Holiday rentals with a pool in Grant-Valkaria

We need a last min. Place for Thanksgiving and this house was above and beyond what we thought from the pool to the patio to the house and duck pond just amazing

This is a great place for a family beach vacation! The home is in a quiet neighborhood about 1/4 mile walk to the beach. The heated pool is great - much warmer than the Atlantic ocean! 4 big bedrooms and two full bathrooms accommodated our extended family easily. There are tv's in every room and a nice big family room where we could all hang out and a big dining table that seats 10 (or more). They provide plenty of towels for the beach and normal bathing and a nice washer/dryer so you can dry everything quickly. There are chairs around the pool area along with a nice outdoor couch. Also beach chairs and a wagon to carry them in if you walk to the beach. There's a really nice ping-pong table in the garage and other card/board games in the house. We used the kitchen and grill everyday - nice kitchen and new grill! Convenient location - there are a lot of nice restaurants within a few miles. There is a grocery store and a Walmart close by too. Would stay again!

We came in and stayed while playing in a USSSA youth baseball tournament at Space Coast Complex in Viera. The complex was super easy to get to from the house. The house was in a lovely quite neighborhood. KC checked in with us frequently and I felt completely comfortable at the home. Also, I felt confident if we needed anything KC would make sure we had whatever we may need. We were at the park all day each day and needed a quiet comfortable place to rest. This was the perfect place for that! We enjoyed our stay.

Five Stars! We have stayed at several Vrbos and Airbnbs, including a few in Vero Beach, and this one one other time. Drew's Vero Beach home ranks near the top, out done only by similar which are beachfront. The home is spacious, pristine, well appointed, and includes generous supplies of paper goods, cleaning supplies, toiletries, and kitchen needs. It is in a quiet, but friendly neighborhood. I don't think it ever took Drew more than 30 minutes to respond to one of my inquiries, and his responses were always helpful and positive. We would book again if we visit Vero Beach in the future.

We loved our stay here. We had 9 people in our group. We never felt like the house was overcrowded. There was space for everyone. The pool was amazing and heated, and we enjoyed all our time in the screened in patio. I love the little touches, such as toys for the kids coffee in the morning and some small snacks like granola bars and rice krispie, treats. Theh went through the extra effort to make sure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. 100% would stay here again.

We had a fantastic vacation here! The location is superb, with the beach and minute's walk away. We loved the pool in the backyard the most. Erin's guidebook was super helpful too. All the local restaurants we ate at were delicious. We also did the Cocoa Beach Aerial Adventures course and that was one of the most fun things ever! Highly suggest, as did Erin! Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay!

Our family can barely believe how awesome our vacation in this place was. We did so many things in the area, cocoa beach, Melbourne beach to see a sunset and 5 days in disney world parks. So the location of the house is perfect. The place itself is so quiet and cozy, and it’s much bigger than mike’s photos makes it seem. Very high ceiling helps a lot. The yard is a special place, you can feel that at some point in the past someone was very obsessed with it. So many little details and different kinds of trees. The sunroom is nice too, gets quite hot in a typical july afternoon but it’s perfect in the morning. Mike even allowed us to collect a pineapple and some mangos (they were the best we ever had). Really you can’t go wrong with mike’s place, he is a responsive host and his home is perfect. We were 2 adults with our 3 kids (2,3,6 years old) and we had all the space we needed. I cooked all our meal in the kitchen that has everything one needs.

My families enjoyed our 10 night stay at Julie's place. We had a couple small issues that came up but Julie was super quick to get them taken care of. The house was very clean and neat. We would definitely stay again on our next trip to Florida.
