The Little House

House is 15 km southwest of the city of Graz. It is 5 km to the A2 and 10 minutes to the A 9 (where you can drive towards Slovenia/Croatia or towards Salzburg). The spacious house (130 m2) is characterized by a quiet hillside location with a terrace of about 80 m2, as well as a very nice view. The house is well situated for people passing through. But it is also extremely interesting for holidays. You can reach many places of Southern and Western Styria in a relatively short time .

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Real alpine hut flair and yet near the city (Graz). Fenced all around, fantastic views, sun until late at night. Terrace and barbecue outdoors. Chickens (in their own area) right at the property. You are welcome to bring them all your leftovers. With some luck you may discover early morning or deer in the evening in the upstream meadow. It is heated with a wood stove. Swing and trampoline at the property.

Immediately above the golf course, behind the house beautiful walking and hiking trails in the mountain regions, very good ski resorts can be reached as a day trip. Perfect for up to 6 people in any season.

The tiny home is rustic and close to nature, in an enchanting garden. Ideal for a break and digital detox. It is elevated, off a lightly traveled road, in an idyllic, quiet valley with horses, wildlife and small forests. Not far away is a small wooden house where I live and adjacent is an orchard for snacking. Everything is DIY, with a lot of love and simplicity and has alpine hut flair. Graz center 17 km and a lovely natural pond just 3 km away.

The curious alpacas are looking forward to welcoming you and you can even get to know them better on guided hikes.
