Stunning Spiritual Sanctuary (recently renovated)

This is a 1,100 square foot, 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo with an upstairs loft, 40-foot ceilings, contemporary furniture, nice touches, and a view that has to be seen to be believed. PLR Well behaved dogs are welcome. No large/barking breeds. Two dogs max. Internet is strong, cell phone is not. Unloading can be a challenge, not great place for elderly or children, a lot of stairs. Some of windows don't close fully. Please prepare for your arrival and read this closely.

Check the slope reports and live cams on Sugar Mountain Resort website. 4 wheel drive may be needed in inclement weather. Elevation is 4900 feet for long range views that can be enjoyed from inside the condo. A set of Dimplex electric fire logs means you can simply turn on a cozy fire as soon as you arrive. NO PETS!
