Great location, close to wineries and Jacksonville.

We loved this spot! It was private but also not far from activities or food. The space was cleaning and very accommodating.

Such a serene getaway. Trees, birds and falling to sleep with the sliding glass door cracked so I could sleep to the sounds of the river. Tranquil describes it. They also went above and beyond with fall themes in their decorations. What a great place to do Thanksgiving dinner for my daughter and I. We are beyond grateful they shared their lovely home with us.

Super comfortable and lovely place to stay not just on the river but close to town and with incredible attention to detail. Had my doggy and toddler, perfect environment for the family… Just very thoughtful and convenient and will certainly recommend to others as well as stay again.

Always love staying at the cottages. Quiet and comfortable. Clean space with everything we need. Look forward to the next time we get to come back.

We’re locals having work done on our house and stayed here for several days in order to get out of the dusty construction zone. We didn’t sit out on the porch or patio because it’s too cold out. The location is easy to walk downtown for groceries or meals. Julie, Sean and Eloise are wonderful hosts., prompt communications. The cottage is totally charming and comfortable, quiet, stocked with everything one could need. Good bed; strong hot shower with toiletries to use; nice kitchen, washer and dryer, etc. The welcome bottle of wine is a nice touch. A best yet Airbnb stay! Believe the reviews.

I had a great stay at the Lotus House Studio! Everything was easy and Tina was a great host.

Great spot in the middle of Ashland. Easy walk to all sorts of amenities in downtown. Kevin was kind and offered us late check out if we wanted. The upstairs bedroom is not ideal for tall people as the roof slopes in somewhat dramatically. Regardless, a charming space. Thank You!

As somebody who travels solo to Grants Pass for work, this is my favorite Airbnb to stay at during in the area! Great host very comfortable and clean

Ivan's place is beautiful and we would definitely stay again! It was very clean and we had everything we needed and more. Ivan's was very quick to respond when we had questions about something. The view from the studio was beautiful too. There are so many trees and birds made themselves at home in the branches just outside the window which was so cool. the hot tub was great and all of the little lights around the yard made for a relaxing environment. I definitely recommend this spot for anyone needing a getaway!

Perfect little spot to stay close to downtown and lots of fun coffee shops/ restaurants nearby. A nice walkable neighborhood as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Spotlessly clean, extremely quiet. Around the corner from the Ashland historic cemetery, two blocks to a really nice Safeway, easy to walk or drive to the downtown business district with restaurants and shops. Loved the tame deer wandering down the sidewalks of the neighborhood. Felt very safe. Will definitely visit again next time we're in Ashland.

Carla was wonderful and so helpful. She offered to help me with my dogs and offered a later checkout if I needed. My husband was in the hospital so I was so grateful for her offerings. I highly recommend!

Thank you Peggy and Eric for sharing your lovely guest home. The home was filled with natural light, even with the fog and cold weather. My granddaughters loved the space and wall art/decor as well. Deers roaming were a nice sight in the wee hours of the morning. I had the impression the guest house was further away in the back, no big deal, just didn’t read the description correctly. The space was private, cozy, clean and organized. I appreciate the flexibility in checking in. Will definitely like to stay again in the future. Take care.

What a cozy spot near downtown Ashland. Was very comfortable for our little family of 3, had more than enough amenities to feel right at home.

Nice clean and private detached guesthouse in a very quiet neighborhood. House easy to locate and access even in the dark of the night. Host was kind and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

my stay was wonderful! The bed was really comfortable with nice clean sheets. Sofa is hecka nice with a big tv. relaxing home away from home feel. the owners house is near by but I still had a since of privacy, very welcoming and nice family. Would recommend anyone to stay here given the chance. The shower is also huge. really liked the bathroom.

Dare I say they were the perfect Airbnb hosts — responsive, friendly, caring, and available while offering privacy and professionalism. We especially loved how relaxed the environment was, and the sauna of course. Their attention to detail made us feel right at home. Would love to come back again!

This was our second time staying here. I can’t recommend it enough. The space is clean, with new appliances. beautifully situated, and extremely peaceful and private.
