Trizah’s BnB was a gem, conveniently located close to basic amenities and just a 2-minute walk to the beach. The BnB was clean, cozy, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. She went above and beyond by providing thoughtful touches, like essential kitchen supplies, including oil, which saved us from purchasing large quantities we wouldn't use. The extra care and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, Trizah was always quick to respond to any questions we had, which made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Definitely a place we'd love to return to!

Excellent stay at Ben’s. A very friendly and quick to respond host that really care about his guests well- being and satisfaction. HIGHLY recommended if you want a top floor view, calm and beautiful surroundings . The pool was great and gym had all needed.

Brenda and Ire's place is a true home, not an apartment that is only rented out. Lots of quirky decor, very colourful, we loved it (family with two teenage daughters). The girls could just walk around by themselves in town, it is all very friendly. Comfy beds and shower. The rooms were a bit hot in January, but manageable with the extra fans provided. Ire, Omar and Salum were very helpful and kind. Brenda wasn't around, but provided timely and extensive communication ahead of our stay. We have been coming to Stone town since 1994; and even with the mass tourism now firmly established on Unguja, Stone town somehow manages to keep its own spirit and this place reflects that spirit. Great stay, we were very happy to come here.

Our stay was stress free and Jess’s team was very responsive. The property is beautiful as is the view. Would recommend this stay for larger groups since it’s a fairly large house. All in all, we had an amazing time

5-Star Stay at Kilimandege House! We had the most incredible weekend at Kilimandege House! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the amazing house staff, who took such great care of us throughout our stay. The house itself is immaculate—beautifully maintained, spacious, and spotless, with breathtaking views of the lake. We spent most of our time outdoors at the fantastic BBQ area, playing cards and soaking in the peaceful surroundings. The house is also exceptionally well-equipped for families with young children, providing everything from a high chair to a baby cot and bath tub, making our stay so much easier. It was truly a stunning and relaxing getaway. A huge thank you to the host for making everything seamless—we can’t recommend Kilimandege House enough! Definitely a new favorite in Naivasha, and we can’t wait to return.

My wife, I and our three children had a great holiday here. The house is located in a picturesque village surrounded by coconut palms. One of the most beautiful beaches in Kenya is about a 10-minute drive away. We had our own car, so it was not difficult for us to get there, but if you do not have transport, you can always use a tuk-tuk or a motorbike taxi. The beach is beautiful! Next to the house is an ocean bay with mangrove trees. We were very pleased that the house has two excellent SUP boards! At high tide you can ride them through the mangrove forest and it is very, very beautiful! But take shoes with you because there are sharp shells at the bottom. Nice people work in the house. Chef Joseph cooked well and was very kind. Thank him very much! We were lucky with the weather, it was not stuffy at all, so we never used the fans at night. Thanks to the owner of the house Tom and his team for good memories!

This place is a true gem. Hidden away, it's not the typical Zanzibar tourist spot. In fact, we were the only non-local people in the whole neighbourhood. It felt amazing to shop in the local village micro-shop, get fresh fish and calamari straight from the fish market, enjoy the private beach. If you feel like disconnecting, winding down and relaxing to the fullest - this is your place. And then, when you feel like exploring anything Zanzibar has to offer - you have all the options. Ali, the manager, is gonna be your guide, driver, and will arrange anything you please. We went to Stone Town, to Paje, to one of the spice farms, to the Jozani Forrest, to see the turtles, to go kayaking, spent a day on a boat trip (saw dolphins, went snorkelling, visited the famous sand bank, had lobster and fish on a private island). Ali even arrange for Omar, a private chef, to cook for us one evening. We hope to visit again one day. I highly recommend Nick's place! You will not be disappointed!

What a beautiful place to stay! I would definitely come back. The staff was extremely friendly and we felt so at home!

We had a wonderful stay at the lake house! So calm and so close to the nature. At night we sat by the fireplace listening to the sounds of nature and watched the hippos just outside. We really loved staying at the lake house and would love to come back some day.

Dolphin House is a truly unique place and experience. The position directly on the beach is priceless - I could never get sick of the view! There's a good balance of home comforts and the privacy of the house with still feeling connected with the outside, the community and just generally being in Zanzibar. We spent all of our time in the outside space - rotating between the sofas, the loungers on the beach, the table and the pool. It's incredibly well thought out and comfy! Rudy and his local team were always on hand. The chefs, in particular, are exceptional - while you are handy for plenty of restaurants and bars, we enjoyed every breakfast and most of our dinners at the villa. When you have the best spot on the beach, there was very little reason to leave!

This space is incredibly private and peaceful offering the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The design is immaculate with every detail thoughtfully planned, creating a cozy and stylish atmosphere that makes it feel like home. It’s literally a stones throw from the beach and I loved being able to walk to the beach and enjoy the stunning coastal views. This property is exactly as shown in the photos and it truly is a hidden gem that I’m so grateful to have discovered. This is the perfect relaxing and peaceful getaway spot that you have been looking for. Nicole is a fantastic, engaging and very responsive host!

We had great time. Very convenient to reach the tourist attractions and restaurants. The host was super and responded promptly.

We had such an amazing time at this house, I'm ready to go back and my birthday vacation just ended. Our host gave us all the instructions some of which we didn't know we needed- we had no questions prior to check in and the actual process was easy. Everything about this house is adorable, a beautiful space. They said beach front, we got exactly that and moving around to town was easy. I especially loved the fact that since we had no access to the kitchen the basics were provided to us and honestly as someone who prefers to eat out while on holiday, this place was perfect. It's obvious our host takes pride in his place, and as a guest,we couldn't help but treat this beautiful, aesthetically designed space with care and the same respect. Our bed was super big, super comfortable, The shower water gets nice and hot so showers are a dream. So glad I stayed here & it was the perfect getaway in every way. both logistically and aesthetically. I hope I can stay here again and again

We stayed 11 nights and had a great time. The host was super responsive, Fred who takes care of guests day to day was amazing. The apartment is beautifully furnished with a view over the gardens and ocean. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, it also has a big balcony. You definitely know you in the topics with monkeys on the balcony and gardens, we loved that! It is in a really convenient location with a large multi floor super market only a short walk away plus lots of shops and restaurants within an easy walk. It was safe with security at the main gates and in the complex. The beach is only a 2 minutes walk. Lots of tuk tuks passing by to get around. We had a fantastic stay and would 100% recommend! Thanks for hosting us👍

The staff was the best part of the stay. They were amazing, especially Dan. The property is next to the beach and in the middle of a village. Seeing the African culture and way of living mixed with paradisiac views…was riveting. Several descent restaurants in the area as well. Will definitely book again.

Marries place is as it is in the photos! Very clean house, she's always responsive and also calls in to check on you out of the blue despite her busy schedule, she makes you feel at home and like a friend you have known for years despite having never met her in person! I would 1000% recommend her place, it's worth every penny for sure! Shanzu/serena beach is just a stone throw away and also you can go for spa and padel and volleyball at Serena beach hotel or Pride Inn hotel which are next door to Marries place. Had an overall great experience, looking to come back again for the breathtaking view of the ocean from her balcony!
