Will’s place was an outstanding place to stay! The amenities were above and beyond being very thoughtful about any toiletries that could be forgotten! The use of the beach parking and pool at the condo, along with providing a beach bag was an added plus! We also liked the easy access to the Pinellas trail. We would definitely stay again at this wonderful apartment!

This was the first time that I had stayed in a home where the owners also live. Jeff and George provided a great experience. The home was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and we had a balcony that overlooked the gorgeous backyard. Upon arrival, we were greeted and given a tour. The host also offered to help us with our luggage. The host thought of so many small details, including aromatherapy, which I loved. In the king room, we had a nice rainhead shower.

We had a great stay. Everything we needed was there. I truly felt like I was at home during my stay here. It was perfect for 2 people.

This was just the perfect little place. Victor was very thorough on check in and check out leaving no questions. No complaints at all.

Clean and cute spot! Host was very responsive and even let me check in a little early after a long travel morning which I appreciated. The pool area was beautiful! I wish the weather was a bit warmer to get in, but I enjoyed sitting by it. Overall a nice stay and I would return!

We had a wonderful stay at Bob and Liz’s Airbnb in Hyde Park! From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The location was perfect—close to local attractions. Yet peaceful and quiet at night. Bob and Liz’s attention to detail truly stood out. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Hyde Park. This was my boyfriend and I’s first time staying in an AirBnB and we were blown away to say the least! The bed was extremely comfortable and clean, the shower was gorgeous with provided toiletries and the property was well maintained. We had an issue initially getting the smart lock to work but Leon was immediately responsive, provided instructions on how to fix it and even offered to come over and help us get in! Leon also provided cold bottled water in the mini fridge, keurig coffee cups as well as cream and sugar. 100% happy with our stay and will rebook again if we’re ever back in the area!

Amazing price and amazing stay. Super clean and cute and has everything you need plus more! Host is very responsive and so friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back. We had a wonderful relaxing night and it was so cozy and clean everything smelt so good 🥰

This place was super cute! Perfect stay for a birthday trip with my partner conveniently close to Busch Gardens. Perfect for two people. Highly recommend. Cute outside area with a hammock. The inside decor was also very cute Not far from downtown Tampa.

We have stayed at Ava’s place multiple times and she is so sweet! She is very quick to respond to messages and she is very helpful. The location is quiet and well kept. We always enjoy our stay!

Liz is a very responsive and helpful host. The place is quiet and comfortable. Liz helped us turn on the AC when temperature dropped. Beach chairs, mats, and towels are provided as described. The location is a little far from downtown Tampa and the beach but it didn't become a big problem (it's also quite close to the airport which is great). We spent the New Year holidays there and we had a chance to see some amazing fireworks! We really enjoyed the stay.

I had a great stay. The backyard was fantastic and the Hyde Park-SoHo area was so much fun. I parked my car and was able to walk everywhere.

We had an awesome stay! Diane and Bob were both super nice, and easy to communicate with, and had good local knowledge to share. The beach cart was very helpful, and it was great to be able to take the kayaks on the water behind the property. Wish we had more time to use the bikes. Definitely recommend this Airbnb!

the outside doesn't do this place justice. You walk into a whole house with a living room with a couch and big television, an office area, a full size nice kitchen, a great bathroom, and a big bedroom. It is a really nice place. Also the bed was very comfortable, and there was a ceiling fan above it which I love, and there is AC controls in the unit. Also there was coffee there for me and waters in the fridge. Great place and great host!
