us all clean up quickly after a day at the beach. Even the garage parking spot was nice and close to the elevator, which helped when we had luggage and groceries to bring up. The condo even provides luggage and shopping carts in the garage, so we only had to take one trip up. There is a full closet of beach items for everything you will need. There are also several games and puzzles to keep you busy inside. We washed clothes several times during the week. Melody was very responsive for the couple questions that we had during the trip.

The stay was nice the host was reponsive.. If your doing business like I was the Wifi was not fast enough.That could be improved.. Beds where very comfortable, two showers in one bathroom was a nice touch..Would stay again if in the area..

Very close to the beach and some interesting places.

Our family with small children had a brief but wonderful stay in Treasure Island. The condo was extremely nice and clean, the building felt safe, and the beach was only a very short walk away. We loved being able to see sunsets over the Gulf from the condo!

We had a wonderful time in St. Pete Beach. Amy's Airbnb was fantastic. Very clean and in a great location close to the beach. I would recommend others to check out her place and stay if you're in the area.
