Holiday houses in Grant City

Everything was just as good if not better than what we expected. We had a terrible snow storm and the family was out shoveling the sidewalks and driveways to make sure our experience was 2nd to none! We will be booking this place again this year!

We adored this house and Kelsey was a wonderful host! She provided everything needed and more. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the house was extremely cozy and set up for everything we needed ❤️ Would definitely stay here again!!

We enjoyed our stay here; the accommodations were cozy and fun, and the view of the river is lovely. We also enjoyed meeting Moe the cat, who lives on the property and joined us for a walk along the river— he is very charismatic and friendly!

This was my second stay at this location, and it has been such a great experience both times. The location is convenient being close to food and coffee. The place is clean and cozy and the host is wonderful. I will continue to return to this air bnb when visiting family.

We loved the cottage and the beautiful lake! Enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and our time here with family! Everything was clean and fresh!

Beautiful home with a great view. The hosts were great. We locked ourselves out right after we arrived. They were there 5 minutes after I called to let us back in. Very clean nice home. We will definitely stay again.

My husband, son, and I stayed a week at The Elm House for Christmas. On Christmas day we had family over and the space was very accommodating! The kitchen was very stocked on utensils, pans, dishes, etc. The beds were VERY comfortable. the couch and recliners were lovely and our family loved the space! The home had a lovely Christmas tree included for us to put our gifts under. If you have a large family this is a GREAT place to stay! The host was responsive and quickly resolved any issues we had. They were very friendly The home was very peaceful, clean, and stocked on towels, toiletries, soap, and lots of blankets in nearly every room. Water was very, very hot which we appreciated. We will 100% book again. The only issue with the area was the neighbor had their dog outside when it was below freezing and it was shivering. :( It was well behaved and didn't cause any issues for us though.

Overall, a great stay. The rooms were set up well and allowed our family to have privacy and comfort during our stay. The bedding was very clean and beds were comfortable.

A great place to stay for a group of friends that wanted to take in the night life but still be close to campus.

This was a great place! If I could I would come back and stay more than one night. The only things I would mention are that the switch in the kitchen that you think is a light switch is the garbage disposal, so watch out haha, and if you are staying a Saturday night be aware that none of the restaurants in town will be open for breakfast Sunday morning (but that's not Verlin and Shannon's fault). The place is clean, welcoming and peaceful. There were helpful instructions everywhere, and little gifts and amenities throughout. We had no trouble staying warm, plenty of blankets. The coffee is a Keurig. The layout is great, with one of the bathrooms being in a bedroom and the other available to the whole house. All in all it was perfect for us passing through headed north, but if you have reason to be in the area for longer avail yourself of this great place to stay.
