Holiday rentals with beach access in Great Bay Beach

If you’re having doubts about this place, doubt No More!! It is pure perfection!!!❤️❤️. Cathy assisted us with the check in and basically walked us through every thing she thought we needed for our stay! The views ..I cannot say enough about the beauty of this property ❤️❤️❤️. When we lifted the mechanical shade on the patio and saw how close we were to the ocean and waters and beach life, we knew we picked the right place! I had coffee every morning to the music of ocean waves. The beds and pillows were so comfy - I slept Wonderful! Grocery store close by and the kitchen had everything we needed to have meals and coffee l etc.. The pool was empty everyday - most go to beach, but it had gorgeous surroundings 😍 This place is gorgeous and we will be returning to the island and staying at this exact location ❤️❤️❤️

We had a lovely stay - the apartment is perfect for two. Very quick walk into the village for dining and right on the beach. The furniture is very comfortable. We slept great on the very comfortable king sized bed. Awesome water pressure. Equipped with a cistern which came in handy when there was a water strike and we were not impacted at all. Francois kept us updated about the situation so we had no stress over it.

We just got back from staying a week at Tibo‘s incredible home and had the most amazing time! Tibo and his father are such gracious hosts! Anything we needed from additional towels and toiletries to recommendations on where to eat they were just a text away and very responsive. The home is absolutely gorgeous! Literally steps away from the beach, you could not ask for a better location and the views are just stunning! We loved sitting outside, drinking coffee in the morning and watching the most beautiful sunsets in the evening. The home has such incredible views, pictures do not do it justice. We rented a car however everything was so close we only used it twice. Huge plus is this home has it’s own parking spot which is very rare. There are such fabulous restaurants within walking distance and the beach was so gorgeous we had no desire to visit any others, maybe next time. My husband said today we need to go back soon! We cannot wait to visit again and will definitely stay at Tibo‘s!

My fiancé and I enjoyed a week at Mark’s studio condo at Maho beach and loved it. It was perfect for our vacation. We cooked all our breakfasts and most of our dinners with the induction plate. There was also a toaster and microwave. The place was spacious and the balcony views were dreamy! We are huge plane spotters so we loved being so close to the airport and the famous Maho beach. There’s a little farm below and we enjoyed seeing the animals everyday. The washer came in handy to clean our clothes and we used it a couple of times. Mark was responsive and helpful even booking this 9 months in advance. We can’t wait to go back again!

My husband,son and I loved our stay. The location was fantastic right on the water with beautiful crystal clear waters. The apartment is even better in person than in the photos. It’s very spacious, luxurious and clean. The location is awesome you are right on the boardwalk with many shops and restaurants around. It’s right next to the marina so a great location to do a boat ride at the neighbouring islands. Jolanda our host was fantastic with outstanding customer service and very flexible and accommodating with the goal for my family to enjoy our vacation. I would without a doubt stay here again. We loved the nights with breezes though the balconies listening to the waves ease us to sleep.

We enjoyed our stay here and had a nice time! The place was well stocked, welcoming and had everything we needed and more. The location was fantastic too - plenty of great dining options nearby, plus walking distance to Maho and Mullet beach. (Note, there are bars playing music at night – this may be an issue for light sleepers). Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We highly recommend Amy and her Air bnb property.

Beautiful beach. Great apartment with everything you need. Just be sure to get a small rental vehicle to fit into the underground parking. Worth every penny. Will be back.

Me, my husband, and our 3 daughters (11, 9, and 7) stayed here for 7 days at the end of January. Starting with even the week before our vacation, Alex was very friendly and communicative, getting us prepared for the stay. Even days before the trip began, he responded very quickly to any questions I had. Upon landing, he was so nice, super flexible and met us as soon as we got to the neighborhood. Very warm welcome, met us on arrival and showed us around. Gave us the quick rundown, some local recommendations (do yourself a favor and GO TO LITTLE JERUSALEM ASAP. And maybe everyday thereafter for a shawarma. We’ll probably never stop talking about it). The apartment was sparkling clean, well stocked kitchen, extras (beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling equipment, etc), the beds were so comfortable - and the patio is everything we could’ve wanted. Beautiful ocean views, and the quick walk across the street to the super quiet beach was amazing. I can’t recommend Alex and this place enough. ❤

We stayed for a girl's trip and had a WONDERFUL trip!!! The hosts were very accommodating and Danielle, the house manager, was so helpful. The decor is beautiful and well stocked for all of our needs. We retained the services of Chef Phillip on the first night so we didn't have to worry about dinner. Chef made a FANTASTIC dinner. ..we highly recommend. The house is in a more private/quiet area of the island, but it was so easy to get transportation to and from the more lively areas. We would absolutely stay again.

Christine's place was excellent. we've stayed in the compound before and really like the atmosphere and closeness to the beach. This unit is really nicely furnished and maintained, great access to the pool and breeze blowing in off the sea. thanks so much for making it such a wonderful vacation!

