We had a wonderful stay in the treehouse quirky and very different with excellent views great location for Carlingford and two minutes walk from a friendly local bar extremely dog friendly Padraig went out of his way to meet us and was very responsive and helpful thanks so much Karen Stephen and Jessie 🐶

unfortunately I had to cancel my weekend booking here with Stephen and Sandy due to the unforeseen weather snd not wanting to risk being stranded in the Brecon beacons with the kids. After initially still trying to make the booking we admitted defeat and went with the safest option Stephen suggested that we could cancel the booking and return the money to my bank account which was very kind of him. very responsive and friendly hosts with plenty of information and instructions about the property! Stayed at many hotels and AirB&Bs and I must say this was by far the most beautiful, peaceful getaway we’ve ever had. The treehouse itself is more wonderful than the pictures and there is literally everything you need there. Lucinda hasn’t cut any corners whatsoever and so much effort has been put into making this place absolutely incredible. As for the location, you are free to walk round acres of stunning countryside and woodland areas and it feels like you’re the only people on earth there. This weekend has exceeded everything we could have hoped for and would certainly stay again and recommend to anyone looking to escape reality for a couple of nights.

Had such a lovely solo one night stay here. The place was warm, clean, cosy and felt very homely. Had everything needed to cook a proper dinner and breakfast. The location was absolutely stunning and made for a lovely walk around the grounds. I thoroughly enjoyed sitting around the fire pit in the evening. Staying solo I felt very safe here and Rachel and her partner were very friendly. The only thing I could groan about is that I didn't book for a second night!

Beautiful place! We’d love to return for a longer stay. The place is gorgeous and so peaceful. The property is meticulous, including the shared spaces. Well done! An extra Thank you to Lucio, for unlocking our yurt, after our little locked the door with the key inside.

Myself and my Husband stay here for 2 nights and had a lovely time. Victoria was there to meet us when we arrived and showed us around her amazing place. It has everything you need and also local pubs that do amazing food if you want to venture out. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Victoria :)

Bigger and better than the photos, all the great reviews here are to be believed, our only regret is we weren’t staying longer, key instructions are very simple and easy to set up ahead of time to activate at the checkin time, google maps led us to the correct entrance. Trees and foliage between the main house and the Cabin make this feel very private, with the sauna and hot tub a short walk away and even more private! Lots of things to discover and nice additions and touches here and there. Heating and lighting all straight forward and labelled on the switches and the controllers, beds were all very very comfortable. We will definitely be back in the summer and for a couple of nights, would recommend this to couples, adult groups and parents/kids, there is something here for everyone!

A beautiful and cosy treehouse. It was the most perfect getaway. Martin welcomed us on arrival and showed us how to use all the facilities. Communication was great throughout, couldn’t fault Lisa and Martin as hosts. We had a lovely stay, it was a perfect private getaway, just what we wanted. Really enjoyed the hot tub and indoor fire. We’re looking forward to going again!

John, who built the treehouse welcomed us on arrival and gave us a concise tour of its features and amenities. He was very warming and a pleasure to listen to. You WILL NOT be disappointed with the treehouse, it was amazing in every sense of the word. Pristine, charming, characterful, warm, unique are just some of the many superlatives we could use. The care and attention that has been lovingly poured into creating this place is inspirational. Do book without hesitation.

Beautiful place the team arranged birthday bunting and a bouquet for my girlfriend extremely helpful and attentive if necessary, had plenty of fire wood for the hot tub outside which was stunning and such a cozy inside place. The team have made a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere which we adored. Would’ve changed nothing so wholesome and quiet ☺️

Wow! Just wow! This was an extra special little trip for us. I couldn't have asked for anywhere more romantic, special and peaceful to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. We loved the narnia door, the books, the woods, the fire pit, the indoor fire, the quiet - the river! Yes we dipped in the river, and running straight into our piping hot shower was just perfect! I was surprised the compost toilet didn't smell, how big and comfy the bed was and how warm and cosy the cabin was. Oh and big shout out from Java our dog. He literally had the time of his life! He was able to roam their beautiful fields and he loved smelling all the traces of wildlife. He enjoyed sitting by the fire, sleeping in his bed under ours, and lounging by the fireplace. It was just a dream, for all three of us. Thanks for creating something so magical!

Michael had great communication from the offset. Super friendly and helpful with local recommendations. The tree hoose is just what we needed, so peaceful and really modern. Felt like a home from home. We’ve already recommended to friends!

My husband and I had a wonderful relaxing stay! Even though it was cold outside, the cabin was lovely and warm. It had everything we needed, plus loads of space for the dog to run around, and access to footpaths / bridleways. This was a perfect retreat for when we wanted to get away from the world for a couple of days to recharge. Thank you!

We loved our stay. Hosts were so lovely and responded quickly. The area is peaceful but close enough to beaches, shops ect. We would definitely recommend staying.

The hut is very sweet and surprisingly spacious. In a gorgeous location and Carol was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Would love to return if we were closer!

The treetops accommodation was fantastic, a great experience all around. The location is brilliant, surrounded by tall trees in the darkness was a very relaxing setting, especially whilst cooking a Pizza in an outside Pizza oven! Charlotte was a fantastic host, very quick to respond and help when we had a question. The accommodation was lovely and clean, bedding was comfortable, good cooking equipment and the shower experience was really pleasant also.

It has been a Magic experience! The place is fantastic, there is not even one small detail missing. Guy and Jo are amazing, they were super helpful and amazing host they were replaying quite quickly to anything that we question. The place is fantastic even in January, is super cozy and warm and I am the person who cannot be in a room at less than 23 degrees. They have anything that you need for the kitchen and bathrrom. Even having to cross to the bathroom made the experience different and unique. It is a very peaceful and quiet place where the birds can wake you up in the morning and green and sheep been the first and only thing you see when you first open your eyes. They have a gas BBQ and a fire pitch, they have games, they sell eggs from their farm for your breakfast they provide all the kitchen needs and salt paper and oil. It has been an incredible experience and we are definitely coming back. Thank you Jo and Guy!

This property was outstanding! Beautiful views, incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The decor is first class. the bed was very comfortable. I completely zoned out watching the wildlife, literally 3 ft from where I was sat in the lovely cosy living area. The feel is modern, minimalist but cosy and homely. The balance is just right. Quite a few steps up to the property, but was fine for us. Wish we had booked longer as I was very sad to leave. would love to return and I am in no doubt that we shall. First class, 5 starts all day long. Thank you Alistair and Yvonne.

What a hidden gem. We stayed here for 2 nights having been on the lookout for something a little "different" and we weren't disappointed. The tree house setting, located as it is with a fantastic view out towards the Irish sea is cosy, romantic, cute and in a wonderfully peaceful "off the grid" setting. Our hosts were extremely helpful, proactive but never intrusive and the accommodation is very well planned out in terms of being solidly constructed and having a cubbyhole for every possible convenience you might need for a short stay. We'd be happy to recommend this place to friends and family who are seeking a brief escape!