The villa was an excellent choice for my family’s stay on the island. Alain’s warm introduction upon arrival is greatly appreciated. Our entire stay was utterly seamless from the amenities to the overall ambiance of the villa. When in Saint Marteen the place to be is the Blue Lagoon! Take Care!

This house was beautiful and the view breathtaking! Danielle was very helpful with receiving our groceries before we arrived. We were greeted with a baguette, brie, and grapes that were amazing! She gave us great restaurant recommendations and things to do.

We had a great stay at this villa. The pictures do not do the villa justice. It looks better in person than the pictures. It is walking distance to everything. There are many restaurants in the area. It is about a 10 minute walk to the beach. If you're a fast walker, you can get to the beach in less than 10 minutes. A misconception I had about the villa from the pictures was I assumed that the villa was secluded. I was happy to see that the villa is not secluded and there are other houses/apartments on the same street. However, there is a lot of privacy. The backyard/pool area is beautiful. You'll have a view of the airport and the beach. The villa was extremely clean. Frederick gave great directions on where everything was located. He responded very quickly to messages. The villa is in a safe area and extremely close to the airport. I highly recommend this villa. I would book again if I ever returned to St. Maarten. Frederick was a great host.

Our experience at Villa Ocean was truly fantastic. Melissa, Nina and Kevin were extremely proactive prior to our arrival, providing suggestions for activities and restaurants, as well as helping us navigate new travel requirements. They were also incredibly responsive to any and all questions we had during our stay, and generously made lunch reservations for us so we could make the most of our final hours on the island. Kevin was fantastic helping us find the villa in the dark upon our arrival, and provided a thorough overview of the villa and all its amenities. The villa itself is perfect. It looks exactly like the pictures, and proved to be a great size and set-up for our two families. We lived on the outdoor deck with the doors open to the interior - it was truly heaven. The view of the water and Pinel Island were a spectacular way to begin and end each day. We also made frequent use of the kayaks, making trips out to the sandbar and to Pinel Island. You will not regret booking it!

INCREDIBLE PLACE TO STAY! Much larger than what the pictures show. Great space, quiet, clean and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen, great outdoor space, and comfy bedrooms (dark room if wanted and the AC made for great sleeping). Michelle was spot on with communication and worked with us on our arrival and grocery delivery service. She also suggested a wonderful chef - Chef Francis. He was amazing!! But the most impactful thing about this home/location was the views. The water is so beautiful and it was fun to watch the ships go in and out. We also walked down to Great Bay Beach - very manageable and nice to have that option. We hope to go back again someday - Would highly recommend this place!!

Julie has been to the 4 pins with us. Following last-minute changes, she was responsive and effective so that we had a memorable New Year's Eve. Don't hesitate to go through her, Julie is a host with a sense of service.

Gorgeous place in beautiful location! Unit is as described. Easy walk to restaurants and snorkeling right outside your door!

Staying at Joe’s place was by far the best decision for an airbnb in St. Maarten. Between a beautiful private beach off The Cliff, an awesome infinity pool, and wide patio with a view of- I couldve stayed there the whole time and been content with the trip. The near by restaurants, grocery stores and things to do less than a mile or so drive made everything so convenient. Will certainly be coming back!

Firstly, I would like to say thank you for a beautiful stay. This was my first time in St. Maarten and this property made me feel right at home. The ease of communication with the host and friendly greetings from Pet, were all things that made this feel like the right choice. Beautiful property just as described! You can’t go wrong with staying at this location. I’ll definitely be back!

Traveling with toddlers can be incredibly stressful, but Leanne and Danielle were amazing hosts. They went above and beyond, providing us with milk when we arrived, great recommendations for kid-friendly activities, and offer helping us with taxi arrangements. Danielle and her daughter warmly greeted us, gave us a tour, and thoughtfully provided a bottle of wine for us to unwind after our long journey. The apartment itself was beautifully designed and had everything we could possibly need, including a well-stocked kitchen perfect for longer stays. There was plenty of space for our toddlers to play and crawl around. The complex also boasts two pools, which our kids absolutely loved. We enjoyed relaxing evenings on the balcony, taking in the starry views and the sound of the waves. The nearby beach was a hit with our kids, especially the restaurant located there, and it even helped them get in some good naps! thank you so much ladies for a wonderful stay!

Had a wonderful stay at Jessica’s. Would love to come back. The place is exactly as the pictures and description show. Beautiful view of the ocean and less than 50 yards to the beach. We didn’t spend much time on Simpson Beach due to the winds but the location was very convenient for bouncing around across the island. Sylvia the property manager met us when we arrived, walked us through everything, and gave some local advice. She’s very sweet and was very responsive anytime we needed something. Thank you for having us!

Love the place, stayed numerous times, perfect location, walking distance to numerous restaurants stores,etc. Very clean, onsite food and drinks are amazing! Recommend to anyone heading to SXM!
